I have mixed feelings about this place. I first came here for a massage the day before, and the massage was actually very good. That positive experience is the reason I returned the next day to use their hair salon. Unfortunately, the hair salon experience was very disappointing and felt unethical. I asked for a simple root touch-up and a basic trim. I was quoted around US$60, which already felt quite high for a very average, non-luxury hair salon in Thailand, but I agreed. Once the service started, the issues began. After applying the color and during the wash, I was told they wanted to add “vitamins” to my hair for an extra US$15. I clearly said no. Then after the wash, I was told that the haircut would be another US$15, even though I was originally told the price included both the root touch-up and the trim. When I questioned this, they claimed the front desk staff “didn’t know” because she was new. I asked them to show me the price list. At first they didn’t want to, but when they finally did, it became clear that I was right — the price I had been charged was not even for a root touch-up, but for a full color, meaning I was already being overcharged. I also noticed they were doing similar upselling tactics to other clients, adding unnecessary services in the middle of appointments without clear consent. Overall, it felt like a bait-and-switch / skimming business practice, which is very disappointing. Massage service: Good Hair salon: Not honest, not transparent Because of the lack of transparency and ethical pricing, I do not recommend using their hair salon, even though the massage itself was decent.

Ooof I rarely leave reviews but this one is for anyone considering eyelash extensions - and maybe all services? If you feel both physically uncomfortable with the results and they’re FAR off from what you asked for, they don’t do revisions or provide credit to come back and have the service redone here. I came in with a set of extensions I wanted removed, to get a fresh set. I asked for a similar set but slightly shorter length than the ones I had and even looked at examples with the technician. I ended up with EXTREMELY curled, short lashes (probably a CC / D curl, whereas I came in with B/C). You could very clearly see my natural lashes poking through because the extensions were so curled. I asked to just have the lashes removed (they were that bad) and was met with so much hostility from Anna (receptionist?) and, unprompted, was told I’d get no refund or credit to get them redone. But the real wild service happened during the removal, which was done SO roughly - especially compared to the initial removal of the set I had coming in. I was on the verge of tears laying there with my eyes taped and chemicals on my lashes while the technician poked and pulled my natural lashes out. I was left with eyes still covered in dried glue, white gummy lashes stuck to my eyelids and each other. On my way out I asked if they could help me remove the glue still all over my eyes and they repeatedly gaslit me and said no, there’s no glue. Wild.

On March 18th, I went to get babylights. I inquired and they told me they offered that service. I showed the stylist a reference photo (a real one of me) and she also showed me the color chart. I told her the color I wanted (it was similar to the photo). I asked her to please do babylights with subtle blonde tones (so it wouldn't look unnatural). After the shampooing process, I realized it wasn't subtle blonde at all, but rather thick copper highlights. I told her it was completely different from what I had shown her in terms of color and technique, and that I needed to speak with someone to fix my hair; it looked awful. She agreed to fix it, applied more dye, and we started the process (she was very kind throughout). She even trimmed my damaged ends (I imagine from the mistake). Finally, the color faded, and aesthetically, it looked better. Now, almost two weeks later, it's lightening again (turning copper) and it doesn't look good. My opinion is that for this type of work (anything involving hair coloring), they should have someone experienced and professional, because it was a terrible experience, and now I have to invest, pay, and fix the color again. You pay for a good service, and you should have consulted with them beforehand. I do NOT recommend this place.
