DO NOT TRUST HOMEPRO I went to Home Pro Rama III to purchase an office chair for about 5,400 baht, I get home and assemble it, and after some compression and exposure to the air, a massive stain on the seat pan/foam appeared. It is clear that this product was spilled on, returned, cleaned and resold to me. I called them countless times and also chatted via line and email to file a product defect claim, (when a claim is filed they are obliged to pick up my product). Even though I was told a claim was processed they insisted on me taking it back to the store myself. They don't even know their own store policy. I live five miles away and work all day, and do not own a truck, the chair is assembled and bulky, I see they have tons of trucks, But I have to bring it in?? They are the ones who sold ME a messed up chair for 5400 thb...? They don't even follow their own policy. I will never buy another thing from Homepro, they are just another mickey mouse operation, as unreliable and unprofessional as anyone else. might as well make the gamble anywhere else when you buy expensive furniture. I bought a high-pressure water pump from this HomePro branch. It's supposed to be that high-pressure, but the PVC pipe they used was so small! Of course it's going to leak and seep, it's a miracle it hasn't exploded. Why didn't they check it or hire a knowledgeable technician? I wasted so much money on this, and the service is terrible. Why didn't they calculate the cost? What kind of technician is this? Anyone thinking of buying electrical appliances or anything else from HomePro, run away!

I ordered item reference number 20-10842736, a dining table, and it was scheduled for delivery on 5/07/2026. However, only the chairs arrived. I tried calling the sales representative but received no response, and the call center said I would receive the table on October 23rd. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to send the table. Our conversation stated it would be delivered today, 5/7/2026.
