This was my first time using the grooming delivery service, and I really liked it. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, both the admin team and the groomer. The groomer did a great job; the haircut was beautiful and completely transformed my dog's look. Initially, my dog was restless and wouldn't stay still, requiring the groomer to lead him back, but we resolved the issue so the groomer could continue working. The result was neat, beautiful, and showed great attention to detail. Of all the grooming services I've used, this is the only place that didn't cut my dog's paws. After the bath and haircut, my dog didn't experience any paw pain or limping; he's just a little self-conscious about how much fur was gone. He'll forget about it overnight. However, one thing I'd like to suggest is considering the travel fee. The distance didn't meet the stated threshold, but they still charged ฿100. There should be a slight adjustment for electricity and water usage at the customer's home. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely take my dog swimming there in the future.
It's a lovely dog grooming and bathing place with a great atmosphere. The entrance is the same as the animal hospital, located at the very back. Walk your dog in through the pet shop area and contact the counter, which is inside, next to the swimming pool area. You can sit and watch your dog, or you can sit in the cafe area with comfortable seating and a variety of drinks (there are free drink coupons for owners who get their dogs' fur spa treatments!), along with bakery items and dog and cat treats. While waiting, you can comfortably sit and work. The place is clean and the service is good. We brought Cookie here for a bath once before to test if she liked it, and she passed the test! So this time, we were confident and got the full treatment: bath, grooming, teeth brushing, and a rose spa. We asked the groomer to cut Cookie's fur short. Cookie is a Cavalier, and normally doesn't need a haircut, but she has so much fur! So, we asked the groomer to design a style that would be easy to manage.
