Unfortunately, this massage did not meet basic professional or safety expectations. This was a four-hand Thai massage (two therapists working at the same time). I did not note the therapists’ names. One of the therapists applied mostly static pressure rather than actual muscle work. There was no clear attempt to assess muscle condition or locate tense/problematic areas. The technique felt mechanical and lacked engagement or anatomical awareness. When I was turned face down, the pillow was not removed, despite the table having a face opening. As a result, my head remained turned to the side while pressure continued to be applied, which caused significant discomfort and strain in the neck area. During the arm work, the technique involved excessive stretching of the skin rather than the muscles. After the session, there was noticeable irritation and burning sensation in these areas, and the skin felt clearly abraded. There were also moments when elbow pressure was applied directly over the spine, which caused discomfort and concern. Additionally, the therapists repeatedly bent my toes forcefully, apparently expecting a cracking sound. My toes do not crack, but the bending continued, causing pain and the feeling that too much force was being used. After the session, I had to clean the irritated areas with antiseptics and apply soothing ointments, as the skin irritation and discomfort persisted. This is not something I have experienced after professional massage sessions before. Overall, the experience felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and below professional standards. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this massage. Didn’t expect that level of service from famous network :(

My masseur fell asleep. I had a great 2hr Thai massage session when I first patronised this place 2 days ago. Given the pleasant 5 stars experience by a lovely masseur, I booked another session right before I leave bkk, and the experience was the worst I’ve ever had in my whole life. 1. I told her verbally and made a cross with my hand to indicate where to avoid my foot as i had operation previously. She couldn’t understand and asked the receptionist to translate (i had no problem with the previous masseur despite being much older than her). 2. She fell asleep while massaging my leg, yes, you read it right. I was about to fall asleep and had heavy breathing, next moment I felt the pressure reduced to almost nonexistent. Her whole body was rocking back and forth and touching my leg. I quickly woke up and moved to show that “hey, im awake now”. Pressure was still light as she was still sleeping. The left leg was alright but she fell asleep when massaging my right leg. Totally unacceptable. 3. The app let us indicate the focus area and avoid area, yet she did not focus on the area I indicated: feet, shoulder and head. Most of the time was focused on back using her elbow which was not requested at all. 4. When told her it hurts when she used her elbow on my bum, she did not acknowledge and moved on to the next part. No eye contact, no apologies, no expression. All in all, given the bad experience, I do not recommend to anyone.

Only the BEST massage you’ll ever get. Thailand is famous for its massage, and there are tons of options around every corner, but Let’s Relax checks all the boxes. The massage quality is AMAZINGGG, and the cleanliness is exceptional—something I’m particularly picky about. The staff are super friendly and the place is sooo calming. Highly recommend! If you do not want to be disappointed, don’t even try other massage places anymore 🤭, go straight to Let’s Relax ☺️. I got the Thai massage with the herbal ball + availed a shower beforehand (since the Thai massage does not come with a free shower).
