"One Night Turned Into Five I originally booked the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok for just one night, but after checking in, there was no way I wanted to leave. What was supposed to be a quick stay turned into five nights because the experience was honestly that good. I’ve traveled internationally for over 20 years, and this hotel easily ranks among the best I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the level of service stood out immediately. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling forced or overly formal. Check-in was smooth and personal. The gentleman at the front desk took his time explaining everything and even walked me all the way to the room while showing me the hotel amenities along the way. Small detail, but it made a strong first impression. The room itself was beautiful — spacious, modern, and with tasteful Thai-inspired touches that made it feel unique instead of just another luxury hotel room. The bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure, double sinks, and Aesop products for the soap, shampoo, and lotion. The robe felt incredibly soft and luxurious, and yes, the toilet is a bidet. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient everything felt. Most room controls can be managed from the digital panel near the bed, which made lighting and curtains super easy to adjust. Housekeeping was also excellent. They cleaned thoroughly every day and even did evening turndown service to prep the room for sleeping. I honestly can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with this level of attention to detail. The hotel also provides fresh fruit daily, unlimited bottled water, and two fresh coconuts during the stay, which was a nice touch. The minibar setup was solid too, especially having a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast deserves its own paragraph because it was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had anywhere. Huge selection, lots of made-to-order items, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff constantly checking if you needed anything. The service there never felt rushed despite how busy it could get. Special shoutout to May in the breakfast area. She greeted us every morning with such a warm and friendly attitude that it genuinely made our mornings better. You can tell she cares about guests and enjoys what she does. The only minor thing I’d mention is the gym. It’s nice and clean, but on the smaller side with mostly cardio machines and only a few weight machines. Still perfectly usable, just not massive if you’re someone who spends a lot of time working out. Overall, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I actually had another hotel booked afterward and ended accepting my loss for being non-refundable because I didn’t want to leave here. That alone probably says everything."

"Hello, I booked a family room at Lancaster Hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was traveling with my two children, and my 4-year-old child accidentally made a tiny pen mark on the duvet. As responsible guests, we immediately informed the hotel staff so the item could be cleaned. We were completely transparent and cooperative. What is unacceptable is that the hotel never contacted me by phone, email, or in person to discuss the issue. Instead, a letter was simply left in my room stating that I had been charged a fine of 2,450 Thai Baht. Even more concerning, the hotel deducted this amount directly from my security deposit without obtaining my consent or giving me any opportunity to discuss, dispute, or understand the basis of the charge. This is not how a reputable hotel should treat its guests. A small washable mark caused by a 4-year-old child does not justify such a heavy penalty, especially when there was no attempt at communication or fair resolution. The fact that the deduction was made unilaterally and without any discussion reflects a complete lack of respect for guests and their rights. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy is unacceptable. I expect a detailed explanation of this charge and a review of the hotel’s handling of this matter."

"We ordered an expensive cabinet and chair. When I picked up the chair, it was covered in plastic. I didn't know that the plastic covering was UNDER the frame. When I got home I couldn't remove the plastic without completely taking the chair apart, remove the plastic, and then reassemble it. I didn't have the correct tools, so I had to go buy tools, then return home. Then unscrew all the connections, remove the plastic, and then put the chair back together again. The chair was fine, but Index Living Mall gave me a chair that was impossible to unpack without one half day of work. I will not buy anything from them again."

"I used the hot spring facilities (I think it was a super luxury public bath, not a natural hot spring). I visited around 6 PM on a Saturday. Because it was full, I was able to enjoy the scents of the products while waiting for about 10 minutes. What bothered me was, as others have mentioned, the presence of floating particles in the hot spring water. The floor was slippery. The bath towels in the changing rooms and toilets were wet, which was unpleasant. Although it's open until 10 PM, it seemed that new entry had stopped by 7 PM. Near the wall of the sauna room, there were signs describing bathing methods and times tailored to different purposes such as relaxation, detoxification, and promoting sleep. It's unclear if meals are served, but tea and other beverages seemed available. Cleansing products are located in the washroom, not the bathing area. There was hand and body lotion, but nothing explicitly labeled as toner."

