Central Bangkok's mall belt. Most of what's here sits inside or beside a shopping centre, which makes it the easiest area to combine with anything else in a day.

"It’s my first time here at MYTH Urban Massage & Spa. The vibe is warm and welcome. The staff is full of experience. Definitely will come for a visit again! Quality of Massage 💆🏻 I tried Royal Traditional Thai Massage which it’s great because they use hands and finger to help me stretch and also relieve my tiredness along the past few weeks. Staff Friendliness and Expertise ⭐️ Before we start, the owner let the staff come to check whether the style of massage match with me or not which it’s great. The staff (P’Ae) always telling me what point that my body has problem and she try to fix those spots for me :) Ambiance and Comfort 🛋️ The lobby and massage room is well-cleaned. Slow and instrumental music helps me relax and release. Value for Money 💵 600 THB for an hour is worth for anyone who would like to get relax especially after work!"

"One Night Turned Into Five I originally booked the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok for just one night, but after checking in, there was no way I wanted to leave. What was supposed to be a quick stay turned into five nights because the experience was honestly that good. I’ve traveled internationally for over 20 years, and this hotel easily ranks among the best I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the level of service stood out immediately. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling forced or overly formal. Check-in was smooth and personal. The gentleman at the front desk took his time explaining everything and even walked me all the way to the room while showing me the hotel amenities along the way. Small detail, but it made a strong first impression. The room itself was beautiful — spacious, modern, and with tasteful Thai-inspired touches that made it feel unique instead of just another luxury hotel room. The bathroom was huge with excellent water pressure, double sinks, and Aesop products for the soap, shampoo, and lotion. The robe felt incredibly soft and luxurious, and yes, the toilet is a bidet. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient everything felt. Most room controls can be managed from the digital panel near the bed, which made lighting and curtains super easy to adjust. Housekeeping was also excellent. They cleaned thoroughly every day and even did evening turndown service to prep the room for sleeping. I honestly can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with this level of attention to detail. The hotel also provides fresh fruit daily, unlimited bottled water, and two fresh coconuts during the stay, which was a nice touch. The minibar setup was solid too, especially having a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast deserves its own paragraph because it was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had anywhere. Huge selection, lots of made-to-order items, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff constantly checking if you needed anything. The service there never felt rushed despite how busy it could get. Special shoutout to May in the breakfast area. She greeted us every morning with such a warm and friendly attitude that it genuinely made our mornings better. You can tell she cares about guests and enjoys what she does. The only minor thing I’d mention is the gym. It’s nice and clean, but on the smaller side with mostly cardio machines and only a few weight machines. Still perfectly usable, just not massive if you’re someone who spends a lot of time working out. Overall, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I actually had another hotel booked afterward and ended accepting my loss for being non-refundable because I didn’t want to leave here. That alone probably says everything."

"I had an exceptional experience at this spa in Bangkok, and it truly deserves every bit of praise. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and elegance by Ms. Kay, whose kindness and hospitality immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. I chose the 120 minute head, shoulder, scalp, and facial rejuvenation package, and it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. My therapist, Ms.Ba, was incredibly skilled and attentive. Her technique was gentle yet effective, and every movement felt purposeful and deeply relaxing. She worked with such precision that I could tell she was a true professional who loves what she does. The treatment itself was a complete journey of relaxation a soothing head massage, tension relieving shoulder and neck work, and a beautifully performed facial cleansing and hair treatment. The combination was perfect, leaving me refreshed, calm, and genuinely recharged. It’s the kind of experience that makes stress melt away. The spa environment is serene, clean, and designed to make you forget the outside world. The ambiance, the scents, and the overall atmosphere create a perfect escape after a long day in the city."

