There's a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, not much different from the larger malls, but it gets very wet when it rains. There are limited banking services; no ATMs, and no other banking options available except for Bangkok Bank. And the restrooms!!! I arrived 10 minutes before the project opened to allow for parking (especially covered parking), only to find I couldn't use the restrooms because it wasn't open yet. A message to the management and managers of The Circle Ratchaphruek: Your project is an open service center, not a closed building!!! Restrooms are a crucial shared service and should be available at least 15 minutes before opening time. Do we really have to wait until the project opens for emergencies? Please consider this and make improvements.
The building management staff were rude and seemed like they were looking for trouble. The person wearing glasses had a very unwelcoming expression. I didn't expect the management and security guards at this mall to be so incompetent. They acted like they didn't want to talk even when I asked general questions. This mall is terrible. Don't invite anyone you know here. Of all the malls I've been to, this is the one with the worst security and management service, especially the head security guard with glasses. They should be more selective in hiring their staff. I personally feel terrible and wouldn't want to bring anyone here again.
The security guard was terrible, completely inhumane. I was walking around on a rainy day and saw a delivery rider sheltering from the rain, but the guard chased him away and cursed at him like he wasn't human. Everything else about the place is great, the parking lot and the shops. It's just the staff that's bad. 🙄🙄🙄 …