"I've been living just steps from this massage shop for a couple of months and was a regular, visiting several times a week since late November. The massages were always good—relaxing and professional—so I brought my sister, parents, and friends, who all enjoyed it. But some time ago, I politely asked for a softer massage. The therapist got angry, started yelling, and stormed out of the room. Since then, she's instructed the other staff not to serve me, and now they refuse—even when I book in advance. As a loyal customer spending 1,000–2,000 baht most weeks and bringing new clients, it's shocking how one person's behavior can literally ruin the business for a regular. The massages are good and the location is convenient, but this lack of professionalism has made me feel completely unwelcome. I'm now looking for another place."

"Overall the experience was ok. But At some point I did turn on my back and she did massage my belly but not put anything to cover my chest ( boobs) and then even started to massage them without asking.. I felt very uncomfortable at this point that someone just take my boobs and massage or watch them and ask me if that hurt because there is a tattoo … And if a massage therapist has a flu that she is keeping doing noise with her nose she should stay home, or clean the nose before the massage start … To advertise the oil massage they put Thai oil in front for 400 bath but if you want full oil massage it’s 500 so people that came in the same time as me and me were confused about why is it more expensive .. (had better for 300 bath)…"

"I always go here when I was living nearby and still go even I am now living in Bangna, because they really do good massage in a reasonable price. I most of the time add more time. But last night, I could say that the lady who massaged me didn’t do great. Especially that in the price increases. I mean for how many time, I was thinking it’s okay to drive even though it’s far and they increase the price because they really do a great job. But last night, the lady didn’t massage me well, I told her for how many time that I didn’t want her to massage too hard and always on my neck because I can feel too much pressure and not on the right area that others usually massage and that it seems not relaxing. I’m thinking it was on my veins already. I also told here to massage my shoulders and head that I knew these need more massage, but she just said. ‘Relax’ I thought she will go back on these parts and massage. But the time just done and nothing. Also, I can most of the time felt her putting the balm and that’s it. I was trying to think that maybe she was tired already. but my purpose again is to pay for me to feel relieved a, but nothing. Now, I feel like I just paid and came there for nothing."

"I went to a place in Khaosan that's supposedly famous among Koreans for a foot massage, but I ended up just getting petted and chatting (they were kind though ^^). After being hugely disappointed by a few Thai massage places that were just famous but not very good, I found the absolute best foot massage spot. My feet were exhausted after a shopping spree at Central World on my last day, but the fatigue just melted away. If you're visiting Central World or Big C, this is the perfect place to relieve your foot fatigue. I like strong pressure, and ‘AOM’ and ‘MAM’ are the real deal 👍🏻. At other places, I felt it was a waste to pay 50 or 100 baht for an XLQ, but here, paying for an XLQ wasn't a waste at all. The only downside is that I only came here once. ร้านนวดที่ดีที่สุด the best massage shop"

"the location is very convenient ka and the staffs are always very welcoming, friendly, polite and supportive, never too pushy like other places. There are various of beauty products and treatments available depending on your issues and budgets. Everything is done and supervised by the doctors except hair removal and mask treatments."

"I did a number of treatments and surgeries with this clinic - Lower Blepharoplasty, Alarplasty, lips filler, Pico plus laser and CO2 factional laser for resurfacing. The communication to the procedure itself, everything was very comfortable and assuring. The staff are quick to answer my questions and attentive to my needs all the time. The doctor and surgeon are experienced and very knowledgeable. They were patient and explained what I wanted to know, address my concerns, and advise which treatments suit me best, and how the results would look on my face. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I am in my recovery phase and everything seems well so far. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced clinic. Will visit again for other aesthetics procedures when I am in Bangkok."

"One of my favorite spas in Bangkok! I have visited this spa many times but never had the chance to leave a review until now. Before I leave Thailand, I would love to recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, private, and relaxing spa experience where your personal belongings are kept safe and secure. The reception staff are always polite, kind, and professional, making every visit pleasant from the moment you walk in. The therapists are highly skilled, experienced, and truly know how to help you relax and unwind. I highly recommend their 3-hour special promotion package. You can customize your treatment according to your preferences, whether it’s a body scrub, aroma oil massage, or finishing with a relaxing facial massage. It is a wonderful package that leaves you feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you for making every visit such a relaxing and memorable experience! See you again next visited"

"Today I tried the 90-minute Workaholic Syndrome Massage at Munique Club in Gaysorn Tower. From the moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed. They served fragrant floral tea, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The best part, however, has to be the therapist – she's incredibly skilled! The pressure was just right, perfectly addressing my office syndrome. After the massage, I felt light, comfortable, and relaxed both physically and mentally. It was pure bliss! 😂✨ If you work hard and have accumulated stress, I highly recommend it. It's worth it!"

