Its combination of historic elegance, world-class service, riverside charm, exceptional dining, and robust facilities make it a standout stay for special occasions, luxury travel, or anyone seeking a truly memorable Bangkok experience. 

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but somehow never got around to writing a review until now. During this stay, I had the chance to experience one of their suites, the Versatri Suite. The hotel offers several different suite categories, and this was one of them. Service here remains one of the biggest highlights. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and always smiling. The butler service is especially impressive. Every time I left the room, the team would quietly come in to check and refresh everything. One detail that I particularly love is their classic system of placing a small wooden piece outside the door when the guest is away. Once you return and open the door, it falls over, letting the butler know that the guest is back in the room. It’s a small touch, but one that I always find charming and thoughtful. The room itself feels very premium, with high-quality materials throughout. Breakfast is also excellent, with a very extensive buffet selection. If I had to mention one small inconvenience, it would be the spa and fitness facilities being located across the river, requiring a short boat ride provided by the hotel. It can be slightly inconvenient at times, though I completely understand that the property’s layout makes it difficult to have everything on the same side. Overall, another wonderful stay. This hotel continues to deliver exceptional service and remains one of my favorite luxury hotel experiences.