"My two friends and I booked 90-minute massages here after shopping at Central World. The massage itself was fine for the price, and my friends had good experiences. The front desk staff were also kind and professional. However, my experience was disrupted from the start. I was placed in a room, then told to move because it had been booked by a couple. After being relocated upstairs and going back and forth between rooms, my massage started noticeably later than my friends’. At the end, my friends texted me at 10:31 pm saying they had finished. My massage ended at 10:32 pm — despite the fact that I started later due to the room mix-up. I politely asked my masseuse if the timing was correct. Instead of calmly clarifying, she began yelling in Thai and even followed me downstairs continuing to raise her voice. The manager/owner, Davina, then got involved. Rather than addressing the timing question professionally, she was aggressive, dismissive, and repeatedly insisted I was wrong. She attempted to use stairwell security timestamps as proof, but they did not logically account for the delayed start. She also blamed me for “losing time” because I used the bathroom (before the massage began) and because I changed rooms — even though the initial room mistake was on their end. To be clear, I never asked for a refund. I simply asked why the timeline didn’t add up. This was potentially a 5–10 minute discrepancy — not a major issue. What made it terrible was the unprofessional handling: the yelling, the hostility, and the refusal to calmly communicate. The massage itself was acceptable. The front desk staff were lovely. But Davina’s behavior and the escalation from the masseuse made this a very negative experience. A simple apology or respectful explanation would have resolved everything."

"Beautiful property, but the service falls far short of what you expect from Park Hyatt. The hotel itself is very well designed and visually impressive, and the room layout is nice. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. From check in onward, the overall experience was disappointing. There was no introduction to the hotel, no explanation of restaurants, amenities, or even basic room features. That lack of communication created confusion throughout the stay. The room had multiple comfort issues. The pillows were extremely thin, and the replacements were uncomfortably hard. The bed is very firm. The air conditioning takes hours to cool the room, and the bathroom has no ventilation, so heat and humidity build up quickly. After a terrible night of sleep in a hot room, I tried to take an afternoon nap, and even with do not disturb on, the front desk decided to call my room for no clear reason. On my first night, the hot water in the shower also ran out completely. Food and beverage experiences were also poor. Room service quality was low, with poorly prepared fruit and pricing that did not match the quality. At the Thai restaurant, service timing was completely off. The main course was served immediately after the appetizer was delivered, before I had even started eating it. At the same time, the atmosphere was disruptive, with children running around the restaurant and no staff addressing it. This lack of oversight continued in other areas like the gym, where children were playing on equipment without any intervention. At the pool, I was completely ignored for an hour with no offer of service, not even water or a towel. Overall, it felt less like a luxury hotel and more like a very expensive daycare with inconsistent service and little attention to detail. For the price point, the experience was nowhere near acceptable and ended up being the worst service I have had in Bangkok"

"I chose this spa randomly after shopping at Big C, and it turned out to be a great decision. I was impressed by the therapist’s technique and expertise. She was highly skilled, and my legs felt so much better after the massage. However, this spa didn’t wash my feet before the massage. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable because my feet felt dirty, but the therapist’s skill was so impressive that it didn’t matter in the end"

"Please take this review serious and trust me.. thank me later. Additional information: this cruise with Indian buffet leaves from terminal 21 mall.. If you have then same experience please react on the review. I am in such disappointment that I am writing this review while taking tour of cruise with Indian buffet. Food was such a very big disappointment.. No Indian dishes were served on board. Check the photo this was available for vegetarian, as non vegetarian non veg was served sea food and one two chicken dishes.. nothing was Indian. Total waste of money, music on the cruise is pathetic sound quality in Indian weddings would be better. I cancelled my initial BOOKING because of international buffet and re booked this.. I can not tell you how I am feeling after paying 7000 INR for two people for this experience. Update on this: Now I got to know the actual cause of frustration, they even gave me uppar deck to sit where they were serving international buffet, in the lower deck they mentioned that international buffet is served on upper deck but same was not mentioned on the upper deck that for Indian dinner option one can go to lower deck. It seems management issue to me either you would have not given me upper deck as per my meal preference or should have informed that I need to go to lower deck for dinner. Princess cruise please contact me and return my money please.."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars I had one of the most healing and transformative treatments I’ve ever experienced here. From the moment I walked in, Jasmine at reception was so warm, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. She listened to what I was feeling in my body and guided me to the exact treatment I needed — no upselling, no pressure, just care. My therapist, Paloy, is exceptional. Her skill, presence, and precision are on another level. She worked through deep tension in my hips and lower back that I’ve been carrying for years, and I left feeling lighter, open, and able to breathe fully again. The pain I walked in with was completely gone. Her technique is therapeutic, grounded, and deeply attuned — not just a massage, but real bodywork. I’ve already booked another 90‑minute session with her, because the results were that powerful. If you’re looking for a truly professional, healing, and compassionate experience, I can’t recommend this place — and these two women — enough."