"During the massage, the Thai masseuse was using her phone. While I was lying face down, her pressure fluctuated wildly; when the pressure was low, she was clearly playing on her phone. The rest of the time, the massage was very inadequate, just her body weight pressing down on me. Also, after I got up, I found her phone on the trolley next to the bed. I will not return. Date: June 16, 2026, approximately 7:30 PM. The 90-minute Thai massage started. The masseuse on the bed to the right of the entrance was not attentive. The business can investigate and reply here."

"Talking about the green flags 🟢 #1: Enough effort and time put into the massage That's the main matter of what you're here for but that's the end of the good things they do. 🚩 #1: I had called twice in advance to make a reservation but they still messed up the time slot. 🚩#2: Careless staff at the front desk. We booked two massages and the older lady with the glasses did not do the paper work or ask for the concentration points for one person. When confronted, she tried to justify herself by saying that the masseuse inside the room would anyway ask for pressure points and guess what, she did not! 🚩#3: Another masseuse approached me when I was looking at the rate list banner and tried to sell me something but while I was speaking, she detected me not being interested and walked away mid conversation. 🚩#4: No care to ask for refreshments to accompaniments. 🚩 #5: They laugh at the guests if they are not understanding something and/or give them a side eye. They make comments and laugh behind the back all the time and this is terribly rude. You know they are talking about you and not some home gossip."

"To be fair, the place is called “Let’s Relax,” but I honestly didn’t feel relaxed at all. I’ll give a fair and honest review. The massage itself was actually good, the therapist was skilled and professional, and the environment looked nice and well set up. The ambience had the potential to be very relaxing. However, the biggest issue that completely ruined the experience was the air-conditioning. I genuinely cannot understand why the aircon wasn’t switched on. I’m not sure whether the mall turns it off after a certain timing, or if Let’s Relax didn’t properly coordinate with the mall regarding the aircon operating hours. Either way, this is something that should have been planned in advance. Our appointment was at 9pm, and by around 9:30pm, my whole body started feeling hot and uncomfortable. Instead of relaxing, I found myself focusing on how stuffy and warm the room was. It became very distracting and honestly took away the entire purpose of coming for a massage in the first place. When the session ended at around 10pm, I walked out to the reception area expecting some relief, but the whole place felt like a boiling stove. It was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a massage where you’re supposed to feel calm and refreshed. It’s really disappointing because this is a well-known and established brand. You would expect better planning and basic comfort standards. A good massage alone is not enough when the overall experience is affected by something as fundamental as proper ventilation and cooling. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With the pricing and reputation, customers would expect a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout the entire session. Sadly, this will be my last visit here."

"Compared to typical trial massages, this deep massage is quite intense. Even those who regularly get massages can enjoy it. The space is a bit cramped, but at least there are partitions, so it's not awkward for groups to come together. The staff speaks Chinese, which is very convenient."

"I arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport before noon and had a little over two hours before hotel check-in, so I visited the gym for a workout. The fee is 300 baht (as of August 2024), and you receive a locker key upon payment. Towels and underwear are available in the locker room. After changing and sitting in an empty seat, tea and fruit are served (you can ask for them if they aren't provided). You can also get a free glass of jelly at the counter. Food is available at an extra charge. There's an open gym area at the front with enough equipment for a quick workout. Shoes are required in this area. I did 20-30 minutes of cardio, then took a shower and rested. The sauna has two types: dry and mist. The baths have three types of water: ice-cold, around 15 degrees Celsius (like a cold shower), and over 40 degrees Celsius. You can enjoy various combinations of these, and when you get tired, you can relax and enjoy some sweets. The places that needed to be hot were hot, and the places that needed to be cold were cold. The cleanliness was impeccable, allowing me to relax. I was in a state of perfect relaxation, and before I knew it, two hours had passed. There's also a smoking area next to the shower and toilet rooms, in a semi-outdoor area. It was my first sauna experience in Bangkok, so I was a bit unsure of what to expect and was feeling my way around, but I thoroughly enjoyed it."

