HARU is my favourite beautician, she speaks English and Mandarin which makes effective communication and she is very professional to suggest which treatment I should go for. Also, she is very details and gentle, I can tell she is really doing her job well and not rushing to finish the treatment. At the beginning, I did Poreless treatment, deep cleanse effect was obvious after the treatment. Once I had some red rash and pain on my face after a week of skin laser , Haru suggested me Rashaway treatment, it does calm my skin and cure the redness, my skin feels not dry as before. Recently I tried Glamourous and Skin high gloss treatment , can’t wait to try the Glass Glow treatment on my next visit!

The clinic is clean and the Hydrafacial was excellent. But when I arrived, the doctor came out, saw us, and went straight inside without giving me a consultation. Later, when I was leaving, I saw him giving a consultation to others. For me, this shows he is selective with clients. The nurses were really nice but only explained cleaning options, not based on my skin condition, and the prices are higher than expected.
