((Onsen)) - The water pressure was strong and comfortable for showering. The soap and shampoo smelled nice, but the conditioner was a bit sticky. - The zoning for each pool was good. The high ceiling prevented the steam from feeling cramped. I really liked that they had refreshing, scented ice-cold towels available in front of the sauna. Applying them after soaking in the hot water was very relaxing for my head. - The changing area was small compared to the size of the pools and lockers (luckily, it wasn't crowded when I went). I really disliked the lotion. It felt very sticky. Even after relaxing for 10-15 minutes, the stickiness lingered, so I had to shower to wash it off. I have dry skin, and without lotion, my skin cracks. (I forgot to ask the staff if I could bring my own toiletries.) - The indoor relaxation area is designed more for groups of friends or families than for 1-2 people. - The hot room should have smaller towels; they were too small and uncomfortable to lie on. - The cool room was very comfortable. I liked the lighting, atmosphere, and the cave-like design. ((Massage)) I used the massage service twice. The first masseuse had good pressure; the second was a little too light, but she adjusted the pressure after we talked. She was quite friendly. ((Location)) Parking is available for 6 hours. The staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere is great, giving off a Japanese vibe. The lighting is quite relaxing. The drinks served are very refreshing, both pandan-flavored and lemon.

“Great for Relaxation, but Massage Quality Could Improve” If you’re looking for the ultimate relaxation spot, this branch is a great choice. The atmosphere is designed for unwinding, allowing you to spend the entire day here without feeling rushed. From the moment you step in, you’ll notice how spacious and well-maintained the facility is. One of the highlights is the variety of relaxation options available. You can enjoy a soothing massage to release tension, followed by a rejuvenating session in the onsen. The onsen area itself is impressive, featuring both a steam room and a sauna to enhance your experience. There are also multiple relaxation rooms, including a cold room and a hot room, providing different ways to refresh and recharge. The entire place is impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. Another convenient feature is the parking—you can park here for up to 6 hours, which makes it easy to enjoy all the facilities without worrying about time. However, I found the Thai massage to be below average compared to other branches. I have had better experiences elsewhere, and I believe there is room for improvement in the skills of the masseuses. I hope the management takes this into consideration and works on enhancing the massage quality. Overall, this is still a great place to relax, but I would love to see improvements in the massage services to make the experience even better.

What a great day of relaxation. I went at 11:00 a.m. on a weekday and there may have been, at most five of us. Perfect. It's tastefully decorated, it's bigger than their other branch that I've been to, the design and decor is so calming and relaxing. The pools are beautiful and everything is very clean. Samuel, one of the staff is very friendly, helpful and happy and speaks great English. He and another colleague keep the floors dry and the space neat and orderly all the time. I had the ramen for lunch and the pork was so juicy tender and delicious, The stuff at the front of the house and all the staff all the way through the whole process was amazing... All of their products smell amazing as well. All of the signage is in English and Japanese so the only thing I have for comment is that they should have the signs and instructions and etiquette in Thai as well. Today everyone that was there were Thai and a lot of them didn't know certain etiquette rules which were not written in Thai. When I explained it in Thai, they were pleased to know. Ie about not putting the towel in the water or rinsing yourself off before getting in the pools after being in the sweaty steam or suana.. They said that they didn't understand because they couldn't read the English or Japanese and good to know... Other than that small suggestion which is not a big deal It was a great day, all 5 hours.