"I was very impressed. The spa's atmosphere is beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. The reception staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive. The facilities were complete and of high standard. Regarding the massage, overall it was good, but I felt the masseuse's pressure and technique could be improved, so I'm giving the masseuse a 4/5. Everything else, including the atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and overall experience, gets a 5/5. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity."

"The place is convenient, easy to find, clean, and the service is excellent. The doctor listened to my problems and helped recommend the best solution for me. This is my first treatment, and I will come back to review the treatment results later."

"We're Taiwanese, and we don't understand how such high ratings came about. The masseuse repeatedly put her hands on her phone throughout the entire massage, which vibrated incessantly on the bed, accompanied by constant notifications of messages and calls. Furthermore, there was absolutely no privacy; the privacy screen remained open the whole time, allowing other customers to walk by freely. Even when we asked if it could be closed, she asked if we were cold. This is a warning to all tourists lured in by these reviews! This is the worst massage I've ever had in Thailand."

"Visit this place frequently almost every 6 months. Even recommended them to friends to stay while we were getting married. Location of the place is good. Centralised with lots of food options and mrt station within 50meters. Parking is pretty alright too as the hotel is flexible and has lots for you. Should lots be used up, hotel staff will advise u to park at certain locations. Rooms. Rooms are rather clean and get cleaned everyday. Service. Extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. We booked the deluxe queen room and upon checking in were given superior room, 404. We only found out upon inspecting the room that we were ‘downgraded’. The male staff tried to play it off as it was a deluxe queen room but pictures on Aspira’s website clearly show different layouts of deluxe queen vs superior double. We had to revisit the counter to change our room back to what we paid for, eventually given room 515. This isnt the first time it has happened. Previously about a year ago, this same issue happened to us. We thought it as a genuine mistake and let it go but looks like it wasnt a mistake but rather intentional as it keeps happening. Disappointing much. Also note the room wardrobes are very different sizes The rest of the staff are mostly friendly and welcoming. In general, hotel is worth the value but just be careful of the room you book vs the room you receive. Compare pictures on their website and across booking platforms to make sure u arent shortchanged into a smaller room."

"I had acute cervical musculoskeletal inflammation from working at the office. It was so painful I couldn't tilt my head. The doctor provided excellent care, using ultrasound combined with massage, resulting in noticeable improvement. I felt better immediately after treatment. I especially appreciated the hot compresses after physical therapy. The clinic was clean and the equipment was well-maintained. I highly recommend this clinic."

"The service was terrible, and the massage techniques were poor. Upon arrival, my friend and I were asked to wait about 5-10 minutes before entering the shop. Due to staff shortages, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. We were required to pay upon entry, with no refund option. When we explained we were in a hurry, the staff's attitude was extremely rude. Finally, when enough therapists arrived, we noticed they had just finished serving the previous group and looked very tired. Their massage lacked strength, and the areas they massaged weren't very relaxing. My friend and I weren't properly protected during the massage; the therapists frequently left the massage room door open, allowing them to see into the room. The hygiene was also poor; the therapists simply wiped our feet with a cloth before starting the massage. Unless absolutely necessary, avoid this place. "I have watched many performances around the world, but Golden Dome Cabaret gave me one of the most emotional experiences of my life. I was so deeply moved that tears streamed down my face during the show. Every performer on stage was incredible, and you could truly feel the passion, sacrifice, and dedication behind every smile, every movement, and every moment. This is not simply entertainment—it is the result of people pouring their hearts, dreams, and lives into their art. I especially want to dedicate this review to Performer No. 31. To No. 31, if you ever read this: please keep believing in yourself. The moment you stepped onto the stage, you caught my attention. Your smile was radiant, your expressions felt genuine and heartfelt, and your Thai dance movements were exceptionally elegant. The grace, flexibility, and harmony in your performance were mesmerizing. Every gesture seemed to tell a story, and every time the spotlight found you, it was impossible not to watch. What touched me most was not only your beauty or talent, but the emotion you brought to the stage. There is a special spark in you that cannot be taught. Some performers entertain an audience; others inspire them. You are one of the rare performers who can do both. I sincerely believe you have the potential to become one of Golden Dome's future leading stars. Great stars are not born overnight—they are discovered, nurtured, and given the opportunity to grow. Please continue to give No. 31 the time, support, and opportunities she deserves. I truly believe the audience is witnessing the beginning of something special. As for me, every future trip I make to Bangkok will include a visit to Golden Dome. Not only because the show is spectacular, but because I want to watch No. 31 continue to grow and shine. I want to be able to say one day, "I saw her before she became a superstar." No. 31, thank you for sharing your talent, your hard work, and your passion with us. You may not know it, but your performance touched someone's heart and made this trip unforgettable. I will be back. And I will be cheering for your success every step of the way. ⭐ A future superstar is rising, and her name is No. 31. ⭐"

