"The masseuses at this shop are skilled, but they lack customer service skills." There are many massage shops on Charoen Nakhon Road, and new ones are opening all the time. If you have a better option, I recommend going to another shop. Because we won't be coming here again. ****** I've been a customer here for 3 years. During the time I came frequently, almost every week. Today, the staff told me, "The masseuse... probably won't take bookings from us anymore. Last time you were late, she turned down a regular customer, causing her to lose work." Aren't we your customers too???? 1. We weren't late. We were about to miss our appointment, so we called to reschedule. We called before the scheduled time, but the person who answered said it couldn't be rescheduled because there was another client waiting, and told us to call back later. 2. The next day, I called to schedule an appointment 2-3 more times. The staff who answered the phone were abrupt and raised their voice, saying, "We're busy." 3. Before this, when we had a booking and arrived at the shop on time, you said we were busy because another client had extended their time and chosen to serve them. You turned us down right in front of us. What does that mean??? I'm very disappointed.

I'm disappointed that the masseuse chose her clients. I usually go to this massage parlor whenever I'm back in Thailand. This time was no different. I booked a massage a week in advance. When I arrived, they said she was sick and couldn't massage, so they had someone else take her place. I thought it was okay, but then other clients arrived and she was able to massage them. It was confusing. Luckily, the masseuse who replaced her was good. I've never been picky with my masseuses; I always tip them. I probably won't go to this parlor again.

Went here 3 years ago and had a good massage so I came back. Not the same experience. I don't mind that the facilities are a bit dated. However I was getting bitten by mosquitoes during my massage. My masseuse did a fairly good job initially but it slowly progressed to a massage where she was trying to get me to get the special massage. Between that and the mosquitoes I don't think I would come back or could recommend this place.
