This nail service and shop is the best I've found in bkk so far. Cher did such a thorough job on my pedicure and manicure. She was very gentle and meticulous about the cleaning, flawless in polish application, and she kept checking in to make sure I was happy. The equipment used was newer and better than the other service I received in bangkok and it was clean. A loving suggestion for the owners/ all nail salons in bkk: start offering sculpted manicure. Adding that simple touch would amplify the shape and beauty, and most mid to high-end salons now do this as default. Thank you. 🙏 Update to my review: Same day as service several toe nails were bumpy due to the topcoat product (regular polish). Cher was very cautious to dry every nail, and I sat for manicure after pedicure, so it's obvious the topcoat the salon used was the culprit. 3 days after service, 2 finger nails were chipped and one was painfully broken, and this was with gel. For the price, I expected much better. Cher did not do the gel removal on my hands, another tech did, and I asked her several times to be gentle because she was pressing hard with the drill and I feared damage to my nails. The results just a few days later confirm my concern. I can't recommend this salon.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I came in feeling apprehensive after a few negative salon visits recently, but this place completely restored my trust. The setting is calm and beautifully done, with relaxing music, but what really stands out is the skill of the team. I came for natural blonde highlight maintenance, a cut, and an Olaplex treatment with Nid and Katai. We communicated through Google Translate, and although they were kind and reassuring, I was still a little nervous until I saw the final colour… it was exactly what I wanted. What really impressed me was their professionalism and care. When I pointed out a small section that looked slightly stripy, they immediately added a few foils and corrected it within minutes. I didn’t even realise that was possible. That level of attention made me feel very well looked after. I also decided on the spot to have a spa pedicure (no polish) and a gel manicure with Ae and Cherrie, and both were excellent. High-quality products, great technique, and very thorough without ever feeling rushed or pushed into anything. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend to friends. 2 WEEK UPDATE - Very impressed with the nail regrowth. Not one chip. Back soon

Two stars for the nail technician's patience and kindness, however, I cannot leave a positive review and want to warn anyone used to European standards. I went for a removal (biab + gel polish), pretty standard in Europe now. She didn't know what biab was and wanted to clip my nails with a normal nail clipper (they were very hard so this made zero sense). I asked for a different one, and she changed it, which I appreciated. The filing was rough and done at an incorrect angle that also rubed my skin. Furthermore, the liquid that they use here for the full removal was the biggest issue. My full fingertips were soaked in it, which severely dried out my skin (felt like sand paper) and my nails are, after over a week now, still painful and very damaged (see picture). My sister is a nail technician, so I'm informed. Lastly, for a slightly higher price (a few euro!), I would get a removal + new set back at home. I can't speak for anything else, the facilities were clean and staff was nice. Communicating in English was practically impossible but they did their best.
