Central Department Store - Rama 2

It's close to home and very convenient to get to. There are tons of restaurants, especially in the basement. I've been there many times and still haven't tried them all. There are so many more delicious restaurants out there, and they frequently hold food festivals. It's almost the end of the year, so I'm waiting for the glassware department to have a sale on wine glasses – a box of four for 100 baht each. As for the "everything 60 baht" store that used to be in the basement, I don't know where it went; I can't find it.

We went to Fuji at Central Rama 2 and then to Swensen's. I'm not sure if there are two Swensen's branches at Central Rama 2, as I saw one on the ground floor as well. I'm not sure if it's the same one, but I think I saw the decor. The downstairs restaurant has a cute, sweet style. It's conveniently located, although they're doing road construction on Rama 2 Road, so it might be a bit congested. Parking is easy and you don't have to look for long. The newly renovated ground floor is beautiful.

The staff followed the rules so well, we were so happy, almost to cry. I really needed to pee and asked to use the restroom, but the staff said it was only open during mall hours and told me to go somewhere else. I really appreciate that, because they wouldn't break the rules for something as trivial as what happened to me. And it was good that the mall's air conditioning was quite warm, so I only got to use the restroom occasionally.
