I went for a facial treatment to remove sebaceous cysts and freckles on my face, following the doctor's recommendations. The place was clean, tidy, and well-organized, and smelled nice. I went the day before a long weekend, arriving at 7 PM. The service was lovely; the staff didn't rush me out at all. I stayed until I left, and there wasn't even a parking lot left! Excellent service, and plenty of parking. After 6 days, my face has improved, with only one large scar remaining. I expect it to heal completely in another 3 days. I need to do other treatments soon. Thank you to the doctor and the entire team; everyone was so lovely. See you again!

Nicely welcomed by so beautiful people. Most important thing is I didn't have to struggle to communicate with them. Ms Gik very nicely explained the services I required. It was so much soothing and pleasant feeling when Ms. Nan cleaned up my face before treatment. And Doctor was so good and soft, she explained every step of treatment so precisely in english. I liked it very much here and would like to come back sometime whenever possible. I'll definitely recommend this place for those who all are dying to have a clear pigmentation free skin. I was a bit nervous coming here for my first laser spot removal but Eve (the staff) gave me 5-star treatment, she took care of me the whole time, answering all my questions in English, and making sure I was comfortable. The doctors were professional, courteous & efficient (also licensed), and the clinic rooms are really clean & well-maintained. The actual treatment was painless (at the very most, felt like tiny elastic bands snapping) as they applied a numbing cream first. They also have consultations for after the treatment to make sure everything is healing well! 5 stars, I’m super happy with the results :)
