Terrible Terrible Experience! We were on a short layover in Bangkok and staying very close to this Spa. After seeing their exceptional reviews over google, decided to take a 2 Hour Session at their Spa. We were hopeful that out get lags would ease and we could be well prepared for our long Thailand trip ahead. We booked in advance and reached the place well ahead of the scheduled appointment time. The first impression of the place was amazing. The place was well set up. All was good till this point in time. What followed next simply ruined it all for us. The crew were absolutely in no mood to offer a warm and a memorable experience to us. All they did was giggle and chat among themselves. The worst followed next - after repeated requests to identify the pressure points correctly and offer a genuine massage, all we could get was giggles among the masseuse clearly indicating that they were least bothered on what our concerns was. We finally out of frustration, asked for the receptionist to have the masseuse changed to which she was unable to offer any resolution. Not really sure if our masseuse was a help staff or otherwise. After taking more than 8 dozen massages in Thailand, this was surprisingly the worst experience that we had. I hope that the owner of the place (who was not available on request) sees this review and act in best interest of their selves.

Not sure how they have received such good reviews. My wife who is Thai and a massage therapist in Australia for the last 13 years in her own business just had a foot massage. As you can imagine I have had plenty of massages and my wife knows what she is doing. My massage was ok but my wife’s was awful and she Will praise if it deserves it. The massage felt like we were sitting on the main road which the shop is right next too. As a builder there would be ways to minimise the amount of noise but certainly not something they have worried about. Staff were reasonably friendly but I think pretty tired. Place was clean and welcoming towels and drink was nice. Overall for the money very disappointing. We would have come back tomorrow for additional massage of some type but will give it a big miss and try somewhere else.

This was the worst massage I’ve had in a long time. I went with my sister expecting to relax, but both masseuses carried on a full, loud conversation throughout the entire 90 minutes, which made it impossible to unwind. I booked a 1-hour Thai massage plus 30 minutes of head massage, and the head massage was especially disappointing. For about 25 minutes, the masseuse just stroked the same spot on my head repeatedly, then spent the remaining time absentmindedly playing with my hair. At one point, she even fiddled with my bracelet for nearly a minute. I had to open my eyes to ask if something was wrong, because I thought it had gotten caught. Overall, it felt unprofessional and careless. There are plenty of far better massage options in Bangkok. I would not recommend this place—very disappointing experience.
