Subject: Feedback Regarding My Recent Experience at Let's Relax Spa Dear Let's Relax Team, I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your spa. Yesterday, my husband and I had a reservation for a 45-minute foot massage and a 30-minute neck, shoulder, and back massage at 10:00 AM. When we arrived, the staff asked us to soak our feet. However, the water provided was extremely hot—uncomfortably so. I believe the staff should check the water temperature before asking customers to soak their feet. Both my husband and I felt it was too hot and had to inform the staff, who then changed the water. This was the first issue that left me feeling disappointed with the service. Secondly, before the massage, my husband and I asked to use the restroom. When I went into the women's restroom, I found that there was no toilet paper. I came out and informed a staff member, and waited outside. The staff then handed me a roll of toilet paper. I believe it should not be the customer’s responsibility to place toilet paper in the restroom. The staff should have gone in to replace it properly and then informed me when it was ready. More importantly, since the spa had just opened at 10:00 AM, the facilities should have been fully prepared for guests. This is the second time my husband and I have visited Let's Relax, and unfortunately, we have had a disappointing experience on both occasions. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service standards to match the reputation your brand is known for. Sincerely, Natcha C.

Visited Let’s Relax for a 1-hour Aroma Oil Massage and had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it easy to unwind from the moment I arrived. Before the treatment, I was given a multilingual form to indicate which areas I wanted the therapist to focus on and any areas to avoid, which was a nice touch. The treatment room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Since I chose an oil massage, the room also came with a private shower, so I could freshen up afterwards. The therapist was experienced and applied the right amount of pressure throughout the session. To top it all off, I was served mango sticky rice after the massage, which was a lovely surprise. The price is on the higher side (THB 1,300 for 60 minutes), but the comfort, service, and overall experience made it worthwhile. A great choice if you’re looking for a relaxing and professional spa experience in Thailand.

I had a lovely herbal compression Thai massage here. The spa is super clean and they are lovely with great customer service. They give you tea and water before your massage and mango sticky rice and tea after your massage. The massage was so good, and the spa was fine about me coming with a broken ankle on crutches. I tried to make a massage appointment at another place and as soon as I told them about my injury, they wanted so many documents from the hospital before they'd agree to boom my appointment that I would have had to have gone to the hospital and paid for a consultation and admin fees just to get a massage from the other company. Let's Relax Spa is my new go to place. They also have a promo at the moment to get a free tote back if you spend over 1000thb there.
