I'm also a beauty and aromatherapist 😊 We went to the salon around 10 PM yesterday, without checking reviews! My feet were really uncomfortable, and I was hoping to get some relief... The receptionist explained the texture of the exfoliating scrubs... and the product range in great detail ❤️ She also recommended an exfoliating scrub suitable for my skin type ❤️ Since I had surgery on my legs 17 days ago, I consulted with the manager beforehand. She arranged a 60-minute full-body exfoliation and body mask session + a 60-minute aromatherapy massage. The room had a shower. The procedure started with a full-body exfoliation; I forget which therapist did it? The technique was very smooth and gentle... We are tourists from Taiwan! I experienced a completely different massage technique from a different country... a slow, gentle, and silky technique... After the exfoliation, I was freezing, even though the room wasn't air-conditioned... but I was so cold my teeth were chattering... I was so happy that hot water came out quickly in the bathroom ❤️ I thought, "Wow, the hot water came out so fast!" 😳 But it was lukewarm water, rather cold... 😭😭😭 I had to quickly rinse it off and wrap myself in a towel, shivering... Thankfully, the masseuse immediately gave me a cup of ginger tea to warm me up... I was really shivering uncontrollably... Although the average temperature in Thailand is warm, The hot water temperature needs to be high enough for this class, otherwise the guests will really get cold 😭 Thankfully, after I lay down, the instructor kept me warm by wrapping me in a blanket 🥰 The instructor's technique was quite gentle after the massage started. I specifically consulted with her about this because I had just had surgery… Overall, it was very smooth, without any breaks, fantastic 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I personally prefer a medium-to-high pressure massage, so this was my first experience with a gentle, soothing, and therapeutic class 💕 Thank you for giving us such a great experience 👍🏼

Be careful! the standard is inconsistent here. If you not lucky you will randomly ran into an unprofessional masseuse who will easily destroy and waste your good 2-3 hours. I was unlucky twice, the second time was so horrible that made me walk to reception and file a complain. I spent 3 hours there expecting to be pampered by massage but the result is I got out full of stress. The masseuse lady was unprofessional and have no service mind. I asked for neck massage but she keeps using elbow pressing my back and unable to do neck massage. I questioned about the way she used compress herbal ball. She told me she also not sure on the instructions and then asked me back for massage advice. I won’t blame the masseuse because I think she didn’t have any intention. But Let’s Relax Sukhumvit 14 is awful. Highly disappointed as I’m also frequent customer. I’ve been visiting this place for around 10 times. They doing only cashier work. No quality control, damage control, no client management skills. If you want to risk purchase additional stress and waste a half of your day, you can go try.

Let’s Relax Spa was truly a rejuvenating and memorable experience. After a long day, it was the perfect way to unwind and give both body and soul the care they deserved. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — we were welcomed with a refreshing cup of tea and cold towels while we waited for our session. The staff offered a wide range of scrubs and fragrant oils, tailored to different skin types and needs. Having the chance to sample them made it easy to choose exactly what we wanted. We were then led to a private room with calming music and a soothing atmosphere. The treatment began with a gentle scrub, followed by a massage that hit just the right pressure — relaxing yet invigorating. What made the experience even more delightful was the thoughtful touch at the end: another warm cup of tea served alongside delicious mango sticky rice. The staff were courteous, professional, and made the entire experience seamless. This is truly a must-try if you're looking to indulge in a high-quality, serene spa experience.
