Dog's Paw

Today I contacted them to inquire about bringing my dog ​​in for grooming, but the admin staff provided terrible service. They asked questions that seemed designed to test my knowledge, which is completely inappropriate. It was an attempt to win the argument and showed a great lack of respect. I understand that safety is a priority and they need to check my dog's vaccinations, but they should have used a more respectful approach. They could have simply stated from the beginning that they needed the vaccination record for security reasons. That would have been much more polite, as I understand the need and would have been prepared if necessary. I was extremely disappointed with the service from the start. I had wanted to use their services several times before, but I no longer wish to go back. If the staff can't even show respect to customers like this, how can they provide good service in other areas? The shop should train its staff, as their job requires respect for others.

Our Kilua loves it here, she can play with other dogs endlessly. You get a complete experience for your dog, for the price of one. Unlimited daily hours until they close. Swimming pool, ball pit, running track, play park, complete pet store, cafe, pet clinic, grooming, all in one place. If it's too hot or raining, can still play inside the cafe or ball pit room. The cafe serves various food, snack, coffee, non coffee, desserts, all at a reasonable price, with excellent quality. I especially love their creamy omellete with shrimp rice, yummy.

This was my son's first time playing in the water, and the staff were amazing! My son didn't want to go in, but the staff worked together to coax him until he finally did 😂 The play area is divided into zones, one for small dogs and another for large dogs. There are multiple locks on the gates, making it very safe for our children. They also checked his vaccination record beforehand. Simply the best! ❤️ Please maintain this standard!
