At first glance, this place looks very impressive. The lobby is beautiful and gives the impression that you’re about to receive a high-quality spa experience. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. I booked a foot massage, but the setup upstairs was more like a full body massage. There were no massage chairs, only a mattress on the floor. The massage area also was not air-conditioned, which is very uncomfortable in Bangkok’s heat. When I asked them to turn the AC on, they said other customers preferred it off. That made no sense considering how hot it was. Instead, the therapist moved me to another room where the AC could be turned on. Later, when I went to pay, I discovered they had added an extra 200 baht charge for a “VIP room.” This was never explained beforehand and felt very misleading. The massage itself was also disappointing. The therapist was inconsistent, repeating some areas multiple times while completely skipping others. She asked if she could walk on my hamstrings. I clearly said no, but she did it anyway. When I asked her to stop, she insisted that she knew what she was doing. It also didn’t feel like a proper foot massage at all. It felt more like a random Thai leg massage. To make things worse, the therapist spent a lot of time talking in Thai with another therapist in the room during the massage, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. The place looks nice, but the service, transparency with pricing, and professionalism were lacking. I would not recommend this place.
The worst massage place ever. Never go this place. I asked for a Thai balm massage but the masseuse rarely used the balm. I asked if she could use the balm a bit more but she said No. The massage skills were poor. It was so boring that I just left in the middle of massage. The female manager at the counter is really unfriendly and the worst. Very sneaky as well. She just kept pushing you to get more expensive massages regardless of my needs and she discriminated between those who have memberships and those who do not. It was the most unpleasant massage I've had in my 5 years of living in Thailand. Not worth even giving one star.
Today I visited Healthcare & Spa, Srinakarin branch, and I was very impressed. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff were attentive from the moment I walked in. Kai gave a great massage; she hit the right spots, the pressure was just right, it wasn't painful but really relieved my tension. You can tell she's a true professional. And Nui was also very attentive, giving good advice, paying attention to detail, and providing very friendly service. If you're experiencing aches and pains from hard work or stress, I highly recommend trying this place. I will definitely be back for more services. 💆♀️🌿