"Hello, we visited your spa after I had previously inquired about prices and specifically requested private rooms via WhatsApp. For your information: We always request private rooms because we want peace and quiet during our spa visits. We came as a couple and were given a double room, even though we had clearly stated that we did not want an open-plan space. We were told that the room could be closed off in the middle – however, the room was open at the top and in several places, so there was absolutely no privacy. During the treatment, it was very loud and disruptive. Staff members were talking amongst themselves, one male employee was watching TikTok videos, and we constantly heard scrolling and changing music. Additionally, we could hear street and traffic noise through an open window. Furthermore, it was very cold throughout. Despite our repeated requests, the temperature remained uncomfortably cold, and we were freezing for the entire two hours. We had booked a spa package (2 hours for 1,000 Baht per person) and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing: no peace and quiet, no privacy, and an unpleasant atmosphere. After the spa treatment, we had a so-called mineral bath. In the same room, right next to the bathtub, there was a wooden cabin for sitting, where you close the doors and only your head remains outside (a kind of sauna). This part was warm and did warm us up a bit. However, the entire bathing area gave a very unhygienic impression. Various spa equipment was lying around, the bathtub didn't look clean, and water was simply run without any further assistance or explanation. Overall, we felt like we were just being processed. The entire experience was so negative that I would have preferred to cut the spa visit short. We only decided to continue to avoid escalating the situation. In summary: – No private rooms, despite prior promise – Very loud and chaotic – Too cold – Poor hygiene in the bathing area Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant spa experience for us. We also don't understand the positive reviews; it was the worst massage of my entire stay."

"Baan Serene Thai Massage was one of the most peaceful massage experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. Tucked away next to a golf driving range (and beside what appears to be a children’s daycare that’s quiet in the evenings), it’s surprisingly tranquil, something that’s not always easy to find in such a busy city. The entrance is along a long, dimly lit pathway, but don’t let that worry you. The signs are clear and easy to follow, and once you arrive, you’ll find a beautiful, relaxing setting. After checking in and paying at the reception, you’re given the standard massage shirt and pants to change into before being taken to a separate massage building. They have both private rooms and couple’s rooms, making it a great choice whether you’re visiting alone or with someone. The massages themselves were excellent, and Soft piano music played throughout the session, and while enjoying the massage, we were looking out at lush greenery instead of busy city streets. It created a calm, almost resort-like feeling that made it easy to completely relax. If you’re looking for a quiet, high quality massage in Bangkok with a peaceful setting and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend Baan Serene Thai Massage. I got the foot, shoulder and neck massage for 90 minutes it cost 800"

"Initially, I only planned to have an hour-long massage to kill time, but Dr. Daosawai was amazing. She was very thorough and hit the right spots. I was so impressed with her service and attentiveness that I extended my massage by another 30 minutes. After the massage, she even gave me sticky rice with mango! Love it! 🫶🏻 …"

