Our 90-minute Thai massage was not a good experience despite the nice appearance and welcome drinks. My partner's experience was unprofessional and physically painful from start to finish. His therapist was muttering under her breath in Thai the entire time which felt very rude and unprofessional. At one point, she was so reckless that she flung his arm into the side table during the massage, causing him pain. He ended the massage before it was completed and told her to leave. Both therapists completely ignored the focus areas we requested on the iPad, which were our backs and feet. They focused on the calves and thighs? Very frustrating. There's also this weird part where they spray your hands with some oil and ask you to smell it and rub it in your neck. Totally unnecessary. Your therapists need training in professionalism and in following the intake form from your customers. Regretfully, our experience was not worth the premium we paid, THB 1000 each, and there are better value spas out there

Rolled into this massage sanctuary after the Grand Palace turned my wife, my daughter, and me into sweaty, delirious messes. Peak Thailand afternoon—think ‘microwave on high’—and we were basically puddles with passports. Phoned them in a panic, and they were like, ‘Cool it, we’ve got you in 2 hours.’ We Grabbed over faster than a monsoon raindrop, and these angels ushered us in right away! We fessed up to being gross, dripping wrecks and slapped an extra shower onto our Thai massages because we’re not here to traumatize anyone. My wife and I got the works, and they hooked us up with a private room—daughter in tow the whole time, witnessing our transformation from swamp beasts to zen masters. That shower was a rebirth, the massage was magic, and the staff were pros who didn’t bat an eye at our meltdown. Kicked off with a tea that screamed ‘survival mode off,’ and finished with a mango-coconut rice dessert I’d trade my left sandal for. 10/10, family vacation saved—run, don’t walk, to this place!

Very professional massage salon. It’s in a small mall, top floor. When you enter the salon the receptionist welcomes you in a very nice manner. The salon is very clean! The massage options are endless and in my opinion very reasonably priced. Before your massage they offer you cold sweet tea and a cold cloth. You are given slippers for inside the salon. Also before the massage you’re asked to give your preferences, on a tablet you can mark the firmness of the massage and the areas you like to be touched and not to be touched. If you’re not happy with the massage you have the opportunity to ask for a different therapist within 15 minutes. The massage therapist I had, was very good and professional. She found exactly the spot that needs most attention. Afterwards you get a warm tea and a cookie. I recommend booking an appointment, since it’s a busy salon. But walk ins are also welcome. Ten out of ten experience.
