The food at this establishment is outstanding, showcasing a variety of delicious options that cater to different tastes. However, the seating arrangements leave much to be desired in terms of comfort. The setup is primarily like that of a traditional restaurant, featuring mostly tables and chairs that may not be ideal for families or groups looking to relax while enjoying their meals. An upgrade to more comfortable seating options, such as booths or lounge chairs, would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. On the positive side, they do provide an impressive selection of beverages, offering something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for a refreshing soda, a hot beverage, or something a bit stronger. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of screens displaying flight status information. Currently, customers need to venture to the main area to check their flight details, which can be inconvenient. By providing this information on-site, it would create a more seamless experience for travelers who are looking to stay updated without having to leave their seats
The First Class Lounge was a bit farther down the corridor than I expected, and I only wish I’d had more time to fully enjoy it. Great service, good food, and a pleasant ambience. There was plenty of seating, and the seats were quite cozy. The food selection was quite varied, with hot dishes, a salad bar, snacks, assorted sandwiches, pastries, and fridges stocked with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There were also assorted sandwiches and other small bites. Puff pastries and croissants were arranged in a separate display case that looked like it might be heated, but the croissant I tried was cold and a bit bland, which was somewhat disappointing. Among the hot items I remember were fried rice, pad kra pao (Thai basil stir-fry), shrimp wontons, and braised chicken noodle soup. The shrimp wontons were just okay, but I particularly enjoyed the pad kra pao, and the chicken noodle soup was another highlight. Overall, it was a comfortable lounge with a nice range of food and drinks, and I would have loved to spend more time there.
Hello, I traveled with my family and the plane took off at the new terminal, so I used the lounge service via credit card. This was the first time and it was great. If you want to relax while waiting for your flight, I recommend the Miracle lounge SAT-1. It is a lounge with a beautiful and luxurious style. It is spacious and has a good atmosphere. There are many photo spots. You can see the view of the building below and the plane very close. The staff provided good service, always smiling and greeting me. There are many food and beverages to choose from. There is a menu with a cook standing by to make us order all the time. Most importantly, there is halal food. The taste of all the food is good. The colors are delicious, clean and always hot. The salad and fruit are fresh and sweet. The bathroom is very clean. There are shower rooms, towels, and toothbrushes provided. Thank you.
