I can only echo what others have said! Mr. Bullerjahn looked after us for almost a year, until everything was exactly as I wanted it. Yes, it feels strange at first to transfer money when you've only communicated via email, but my concerns were completely unfounded! Everything worked perfectly from start to finish: transfers, hotels, and a fantastic tour! I can wholeheartedly recommend this agency!

We took a three-week trip to Thailand from the end of January to mid-February, which we planned with Mr. Kilian of Thailand Tours, tailoring it to our individual wishes. We booked our flights to Bangkok ourselves and were then guided through the itinerary (with extended stays in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Khao Sok National Park, and Khao Sok). Everything went perfectly: The drivers for transfers, such as from the airport to the hotel or the train station (for the train journey from Bangkok to Chiang Mai), as well as the guides for the city tours, were always punctual. When we had to cancel a three-day mountain hike in the north due to knee problems, Mr. Kilian and our guide in the north were immediately ready to adjust the program to our new situation. Unfortunately, there was one mishap at the end when we were supposed to be driven from Khao Lak to the airport in Phuket at 4:00 a.m., and the driver was waiting in front of the wrong hotel. The reception at our hotel and the emergency service from Thailand Travel were able to uncover the error, so we arrived at the airport on time (albeit after a rather fast drive at times). Our tip: the evening before, either directly with Thailand Travel or through the hotel reception, make sure the driver arrives at the correct location on time. Overall, we are very happy with the trip: we got to know an interesting country with exceptionally friendly and polite people.

Each island had its own unique charm, and the organization was perfectly coordinated. Communication was always clear and helpful, and all my questions were always answered. The trip itself was perfectly organized, and there were absolutely no problems. All transfers, accommodations, and activities corresponded exactly to the descriptions and even exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the personal attention I received from Mr. Bullerjahn throughout the entire trip planning process. It was obvious that the travel portal team places great importance on ensuring their customers have an unforgettable time.
