Let me start from the beginning. I'm a customer who uses the fitness center on the third floor, visiting at least two to three times a week. I also frequently shop at the McDonald's Value supermarket on the ground floor. I drive a car with a slightly protruding front bumper, making it difficult to park in the building's ramps. Once, my car was damaged on the steep ramp. I asked the security guard if there were any suitable parking spots, but they simply told me to "drive around." Initially, I wondered if they meant driving around the central island, but they explained that I should drive out of the complex, find a U-turn in Soi Ekkamai and the alley behind the building, and then drive back in until I find a parking spot. In reality, there are very few parking spaces on the first floor. I've driven in and out of the complex countless times, for about 45 minutes. I find finding parking here inconvenient and not very accommodating for customers. Therefore, I would appreciate it if the management or the complex could consider making some exceptions for parking spaces for customers, as we are valued customers. And they've already spent a considerable amount. This review is not intended to be critical, but rather to offer a small suggestion for the project to consider. Thank you.

The mall is completely deserted. Many shops are out of business. I walked around for 10 minutes and saw nothing. I paid 20 baht for parking. Think carefully before coming; it's a wasted trip. Do not waste your time coming here. There is nothing to see, and most of the restaurants are closed.

I drove to buy groceries, and even had to pay a 20 baht toll on the way out. I'm not going there anymore; Gateway Ekamai is better. Free parking for 2 hours, and they have more items.