"EDIT: I am amending my review to 4 stars as the business did reach out to me, albeit 4 days later, to apologise and offer me a complimentary oil massage session. I'm no longer in BKK and won't be able to use it but I appreciate the apology and the gesture, although maybe next time it would be better to reply within 24 hours as a lot of customers are probably tourists like me. --- I booked a 90-minute Aromatherapy Massage and was really looking forward to it, but unfortunately the experience did not fully meet expectations. During the session, around 10 minutes were spent on room/tool preparation, and another ~10 minutes were used to braid my hair. This was not something I asked for, and the braiding involved quite a lot of pulling, which felt uncomfortable. As a result, I did not feel I received the full value of the 90-minute treatment and left feeling a bit disappointed. This is one of the more expensive massage options in the area, and given the price point (1900 BHT for 90 mins), I expected the full session time to be dedicated to the massage itself. One practical note for future visitors: Google Maps currently lists the location as Tower B, but the spa is actually located in Tower A, which may cause confusion when finding the place. The staff were really nice, but I think clearer boundaries around treatment time and consent would significantly improve the experience."

"I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage and my masseur was Kook. it was one of the best massages in BKK. I prefer a firm, strong-pressure massage, and Kook’s strength was just right. She was able to find all the tight spots and worked through them thoroughly without being overly painful. The entire session was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling much lighter and less tense. If you enjoy a proper deep tissue massage with strong pressure, I highly recommend De Rest Spa with Kook. I’ll definitely be coming back again!"

"I had the most amazing experience at Siesta Head Spa in Bangkok. It was honestly one of the best experiences I had during my whole trip. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and such polite service. The staff explained the treatment options clearly, and after I chose my service, they asked about my personal preferences, including massage pressure, touching my face, and whether I wanted a heated eye mask. I really appreciated how thoughtful and respectful they were. The place itself is beautiful, calming, and very well maintained. The room was also so lovely and peaceful, and it instantly helped me relax. I am very particular about hygiene and cleanliness, and everything felt extremely clean, comfortable, and professional. They gave me a lovely drink before walking me to my room and introducing me to Vicky, who did my treatment. Vicky was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was extremely relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. After the treatment, they blow-dried my hair, and even during that part, they offered me a choice of drinks. I chose a latte, and it was really nice. Everything felt so comfortable, convenient, and beautifully done. Overall, the service was perfect for my morning, and I truly loved the whole experience. This is honestly a must-try when visiting Bangkok, and I would highly recommend Siesta Head Spa to anyone."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants professional service and relaxed massage. Reception girls are talking loud and laughing as if this place is their own gossip home. This is not professional. I had a Guasha facial massage which is their signature massage, the massage technique is not bad but at the end I found so much white stuff on my face that is not fully cleaned. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not come and would not recommend."

"I used the hot spring facilities (I think it was a super luxury public bath, not a natural hot spring). I visited around 6 PM on a Saturday. Because it was full, I was able to enjoy the scents of the products while waiting for about 10 minutes. What bothered me was, as others have mentioned, the presence of floating particles in the hot spring water. The floor was slippery. The bath towels in the changing rooms and toilets were wet, which was unpleasant. Although it's open until 10 PM, it seemed that new entry had stopped by 7 PM. Near the wall of the sauna room, there were signs describing bathing methods and times tailored to different purposes such as relaxation, detoxification, and promoting sleep. It's unclear if meals are served, but tea and other beverages seemed available. Cleansing products are located in the washroom, not the bathing area. There was hand and body lotion, but nothing explicitly labeled as toner."

