LeLé Studio - Thai Original Head Spa

Recently went to LeLe studio and had high expectations due to seeing the posts on social media, but after experiencing it for myself, I wouldn’t visit a second time. Don’t get me wrong, the massage and the hair spa was comfortable. The place was clean. But it was hot and stuffy and room looked totally different from the videos on IG. Perhaps they used a special room for those IG sponsored clients. I paid almost 4000 baht for a 2 hours deep sleep spa that included facial massage, which to my horror, my makeup was completely removed. I guess it was communication error, or just a lack of experience thinking that facial massage can be done without makeup being removed. The lady who did the treatments for me did a great job, she was good at the shoulder massage and I fell asleep during the head spa too. At the end, she even helped to blow dry my hair, and lent me her eyebrow pencil. Staff at reception were completely unhelpful. Overall, I realised you can get much better service and ambience at this price so yea, do shop around. Update- Realised I cannot comment on the reply from LeLe studio. Shocked that they said they tried to look for the cosmetic item I requested for, because both the two receptionists replied immediately “Sorry we don’t have”. It was the therapist who despite not being able to speak much English, lend her personal item to me. It is definitely okay if you cannot accede to every customer’s request. But please DO NOT lie about trying to look for it. Now this is another reason to drop a star for this studio. Unbelievable. Please read all other reviews for this studio, there were other poor reviews about the service of the receptionists.

I saw this place on tiktok for a head spa and knew I had to try while in Bangkok. Honestly that was the best head massage I have ever had. My hair feels and smells amazing and I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. My scalp feels so clean which is what I wanted to achieve after being on holiday for 2 weeks in Thailands heat and humidity. The blow dry has left my hair silky smooth and it hasn’t gone frizzy from the humidity just yet. As a UK tourist and seen this treatment in UK for twice the price and high waiting list I wanted to get booked in. I messaged 12am the day before I got booked in. They managed to get me a booking which is amazing. The salon did not speak fluent English which was expected but I could not fault their service regardless. They helped me understand and guided me easily. If I was in the area I would definitely return as well as recommended to others. The salon was beautifully decorated and had a lovely aroma to the place. The staff were nothing but friendly and my experience there was as amazing. I was served a drink both at the beginning and the end of the treatment also. Thank you.

First time to try hair spa and choose LELE Studio, disappointing and not worth the price! 1. Treatment Staff not wearing mask whilst keep coughing during the treatment, directly on my face! 2. Treatment Staff not well trained and leave the foams to stay inside my ear and even massage on it before rinsing it off. Now my ears inside got such foams and slightly painful. Should cover ear mask or rinse off immediately to avoid infection! 3. Studio front desk should do some simple interview of Q&A to understand client’s preference to match with the treatment staff strength/ pressing style 4. Tea and dessert serving after treatment during my hair blowing on the chair! Also just give me a cushion to put them place and finish the tea by myself! 5. Studio is not well upkeep and so small that even choosing premium package still needs to share a room with other client, and need to pass through that client’s room. Where is privacy? 6. Overall not up to standard and staff should be re-trained and to revisit the whole process since arrival till departure after treatment!