"I had a great experience at their Pattaya branch before, so I booked another session while in Bangkok. However, the quality from the same company was drastically different. The bathroom was old and had a subtle odor. The shower gel seemed to be some unlabeled, unidentified brand that had been diluted with water; I didn't dare use it. The masseuse was pressing hard and rushing, even though there was plenty of time and it wasn't peak time. I don't know what she was in such a hurry for. She didn't speak Chinese or English, and despite repeatedly asking her to be gentler and slower, she just smiled and said to relax. I started getting cramps right away, but she kept massaging other areas at her own pace until I reacted strongly. Only then did she help massage the cramped area to relieve the pain. After only half the massage, I was considering leaving because I couldn't relax at all. I didn't want to tip, but considering she had worked hard, I gave her a small tip anyway. Afterwards, I asked my friend what she thought of the hand and foot massage. She said the masseuse she was assigned was quite skilled, suggesting that the quality of masseuses at this particular shop might vary greatly, making it a matter of luck and less consistent than the Pattaya shops. She also noted that the hygiene could be significantly improved (at least she used shampoo in the shower afterwards, which was a properly packaged toiletries product). By the way, there are many Chinese companies in this area, making it part of Chinatown. The clientele is likely local office workers, and there are fewer customers on weekend evenings, making it unsuitable for first-time foreign tourists and women. I originally only intended to give it one star, with the other star going to the masseuse who served my friend."

"I was quite disappointed with my massage experience today. From the start, I told the therapist I wanted a gentle massage, but it was very painful. I repeatedly asked them to be gentler because it hurt so much. The therapist said this was already "gentle" and they hadn't applied much pressure yet, but for me, it was so painful that my whole body tensed up. Normally, after a massage I feel light, relieved, and relaxed. But this time, I went home with aches and pains all over, like muscle inflammation, and even developed a fever. I've never experienced anything like this after a massage before. I'd like to leave this as feedback: the pressure that the therapist considers "gentle" might not necessarily reflect the client's feeling, especially after repeatedly mentioning that the massage was too strong. Listening to client feedback and adjusting the pressure accordingly would greatly improve the customer experience. A massage should be relaxing and comfortable, not leaving you aching all over and with a fever."

"A nice quiet hotel/small apartment complex. The Good: * Nice quiet local style location, close to Big C and Union mall in easy walking distance * Nice cafe in reception that you can order meals to be delivered upstairs, small portions but tasty. Great mango smoothie. * Apartment' is ok and almost as advertised but lacking in correct number of plates for 2 and even though advertised kitchen cleaning equipment, there was none. Also there is no access to executive lounge. Reception said it was a mistake on Booking site. * Decent size pool and cool after long days exploring, unfortunately closes at 8pm which seems very early during summer heat. Also a bit dirty with not just fallen leaves but sticks and sand on bottom you can feel with feet. Pool probably needs vacuuming far more frequently. * Good size fridge The not so good: * Very firm beds with no mattress toppers, if you have bad back beware. Pillows equally as hard and old, can feel lumps of 'stuff' inside them. Not nice, stayed at various Thailand hotels and most offer a mattress topper to those who cannot sleep on these concrete feeling mattresses. * Clothes cupboard in bedroom completely useless, room too small so doors will not open, hence drawers cannot open either. Nobody at hotel obviously bother check to see if functional, the whole cupboard a complete waste of valuable space in small room. Take them out or take doors off and turn into open storage area. * 4 sun lounges for whole complex completely inadequate & nowhere to put towels and personal items if people eating at tables near pool. * Sofa is cheap variety and we ended having to sit on our pillows as you can feel hard board thru cushions. * Towels changed daily, 2 new water added but room not cleaned as advised it would be, 3 days in a row bed unmade, some days hand towels forgotten but replaced when requested, bath mat taken and continually not replaced. * on level 3 every afternoon emergency stairs are blocked by dirty linen and towels, picture attached. Beside being a massive safety issue, its an eyesore for anyone who has a room on level 3. Alerted reception and they laughed. 3hrs later all electricity went out and all had to use emergency stairs! * On final day it was almost 39° and absolutely sweltering, pool closed for indefinite time as pump issue. Very disappointing."

