Best time to visit. Low humidity, clear skies. Book popular spots early — peak tourist season.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely disappointed me. From the moment we walked in, everything felt rushed. We were immediately told to choose an oil, as if someone was chasing the staff. There was no proper consultation whatsoever. We booked the Deep Sleep Warm Oil Massage, yet no one asked about our preferences, areas that needed extra attention, previous surgeries, medical conditions, allergies, or whether there were any areas that should be avoided during the massage. These are basic standards that every professional wellness spa should follow. The massage bed was also extremely uncomfortable—hard and painful to lie on for 90 minutes. Ironically, after my treatment I noticed another room with a much more comfortable massage bed, which made the experience even more frustrating. The treatment itself was so poor that I couldn’t even continue with my first therapist. I actually stopped the session and told the staff, “I came here to relax, not to suffer.” Unfortunately, almost every aspect of the experience was disappointing. What surprised me the most is the reputation this place has. Based on all the praise and recommendations, I expected a premium wellness experience. Instead, I received a service that was below the standard of many ordinary massage shops I’ve visited. I’ve experienced massages in everything from local massage parlors to luxury five-star spas around the world, so I believe I have a fair benchmark for comparison. Sadly, this was nowhere near the level I expected. The price simply does not reflect the quality of the service. Spending 90 minutes here felt like a waste of both my time and my money. I genuinely thought I had chosen one of the best wellness experiences in Bangkok, but it turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments of my trip. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the service, professionalism, consultation process, and overall guest experience need significant improvement. At its current standard, I cannot recommend this place.
Without a doubt, this was the best spa experience I’ve had in Bangkok, and honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. From the moment I walked in, everything felt incredibly calming, professional, and luxurious. The entire experience was thoughtful and seamless, creating the perfect environment to completely switch off and relax. I had a combination of treatments including a neck and back massage, a full-body deep oil massage, and a facial, and every single part of it was exceptional. The pressure was perfect, the techniques were incredibly effective, and I genuinely walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely recharged. A special thank you to LILLY, who was absolutely incredible. Her attention to detail, intuition, and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. She immediately understood exactly where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment beautifully. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her clients leave feeling their absolute best. If you’re looking for a spa experience in Bangkok that goes beyond just a massage and feels like a true act of self-care, I cannot recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. ✨🙏🏻
Poorly trained staff running this business as if it is a premium massage spa. I get 2-3 hours massages everyday when I visit Thailand. Among all the aroma massage spots I visited, this was the only premium spa I am disappointed and feel like it was a waste of money. We made a reservation thinking it would be similar level to other 2500-2600 baht range for two hours massage places that we go to. Appointment was at 7 pm. The receptionist calls you during the day saying they are busy, therefore don’t be late to the appointment. We get there at 6:40 pm to be prepared. Guess what, they let us in our rooms at 7:20 pm. Disorganized than a factory chain level. Specifically, requested to have aroma massaged trained masseuse. The receptionist over the phone and in person reassured they are trained. In reality, got two masseuse who only know how to give aggressive rubbing thai massage. With oil rubbed on. Sure, we told them to help us relax, but all it would do is slow down the pace with the same rough touch. Not relaxing at all nor they know how to take knots out using aroma massage technique. This was a lower end massage experience wrapped with a receptionist that is great at selling it as premium to foreigners who visit.
