One of the best spas in Bangkok! Baan Dalah Mind Body is a beautiful, traditional, family-run business with a great attention to detail. The moment you step inside, you immediately notice the calm and relaxing atmosphere – a true oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok. The staff is incredibly friendly, calm, and very professional. You instantly feel welcome and in excellent hands. The massage was outstanding – perfectly executed, deeply relaxing, and of a very high standard. Definitely one of the best massages I've had in Bangkok. One minor drawback: We had the room furthest back from the party street, which made it a bit noisy at times. If you're looking for absolute peace and quiet, you might want to ask for a quieter room. Nevertheless, a highly recommended spa in Bangkok – I would definitely come back!
Had an alright foot massage. It's 330thb/hr so it's slightly cheaper than the others in the neighborhood. Before tips. My therapist was kinda tired so my "strong" massage felt like someone's rubbing lotion on my legs. My wife's therapist was better, maybe she's OK with weaker therapists. I don't think you should go in the late evening cos they will be tired and weak. Each time someone comes in, you'll hear the alley's hustle and bustle especially tuk tuks and the bars music. Place is also a bit messy with used towels not cleared at the washing area and massage area. Again, maybe late evenings but it was only 9pm!
After several massage experiences in Bangkok, this is the place I'd recommend. I went three times... in three days! The masseuses are respectful and very attentive, a real treat. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the service. A big plus: they aren't stationed outside attracting passersby. A little tip: If you opt for a foot massage, bring headphones to block out the street noise. However, you don't need them for full-body massages, as they're done upstairs in a quiet setting. Enjoy your massage!
