I’ve been visiting Lasalle’s Avenue for years, but ever since the introduction of the new parking fee system, things have really gone downhill. The long queues of cars waiting to get in or out have caused unnecessary traffic jams inside the property, making what used to be a convenient visit very time-consuming and frustrating. It’s disappointing to see a system like this being implemented just to generate extra revenue, instead of focusing on improving customer experience. In the past, the mall already struggled with occupancy because the rental rates were increasing and is too high for the target customers and this new policy only makes things worse. No one seems happy with the current management approach. It feels like the main focus is profit, not the people who actually come here to shop and support the tenants. I truly hope the management will reconsider this system and bring back the welcoming atmosphere Lasalle’s Avenue once had.
Parking is now charged here. (We just found out. We rarely visit, but we've noticed there are more food options now, and we plan to come shopping as well.) If you're coming to shop and eat, you have to be quick. Eat fast, shop fast, you can't relax because of the parking fee. Spend ฿1,500 and get 3 hours of free parking. Spend ฿500 and get 2 hours of free parking. The 1 hour stated on the parking ticket is included with the stamps you get when you meet the spending requirements. The Line OA doesn't seem to offer anything other than collecting visitor data. Are they really trying to get customers to shop, or just collect member data? It's confusing. And then another 20-30 minutes are wasted when a large number of people leave at the same time. The wait is too long. Please improve this.
A great hang out place for people who living in this area. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket and many other things. Parking lots are free, but always be crowded on weekend around lunch and dinner time. I deduct the stars given, because the A/C at the gym has been broken for almost a month now. While you are working out, it is super uncomfortable and easily out of breathe. I was informed that the A/C is the common facility. Should have sent someone to fix earlier. Also, the orgainizer always arrange the events that do not suit the place; such as kid's cheerleading and kid's taekwondo events which took all the parking spaces that are alreafy limited. It affected the gym comers or routine users that comes usually.