"Teacher Thanya is beautiful, talented, and teaches the content in great detail. I liked how each student introduced themselves and explained their different reasons for attending the course. The teacher gave each student excellent advice for business development. All the mentor teachers were lovely, kind, and supportive. The school atmosphere was great, beautifully decorated, and most importantly, incredibly clean! This learning experience was fantastic and totally worth it! 🥰🥰🥰"

"Yesterday I went for a massage because I had tense shoulders that were causing severe migraines. Ms. Ae massaged me to relieve the tension and pain. I felt so relieved and light afterwards! I was very impressed. It was an oil massage, deep tissue massage, and muscle relaxation massage like the ones in spas abroad, but at a price affordable for Thai people. It's hard to find masseuses who do this kind of massage in Thailand. She massaged the exact points that were causing my office syndrome pain. The massage room was private, which was comfortable for me as a woman going alone. There was a massage bed and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it! A big thank you to masseuse Ae for the excellent service; she was friendly, polite, and lovely. It was a very happy and relaxing hour. I plan to go back again. I loved it! 10/10! (The shop is on the main road, opposite The Street mall, but the map pin shows the back of the shop. The shop is clean and spacious.)"

"If your feet are sore or your body is aching from walking all day or if you just wrapped up a brutal Muay Thai session like I did, this Thai massage shop is the perfect place to reset. The massage was incredible and completely knocked out my muscle pain. The place is super clean, organized, and has such a chill atmosphere. Plus, the staff are friendly and total pros, which made the whole experience awesome. Highly recommend checking them out if you need some serious recovery after a long day of exploring!"

"My two female friends and I visited this massage parlor during our trip to Thailand – and we were truly satisfied! The space was clean, with a light, pleasant scent of essential oils, and felt relaxing from the moment we walked in. The staff were lovely and polite. All three of us chose the 1-hour body massage – the pressure was just right, and they asked if we were in any pain throughout the process, showing great care. The foot reflexology was especially amazing, completely relieving the fatigue after days of walking. Afterward, we were even offered complimentary water – a small gesture that warmed our hearts. We went by chance, without a reservation, but we didn't have to wait. The price was reasonable and well worth the experience. If we have the chance to return to Thailand, we will definitely visit again."

"I visited this place cause it was close to my accommodation. A massage therapist who looked very experienced came in. The leg, shoulder, and neck massage was truly excellent. I could feel her sincere effort to heal the areas with pain. After the massage, my neck felt especially very light and relaxed. Her name sounded like “Sson” when pronounced. The owner was very professional, and the facility was very clean. I highly recommend this place."

"A hot, humid dry sauna and a steam sauna with herbal ingredients! There were no no-smoking posters posted inside the building, so smoking may be allowed. But there may be separate smoking and non-smoking areas. Admission fee: 220 baht. Sauna Area: ★★★★☆ Overall Facilities: ★★★★ ◆Dry Sauna Self-loyly and tea-loyly are allowed. Feels hot and humid, about 95 degrees? ◆Steam Sauna The scent of lemongrass was strong, but there was also a fair bit of ginger mixed in. Breathing in was a bit spicy, lol. It felt a bit stinging. However, the second steam session wasn't too painful, so maybe the herbs had just been added for the first session. The temperature didn't feel that high, maybe just under 60 degrees. The herbal steam sauna is great! ◆Cold Bath Cold bath. It was listed as 14 degrees, but it felt like about 15.5 degrees. It's a little cloudy, but it's still pretty good for a Bangkok sauna. Good. ◆Open-air bathing There's no open-air bathing, just indoor bathing, but it feels just like a typical Bangkok sauna. It's an open gymnasium-like space with a bathtub, sauna hut, and plenty of resting chairs. There are also plenty of bed chairs, so it's great for lying down. However, this isn't even a non-smoking area, so people smoke inside the building. However, the smell isn't too noticeable in the bed chair area. (There are no ashtrays, so maybe they separate the smoking and non-smoking areas?) ◆Food & Drinks All-you-can-drink tea and all-you-can-eat watermelon. Meals start at around 90 baht. ◆Other ・Massages are reasonably priced at 200 baht per hour. ・There's a naughty corner, but don't be intimidated."

"If you like noisy massage with people calling on the phone and watching videos you’re in the good place. I said 10 times to the girls to say stop making noise nothing happened and they thought it was a funny situation. Absolutely not relaxing. They walk loudly and speak very loud also in the commons areas. When I asked for a discount due to the inconvenience, they simply told me I should have said something earlier. I asked at least ten times for something to be done. Honestly, avoid this place it’s a disgrace. Oh yes I forgot ! My friend and I just had bruises the next day 👍 I will do my best to warn everybody not to come in your place be sure of that ."
