What Google reviewers say about Nuch Massage BTS Phromphong by Lek Massage Bangkok
I bought a voucher on Klook and booked a 90-minute foot massage (60 minutes for feet, 30 minutes for head, shoulders, and neck). I selected NUCH for the booking, but was directed to LEK, located just off Soi 24, next to a brothel. The masseuse was coughing the whole time, and I was worried about catching something. Furthermore, her fingernails? or calluses? were pressing against me, causing pain. She quickly finished the foot massage after 50 minutes, and then just roughly rubbed the surface of my hair during the head massage. I was thinking "What is this?" the whole time. She frequently used only one hand, clearly cutting corners, and was incredibly clumsy. She mercilessly placed her fingers on my eyeballs, massaged my neck tendons instead of muscles, and pressed on my upper arms, seemingly trying to press on arteries, which was just painful. Because it felt like torture, the 90 minutes felt like 3 hours, and my shoulders became even more stiff. It felt so long that my brain malfunctioned, and I accidentally gave her a completely worthless tip. If you end up with a Japanese-sounding therapist whose name starts with "M," just accept it. There are many other places that are cheaper and offer better service and skills. I used this place for the first time because the reviews were good and I wanted to find a new favorite, but I will never go back. The staff at the shop were polite and responded quickly and kindly to my requests for time changes and questions via LINE. I think I just got unlucky, but the shop I chose to end my trip ended up being stressful, and I returned home feeling disappointed.
I used this place on Saturday, the day I arrived in Bangkok. It's right near Phrom Phong Station. They open at 9 AM, and I went there to kill time before checking in, but the masseur, Chok (male), who happened to be assigned to me, was the best I've ever experienced, including in Japan. ■ Foot 90-minute + Head and Shoulders 30-minute course The pressure was firm, but not so strong that it hurt and made my body stiff—just the right amount of pressure. He worked not only on the soles of my feet, but also around my knees and thighs. The head and shoulders massage reached even my stiffest back, arms, and fingertips. I was so impressed that I made a reservation for the next day before leaving. Thai massage is amazing! Bangkok has countless massage parlors, but there are quite a few where the masseurs chat with the next one while doing a half-hearted job. Since you're there, you should spend a fair amount of money at a place with high-quality masseurs. I'll definitely be back on my next trip!
I think out of all the parlours on the same road this is the best one. We went around 10pm at night and it started off really quiet with just me and my other half and one more person. By the time our 60 minute massage was finished the place was so busy. I think it's definitely recommended for its foot massages and I highly recommend it too. Both our masseuses were incredible. The place smells lovely and it's very clean and courteous. Limited English at reception but plenty of translated service menus at the front and its a simple point at what you want. Lovely tea too!
