Best time to visit. Low humidity, clear skies. Book popular spots early — peak tourist season.
Visit this place frequently almost every 6 months. Even recommended them to friends to stay while we were getting married. Location of the place is good. Centralised with lots of food options and mrt station within 50meters. Parking is pretty alright too as the hotel is flexible and has lots for you. Should lots be used up, hotel staff will advise u to park at certain locations. Rooms. Rooms are rather clean and get cleaned everyday. Service. Extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. We booked the deluxe queen room and upon checking in were given superior room, 404. We only found out upon inspecting the room that we were ‘downgraded’. The male staff tried to play it off as it was a deluxe queen room but pictures on Aspira’s website clearly show different layouts of deluxe queen vs superior double. We had to revisit the counter to change our room back to what we paid for, eventually given room 515. This isnt the first time it has happened. Previously about a year ago, this same issue happened to us. We thought it as a genuine mistake and let it go but looks like it wasnt a mistake but rather intentional as it keeps happening. Disappointing much. Also note the room wardrobes are very different sizes The rest of the staff are mostly friendly and welcoming. In general, hotel is worth the value but just be careful of the room you book vs the room you receive. Compare pictures on their website and across booking platforms to make sure u arent shortchanged into a smaller room.
As a solo business traveler, my one-and-a-half-month stay at Aspira One Hotel in Sutthisan was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's strong management team kept operations running like clockwork, handling everything with efficiency and foresight that made my long-term visit feel effortless and well-supported. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, always greeting me with genuine warmth and quick solutions to any needs, which built a sense of familiarity over the weeks without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast was a daily delight—fresh, varied, and satisfying, blending Thai flavors with continental staples that fueled my productive mornings perfectly. The overall value for money was outstanding, delivering premium comfort and services at a price that felt like a smart investment for any extended business trip. Room cleanliness was consistently top-tier, with the housekeeping crew maintaining a pristine, hygienic space that provided a reliable sanctuary after busy days. And the location couldn't be better: practically adjacent to an MRT station, it simplified commuting across Bangkok, saving me time and hassle for meetings and downtime alike. It's unfair to single out individuals when the entire team shone so brightly during my stay, but collectively, they made Aspira One feel like a home away from home. I'll absolutely return on my next visit—highly recommended!
Aspira One Sutthisan is easily my favorite hotel in Bangkok. I’ve been to Bangkok three times already, and this place truly feels like my home there. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and always clean, and even the lobby smells nice and welcoming. Another plus is that they don’t require a security deposit, which makes check-in hassle-free. What really makes this hotel stand out for me are the thoughtful amenities. They offer a self-service washing machine and dryer that guests can use for free. you only need to buy your own laundry soap. This is perfect if you’re staying longer or traveling with limited clothes. Their room is also sound proof making our stay peaceful. The location is also very convenient. It’s right beside an MRT station, and they even have a shortcut exit so you can reach it in just a few seconds. While the area is a bit farther from the main city, the MRT makes everything easily accessible. At the same time, the neighborhood feels more peaceful and has plenty of food options, especially with a nearby local market. They also have a lovely house cat that’s very friendly, which adds a nice, homey touch. On top of that, the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I will definitely keep coming back. this place made my third trip to Bangkok the best stay ever.
