Index Living Mall The Walk Kaset Nawamin

We ordered an expensive cabinet and chair. When I picked up the chair, it was covered in plastic. I didn't know that the plastic covering was UNDER the frame. When I got home I couldn't remove the plastic without completely taking the chair apart, remove the plastic, and then reassemble it. I didn't have the correct tools, so I had to go buy tools, then return home. Then unscrew all the connections, remove the plastic, and then put the chair back together again. The chair was fine, but Index Living Mall gave me a chair that was impossible to unpack without one half day of work. I will not buy anything from them again.

I ordered something from Index Living (online). The item hasn't been delivered yet, but Index updated the status to "delivered," saying it was to prevent the order from being cancelled by the platform. They just informed me, that's all. I'm confused. How am I supposed to track whether the item has been delivered or not? I don't mind the money, but I no longer trust this store. Anyone still considering buying from them, please be aware. If you need proof, let me know; I have evidence of every step of the process.

This place is the answer for the need of furniture and decorative products. (Another good choice if you don't go to Ikea.) There's wide range of product and most of them are inexpensive. Big area store, well organized, but not enough staff. By the way they have good willing to help customer with good service. Parking here is comfortable.
