What Google reviewers say about THYME House Massage Phayathai
This Thai massage centre offers one of the best massage experiences in Bangkok. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely skilled. A special mention goes to Perry, the therapist, whose technique was exceptional and made the entire session deeply relaxing and truly rejuvenating. She maintained the perfect balance of pressure and rhythm, easing tension while still keeping the massage soothing and enjoyable from start to finish. The aroma massage with medium pressure was an excellent choice. The experience begins with selecting your preferred oils and scrubs, allowing you to personalise the treatment to your liking. The thoughtfulness continue after the session. Guests are offered a refreshing green tea and a small cookie, adding a comforting finish to the experience. The centre is impressively clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which enhances the overall sense of comfort and professionalism. Overall, this place delivers outstanding service, skilled therapists, and a peaceful environment. With therapists like Perry providing such high-quality care, it truly stands out. A full five-star experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier massage in Bangkok.
I decided to get a massage during my transit in Thailand. PayaThai station is about 25 minutes from the airport. Thyme massage is about 5 minutes walk from PayaThai station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait to get my massage even though I arrived without any reservation. I choose the Back, neck, shoulder massage. Once the payment is done a staff member will come and take you to wash your free and then take you upstairs to the massage room. The massage was very strong and you need to have a very high threshold of pain tolerance. I didn't really complain, but if you inform them it might not be so hard i assume. After the massage you are given some tea and biscuits.
Horrible massage experience: Trash massage bed: Nowhere to put my head except a neck support. No breathing hole underneath. Suffocating and uncomfortable. Pathetic technique: Hurt so bad I couldn't even make a sound. My hands are still throbbing while writing this review. Garbage communication: Explicitly demanded NO oil, but they still used oil on my back and hands. Run-down shop: Sat on a completely wrecked chair and it literally collapsed, throwing one of us to the ground. Bottom line: Absolute trash. Awful technique + zero communication + dilapidated facilities.
