I visited Wynn Spa for their 120-minute Thai Massage with Herbal Compress, and it was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. The 120-minute duration felt just right for me. My friend chose 90 minute one. A special mention goes to the herbal compress. If you’ve experienced many Thai massages ball before, you’ll immediately notice the difference. The herbal balls had a fresh, aromatic scent that indicated good-quality herbs, and the warmth was maintained throughout the session. What I loved most is that the herbal compresses are single-use for hygiene, and guests can even take them home afterward. It’s a thoughtful touch that reflects Wynn Spa’s attention to quality and customer experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Thai massage experience with premium service and excellent relaxation.
I had a wonderful experience at Wynn Spa Massage. The spa is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a minimalist touch that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The massage therapist was skilled and professional, paying attention to my needs and adjusting the pressure according to my preference. I felt very comfortable throughout the session. The staff were polite, well-presented, and professional, which gave the spa a premium and executive-level feel. What stood out the most was the service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Wynn Spa Massage for anyone looking for a quality massage experience in a comfortable and professional environment.
The service and ambience are really nice, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, I find the prices a bit expensive for what is offered. I would have given 5 stars, but after trying other well-known chain massage shops with similar pricing and service standards, I feel I have to deduct one star for value comparison. Also it is almost double or triple the price from low-end shophouse massage. There is no elevator in the shop, so guests need to climb 3 storeys while wearing the oversized slippers provided. The slippers can be quite noisy on the stairs, which slightly affects the overall comfort of the experience. Overall, still a good place, but there is room for improvement considering the price point
