I have visited this place 4/5 times myself and recommended this place to my whole family( my mother has been getting massages here since last year. I brought my husband, mother in law and father in law, brother, aunt and friends. Brought so much business here. I think together we got around 30 massages here. I loved all the massages here until today. Today I didn’t like the massage and I shared the feedback to the lady in reception (wearing black short dress). She did not take my feedback well. She attacked me. I live in Australia and there feedback is appreciated and customer satisfaction is number one priority. I didn’t want anything when I said the massage wasnt good. I love this place so I just wanted to share. When I said the massage wasn’t good I didn’t get enough pressure, the reception lady said “if you want more pressure go to sports massage. Thai massage is soft massage”- I explained I have taken many thai massages here, I know what to expect. I didnt get a single stretch. And stretching is key in thai massage. She didnt respond and kept saying to go elsewhere. I was disappointed. But it didnt stop there. The lady came back while I was having the end of massage tea, and I thought maybe she came to apologise. But nope. She came back to say how I asked the masseuse to only massage my leg (fact: I said to concentrate on my leg, doesnt mean only leg, and even so the massage was horrible. Felt like the masseuse was super tired and not interested to work at all.) I replied saying how I got no stretches and the whole massage was very soft and only used her elbows and sometimes fingers ever so lightly. She said if u dont like us dont come here next time- WOW! After one feedback this is her behaviour. I am utterly disgusted and angry. I didbt say anything to her and quietly walked out cause obviously I know manners. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there with my mother in law (foot massage) and husband (thai massage). My husband even tipped his masseuse cause it was so good. AND THIS IS HOW THEY BEHAVED WITH ME. I dont know if the are racist or not but I am clearly sad as today is my last day in bangkok and definitely I am never coning back and if this is your behaviour I dont think anyone will soon.

I have been to silk spa for so many times over the years, and used to come to sukumvit to just get a massage from them. This time around too, I brought my husband for the first time and assured him heaven on earth. But it was THE most disappointing experience I ever had. We booked stress reliever package (1300 bhatt each for 2 hours) and made the appointment beforehand. When we arrived we were asked to wait because the rooms were booked. We were patient and waited. And once taken in, my masseur was giggling and speaking very loud with my husbands masseur. I couldn’t relax even a tiny bit because of her behavior. The oils were not aromatic and felt very mediocre. And most of the time the masseur left the room and took her own time to come back, wasting time. And after so many experiences of what a therapeutic massage is, I felt that is only a body rub instead of a proper massage. She was lazy and didn’t care. And when we finished they demanded money for another extra half hour! They took us late and demands money for another extra 30 Mins ! lol ! My husbands masseur was a bit better than mine. The road side foot massage we had was atleast better than this! Such a waste of time and money. Never returning to silk spa again!

Not a good experience being discriminated against here. I came in and asked for a foot massage. The receptionist told me to wait 30 minutes but did not invite me to wait. I had to ask her if I could wait here and she said yes. After waiting for about 10 minutes, another customer came, she invited the girl to the opposite chair, brought her water and cold towel and then someone came to wash her feet to go into the massage room. Only then did the receptionist bring me a cup of water and a towel and invite me to wash my feet. I got a foot massage for about 70 minutes first and then my arms, shoulders and head. But the skill of the staff is not what I expected. In summary it was a bad experience for me when I first came to Bangkok.