"The massage parlor across from the hotel was very comfortable. I tried a foot massage this time, and the masseuse was very professional and gentle. The price was reasonable. I couldn't have a cup of tea because I was rushing to catch my flight, but I'll definitely go again next time."

"I brought my dad in for a massage and booked one for myself too. We both had the 90 minute aroma massage and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. The space was calm and welcoming, and everything felt very professional. My massage with Kun Oy คุณอ้อย was amazing, and my dad really enjoyed his massage with Kun Sauy คุณสวย. We both left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Both therapists were both wonderful and made our experience so enjoyable. Exceptional customer service. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Kuhn Bas คุณบาส for the information and for preparing everything ahead of time to make the experience smooth for us. The receptionists were so warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression."

"Having had massages in Thailand and the Philippines, this is my first review, and also the first time I've had such a painful massage. I opted for a two-hour Thai massage with herbal packs, performed by a male masseur. The Thai massage itself was rather short; most of the time was spent pressing on extremely hot herbal packs, which were scalding hot! These packs were left on my skin for over 30 seconds at a time, causing excruciating burning pain even through thin clothing. This was repeated on many parts of my skin. The herbal packs didn't provide any massage sensation; they just pressed on my skin and flesh. The Thai massage techniques didn't hit any target areas. I just wanted the entire two hours to pass quickly…"

"I recently had an oil massage experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming, making it easy to relax right away. The therapist was highly skilled, using just the right pressure to ease tension and stretch out my body. The combination of warm oil and smooth, flowing techniques left my muscles feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. This is an excellent choice for anyone, especially tourists who have been walking a lot or feeling fatigued from travel. If you need a proper stretch and a moment to recharge, this is definitely the perfect place to go. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and fully relaxed—something I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage experience! Very recommended"

"I had a wonderful experience at Lek Massage Siam. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk team was polite, professional, and always smiling. The massage therapist was excellent, with great skills and just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Great service from both the reception team and the masseur. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage in Siam!"

"Peace is probably the best place to try good varieties of tea, Japanese and Chinese. This tea house is run by a tea master who knows inside out about Japanese and Chinese teas. The tea selections here are top notch quality. The tea is brewed with careful temperature and procedures. Tea tastes here are superb. The Pastel Idealist Matcha is really delicious with umami taste. The Pastel perfectionist Matcha is even better with a taste from haven. I have never found such a great matcha tea elsewhere. They taste even better than in Japan. For those who cherish Chinese teas, you look for nowhere but here. They carry good quality chinese teas including green and white teas, wulong teas, black (red)tea. I find the tea selections offered here unique and you just can’t find anywhere else. The wulong type alone has many selections to choose from. I personally tried tieguanyin, jinxuan, yashixiang, guifeng dongding, rougui and i must say they are all of highest quality. For green and white teas, I tried anjibaicha, maofeng, yueguangbai. Again, they are of the highest quality. For the black tea (hongcha), i tried jinjunmei. For me, this is probably the best red chinese tea i ever tried. So if you are a tea lover, you really cannot miss this place. For those who start drinking tea, you will find the tea drinking journey here a pleasant one. Two thumbs up!!!"

"((Onsen)) - The water pressure was strong and comfortable for showering. The soap and shampoo smelled nice, but the conditioner was a bit sticky. - The zoning for each pool was good. The high ceiling prevented the steam from feeling cramped. I really liked that they had refreshing, scented ice-cold towels available in front of the sauna. Applying them after soaking in the hot water was very relaxing for my head. - The changing area was small compared to the size of the pools and lockers (luckily, it wasn't crowded when I went). I really disliked the lotion. It felt very sticky. Even after relaxing for 10-15 minutes, the stickiness lingered, so I had to shower to wash it off. I have dry skin, and without lotion, my skin cracks. (I forgot to ask the staff if I could bring my own toiletries.) - The indoor relaxation area is designed more for groups of friends or families than for 1-2 people. - The hot room should have smaller towels; they were too small and uncomfortable to lie on. - The cool room was very comfortable. I liked the lighting, atmosphere, and the cave-like design. ((Massage)) I used the massage service twice. The first masseuse had good pressure; the second was a little too light, but she adjusted the pressure after we talked. She was quite friendly. ((Location)) Parking is available for 6 hours. The staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere is great, giving off a Japanese vibe. The lighting is quite relaxing. The drinks served are very refreshing, both pandan-flavored and lemon."

