Watpo & Chetawan Thai Traditional Medical and Massage School

Absolutely avoid this place. You think it's a school, so it'll be good? Not at all. They give you a form to fill out at the beginning that they don't even show to the masseurs/masseurs. It's just a money-making machine... I counted 16 mattresses in the same room, two air conditioners blasting, and the room temperature was only 16/17°C at most... I came specifically because my sciatica is raging from all the walking... She didn't push me at all... So you pay a lot for subpar service... This massage center is a disgrace. Maybe the one inside is good, but this one is definitely one to avoid... Oh yeah, you change in the toilets, and with 40/50 clients an hour, you're bound to be busy... I've had massages where they forced a "boom boom" massage, others where they didn't necessarily know what they were doing... But I really mean it, this was awful, absolutely awful. If you find something less effective in Bangkok, I'll pay for your session.

The massage is good, but the service is bad, not recommended. When me and my friend went to another branch opposite of Wat-po, the massage staff did the wrong massage course even tough we can clearly hear the receptionist give the right order. Even though we didn't mind the mistake and can accept the wrong course, it's really not a big deal for us, but how your staff reacted after realizing the mistake deserve this 1-star review. Your staff even bad-mouth the customer who is in the next room and can hear everything and try to blame this mistake to the customer. This is not how you do service if you don't take responsibility of how you have bad communication and only blame the first-time customer. At least please train your staff some manners.
