We booked our massage appointment at Health Land Spa in advance by phone, which was easy and efficient. We arrived a bit early, and after checking in and paying at the reception, we were invited to wait in their beautiful lounge area. The waiting area was calm and tastefully decorated, with comfortable seating and complimentary cold water. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a soothing and pleasant aroma that fills the entire space — it smells absolutely wonderful and sets the mood right away. When it was time for our massage, we were politely called by our therapists, who handed us massage slippers and collected our shoes. We were then guided to the massage room, which was already prepared and immaculately clean. After changing into the provided massage clothes, we began our two-hour Thai massage. The massage itself was excellent — very professional, relaxing, and perfectly balanced. The therapists were attentive and receptive to feedback; if any part felt too strong or too light, they adjusted it right away with a smile. You really feel in good hands. At the end of the session, we were offered a warm, delicious herbal tea — the perfect way to finish the experience. For two hours of massage, we paid only 700 baht per person, which is an incredible value for the quality and service provided. Inside the spa, there is also a small herbal shop where you can purchase natural products and remedies. Overall, our experience at Health Land was fantastic from start to finish — calm atmosphere, skilled therapists, fair pricing, and thoughtful details. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage in Bangkok.
A nice premium massage experience. Health Land is a chained premium massage/spa with branches across CBD in Bangkok. The price is higher than the general massages you may see in Bangkok, but the quality of service and the whole experience package made up for it. The Asoke branch is a bit far away from BTS station, it might be best to take a Grab or drive there, there are some parking lots available in front of the massage place. You will be greeted at the reception, confirming your reserved packages. Then you’ll be waiting in the hall with ice water provided. In a short while you’ll be invited to the preparation area where you’ll change your shoes and the masseuse will bring you to your room. One good thing is they have elevator, so you don’t have to move a muscles walking up the stairs. You’ll get a disposable underwear for change and a towel to cover yourself. After that the masseuse will come in and give you a feet wash (yes you’ll be half naked during the wash, no need to be uncomfortable). I had an ‘Energise me’ package, the oil massage was pretty good and comfortable, not too hard and just enough pressure. However, personally I think it could have a bit more techniques to really relax your muscles. But overall the experience was nice.
this was a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE massage. I actually do not believe the masseuses of mine or my friend’s was actually trained formally in Thai massage. the location did not ask any details before simply putting you in a room, so no awareness of injuries or sensitivities. for a place called “health land” which also promotes Ayurvedic practices, this is very unacceptable. then the masseuses were talking the whole time, doing improper techniques like pressing directly on the spine in sensitive areas or paying little attention to what direction they moved a joint vs what it actually can do. i would expect this from a 300 bhat place, but i have been to better 300bhat massages. i was brought to tears and my friend ended up in pain after her massage. and when this was taken to the staff, all they did was apologize and said it was our responsibility to tell them if we had a pre-existing condition. no agreement of fault or recognition of error. and unfortunately I don’t see this person going to higher teams to make a change. I share this because I do not want someone else to suffer and I don’t think they will take our suggestions into place, so please bear all this in mind when choosing your massage.
