EDIT: I am amending my review to 4 stars as the business did reach out to me, albeit 4 days later, to apologise and offer me a complimentary oil massage session. I'm no longer in BKK and won't be able to use it but I appreciate the apology and the gesture, although maybe next time it would be better to reply within 24 hours as a lot of customers are probably tourists like me. --- I booked a 90-minute Aromatherapy Massage and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately the experience did not fully meet expectations. During the session, around 10 minutes were spent on room/tool preparation, and another ~10 minutes were used to braid my hair. This was not something I asked for, and the braiding involved quite a lot of pulling, which felt uncomfortable. As a result, I did not feel I received the full value of the 90-minute treatment and left feeling a bit disappointed. This is one of the more expensive massage options in the area, and given the price point (1900 BHT for 90 mins), I expected the full session time to be dedicated to the massage itself. One practical note for future visitors: Google Maps currently lists the location as Tower B, but the spa is actually located in Tower A, which may cause confusion when finding the place. The staff were really nice, but I think clearer boundaries around treatment time and consent would significantly improve the experience.

The treatment began with a rejuvenating body scrub that left our skin feeling soft and refreshed, followed by an expertly delivered massage. Initially, I was slightly apprehensive due to the therapists’ advanced age, but my worries quickly melted away. Their skill and experience were evident in every movement. My therapist, Polly, was attentive and thorough, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the session. My husband was equally impressed with his therapist, Kratai, whose technique was exceptional. Her skillful approach stood out, leaving him feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. The combination of a professional staff, soothing ambiance, and attention to detail made this visit unforgettable. If you’re seeking a place to de-stress and indulge in high-quality treatments, this spa is highly recommended. By far the best massage place in Bangkok. The space is beautifully designed, clean, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. I felt relaxed from the moment I walked along the stone pathway at the entrance. The front desk team is always so lovely and welcoming. Most importantly, the massages are exceptional. Every therapist has their own unique style and technique, but they are all incredibly skilled. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Truly flawless service every time.
