I went there and the massage therapists were excellent. However, the service from the reception staff was terrible; they had absolutely no service mind. I was with an elderly person, and we informed them of this when we called to book, but upon arrival, the staff said we would have to walk up to the second floor, which they couldn't do. The staff member who initially greeted us suggested changing our appointment from an aromatherapy massage to a Thai massage, which would avoid the climb. We changed it, but the staff member still insisted we walk up the stairs to the second floor. The counter staff member even said, "I didn't know you couldn't climb the stairs. If you didn't know, why didn't you ask?" We then tried to switch our appointment to a foot massage for the elderly person (on the ground floor, not requiring two flights of stairs) and wanted to revert to the aromatherapy massage for myself, but the counter staff said it was impossible – the schedule was full. I was very confused as to how could the schedule be full so soon after the change? The massage therapists were truly excellent, but the service from the reception staff was awful. The facility isn't designed for universal comfort, and the staff are unprepared to serve the elderly; they lack empathy. If you're planning to bring elderly relatives, I recommend going to a different Healthland branch.
