What Google reviewers say about Spring Massage & Spa
I encountered several issues at this massage establishment: 1. Policy on Accompaniment: Despite my clear request to have my partner accompany me during the massage for personal comfort, the policy at this facility disallows it. The response from the reception was less than accommodating, emphasizing pre-arrival requests. However, my attempts to reach them by phone beforehand were unsuccessful. 2. Booking Process: There seems to be a disconnect with their online booking system. I attempted to book through their website and awaited confirmation but received none. This led me to book in person at the shop. It’s puzzling why there’s a booking feature on the website if it’s not actively monitored or used. 3. Receptionist’s Attitude: The receptionist’s manner was quite off-putting. I believe a customer’s personal choices, especially regarding comfort during treatments, should be respected. Expressing the desire to have a partner in the room for support should be considered a fundamental aspect of patient consent and personal rights, especially in a setting that involves privacy and personal care. It’s important that such preferences are accommodated within professional standards and service delivery. I hope this feedback helps improve the service and policies for future patrons.
The massage is good, but the experience is not very positive due to the terrible receptionist. The lady in the reception always tired to sell the most expensive package instead of what I originally want to do, which made me feel very uncomfortable. In addition, 3% fee needed to be paid additionally for credit card payment. For 3500 baht massage, you are requested to pay 100 baht credit card fee? I never hear this in Bangkok.😅😮💨 And please be attention, your package includes 20 mins shower. For 2 hours package, you will receive only 1 hour 40 mins massage. However, you will not be informed of this until you pay. I will never visit this place again, and I suggest that you may find similar massage in a better place.
Frankly speaking, the experience is not that impressive. I can even determine that the masseuse is just a very regular one, who has not been trained in this special know how. The receptionist is not professional at all. She was busy playing with her mobile phone and did not even care to stand to bid farewell to the customer. When I pushed the glass door to leave the tiny store, I turned back and saw nobody but a cold wall. I admit I might have expected too much as I can't help comparing the service I received in Japan. In short, it's not worthwhile to make a special trip to this place.
