!!!!! Anyone thinking of getting a clear protective wrap, MUST READ !!!!! I just finished getting a clear protective wrap done on my V5. I'm extremely satisfied. The work is impeccable. Every corner and point is perfectly folded. It's a single piece wrap with no seams. It's like buying peace of mind. A month before this, I went to another shop for a wrap. Their marketing seemed good, but the actual service wasn't great. Some edges and corners weren't folded properly, and they left several cutter marks. This led to paint repairs, and they gave vague answers just to get the job done. I refused to accept this and demanded corrections multiple times. In the end, they refunded my money and removed the wrap. After that, I researched several other shops, but finally chose V5. Regarding V5: 1 — Good Service 1.1 The owner spoke directly and honestly, encouraging me to come see their work before making a decision. They also let me know what areas I wanted them to focus on. 1.1 The customer service staff were excellent. 1.2 They were friendly, smiling, and didn't rush the job, showing the customer the finished product until they were satisfied. They understood the customer's needs and were willing to make adjustments (though I didn't know what to change because the work was already excellent). They provided constant updates on the progress, so the customer didn't have to worry about their car being delayed (they even asked if I wanted to eat before I left and offered to order something for me). 1.3 The wrap and polishing technicians were kind, lovely, and straightforward. They clearly explained what was acceptable and what needed careful attention, and ***seemed very experienced***. They worked quickly; I dropped off my car on a Friday, and the team started working right away, without any delays. 2. Wrap Quality The shop folded and creased the edges and corners of every part, which prevents dust accumulation over time. They also applied interior protective film to the screen, door handles, and other vulnerable areas. The sticker wrap work was meticulously done. Areas that were glossy were fitted with glossy film, and areas that were matte were fitted with matte sticker film. Importantly, they also applied film to the roof to protect against stone chips. 3. Warranty They offer a good 5-year warranty. Choosing a less reputable or newly opened shop can be a bit risky because... We've had to see them for 5 years. I like that even though we didn't use the tow truck service initially, they kept it reserved for us to use throughout the 5 years. 4 — Location 4.1 The waiting room is comfortable with massage chairs, air conditioning, snacks, and drinks. You can wait all day. Importantly, they even have a surprise box! ^^ 4.2 The car washing and waxing location and equipment is very important. They have professional car washing equipment. The washing area is excellent. Some shops just use a regular tent and a hose. 4.3 The car wrapping room is well-enclosed and can accommodate many cars. They don't just park our car haphazardly. 5 — Price The price is very reasonable, cheaper than most shops, and you get premium service :) All of this is from my own personal experience. P.S. No wonder there are so many comments on Google and such good ratings. Update 1 — First service after 6 months of having the film installed — The shop sent a reminder via Line to maintain the film's condition. The service was excellent as always. We had questions and concerns, and the shop promptly and willingly addressed them.

On January 24, 2026, I had the opportunity to visit V5 AUTO FILMS, their Rangsit headquarters. I traveled from Nakhon Pathom with the intention of installing SolarGard Black Phantom window film on my entire car, including the TV5 roof. The staff showed me film samples and gave detailed recommendations, perfectly meeting my needs. I also booked an appointment to have the entire car wrapped with paint protection film. The service was excellent, the price was friendly, and the customer waiting area was spacious and comfortable with clean restrooms. There were soft sofas to sit on, and even a waiting area where I could use my laptop to work. There were several massage chairs and snacks and drinks available while I waited. The staff were very attentive, even offering to provide breakfast when they saw I had traveled a long distance and hadn't had a meal. Thank you again! Before leaving, I even won a special prize – a box of dipping sauces to take home. I was impressed with everything about this shop. I recommend this shop to my friends. For me, this shop gets a 10 out of 10. This isn't just a compliment because I won a prize; it's the attentive service, the dedication to customer care, the friendly atmosphere, and the impressive pricing. I recently bought my first electric car and I'm very protective of it, so I searched for a trustworthy shop to install window tinting and paint protection film. I read reviews on Facebook pages and Google, and visited three shops near my home in person. I chose this shop even though it wasn't the cheapest, because the staff explained the products, services, and prices in detail, patiently, and gave me time to decide. The price was a one-time flat rate that included services until the warranty expired. On the day of pickup, the shop sent a tow truck, and they sent photos and their location along the way. While the car was at the shop, they kept me updated on the process and sent photos of the car. Finally, on the day of pickup, they sent maintenance instructions and a warranty certificate. Other things I appreciated included the excellent service from the staff every time I visited, the shop offered snacks, drinks, coffee, instant noodles, massage chairs, and especially a cat corner where customers could play with the cats.
