Best time to visit. Low humidity, clear skies. Book popular spots early — peak tourist season.
I recently visited a rest area located in Bangna highway. I must say that I was disappointed by the parking charges. The facilities were decent, with a hospital nearby and a variety of small shops, restaurants, and a mini supermarket. However, despite spending less than an hour there and even making purchases worth a few hundred baht, I was charged a whopping 40 baht for parking. This is considerably expensive compared to the usual practice in Bangkok, where the first hour is typically free. While the amenities offered are convenient, the steep parking charges leave much to be desired. Visitors should carefully consider whether it's worth the added expense before deciding to visit.
This venue is a haven for car drivers, offering plenty of free parking with a minimum spending requirement. With over 10 restaurants to choose from, there's something to satisfy every craving. Additionally, there are three 24-hour shops including Burger King, Starbucks, and A Ramen, providing round-the-clock convenience. You'll also find a K Villa grocery store for all your shopping needs. Plus, tucked away at the back is a fantastic massage and spa place, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Its convenient location makes it a top choice for drivers seeking a one-stop destination for dining, shopping, and relaxation.
The security guard at the entrance had a terrible attitude. I parked my car to drop off customers near the shop I was going to, and then I was going to park in the shade, but the security guard came over with a displeased look and quickly told me to park elsewhere, even though I had only parked for less than a minute to let two people get out of the car. Having someone like this in a service job is the worst possible job. 👎🏼
