I’ve visited twice and left disappointed both times. The manicure technique itself is solid, but the gel polish application is a real issue, particularly for anything beyond a plain color. If you’re after chrome or cat eye finishes, be warned: the results look nothing like the color swatches on display. When I pointed this out, the staff became outright rude. Their justification? That the same person had done both the swatch and my nails, so it had to be identical. No matter how clearly I explained the difference, they kept arguing rather than listening. They eventually said they’d take note of my feedback, but their tone was so dismissive it felt like an empty gesture. What makes it worse is the wait time — two hours for a gel manicure alone is simply too long. To summarize: fine for a simple, classic gel color. I would strongly recommend asking to see a price menu upfront and requesting a detailed breakdown of costs before paying, especially if anything seems unclear.

This salon seems misleading. When you ask for a bikini wax, they only remove the hair along the two sides and call it a bikini wax. But if you want all the hair removed, they insist that you have to get a Brazilian wax instead. It feels like a scam to upsell customers into paying for a more expensive service. Nobody wants hidden hair inside their pretty bikini.