"I loved this spa so much that I came back three times in one week! I had the foot massage, 4-hands massage, aroma oil massage, and facial, and every treatment was excellent. The therapists were skilled and professional, the spa was clean and relaxing, and the service was consistently warm and welcoming. Perfectly located in the middle of Siam so it’s ideal after a long day of shopping. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Bangkok!"

"I had a wonderful experience at Journal, thanks to Kanyakon’s outstanding service. She was incredibly attentive from start to finish, always ensuring that we were comfortable and well-informed. What stood out most was her patience — she took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, making the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to meet someone so professional yet genuinely kind. Truly appreciate her dedication and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Let's Relax Spa is always a satisfactory massage place to go to. I've been to many and this place is strategically located where people do a lot of shopping and walking. Which is why I stopped in. When walking miles through the malls and looking at interesting street vendors your feet quickly get tired and begin to hurt. I saw this place on the 5th floor and quickly booked my appointment for the next available spot. Since it was before noon and not too busy I was ushered in quickly and started my 90 minute foot massage. You are given a cold towel to refresh your face and a nice refreshing drink before your shoes are taken away for slippers. You walk towards the back into a large lazy boy chair, recline and the staff places pillows for your head and a warm fanny pack to put on your stomach. She lays a covering towel and cleans your feet with a hot towel. Now the real massage begins, she pours a small amount of oil and works every inch of your feet ankle and lower leg. After several minutes you are so relaxed you are trying not to fall asleep (afraid of snoring) so you are fighting the urge to close your eyes. After 90 minutes you wake up and disappointed because you want the masseuse to continue for another hour or more but you know its time to leave. Overall, any massage is such a privilege, a blessing and a healing experience that you want to have it done every single day. Let's Relax Spa and its branches throughout Bangkok is Highly Recommended!"

"I booked the 60 min foot massage and it was THE BEST massage I’ve ever received. They did both legs top to bottom, my feet very thoroughly, and then at the end, finished off with a shoulder massage with some arm stretches. The room that the foot massages occur in is very relaxing with dimmed lights a quiet space. My girl was very thorough in areas that were tight and uncomfortable, checking in with me to see how the pressure was. It was painful, but had great relief. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot if you are in the area! It will not disappoint!"

"Here's a more natural and polished version of your review: This was my first visit to Aura Bangkok Clinic, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as I stepped into the clinic, the receptionists greeted me warmly and offered me a drink while I waited. After a short while, they checked my blood pressure before my consultation. My consultation was with Doctor Jia, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She carefully assessed my concerns and gave me honest, personalized recommendations without making me feel pressured. After the consultation, May explained the quotation clearly and informed me about the ongoing promotions, making it easy for me to decide on the treatments I wanted. Ploy took care of my whitening booster IV drip, and she was incredibly friendly, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire process. Since it was my very first time receiving this treatment, she made me feel cozy, relaxed, and completely at ease. During my Juvelook injections, Doctor Jia was very gentle and reassuring. Fah assisted Doctor Jia and was so supportive—she held my hand, chatted with me, and helped distract me, which made me feel much less nervous. Their kindness and genuine care really meant a lot to me. A big thank you to Doctor Jia, Ploy, Fah, and the entire team for their warm smiles and excellent service. They made my first experience at Aura Bangkok Clinic truly memorable. I highly recommend Aura Bangkok Clinic to anyone looking for professional treatments and exceptional customer care. ❤️"

"Since I was staying near Chi Lung MRT station, I booked a 60-minute treatment. I initially thought it would just be a regular hair spa, but the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the initial greeting and seating arrangement upon entering the shop, to the head massage and hair washing process in the treatment room, everything was incredibly relaxing. The final blow-drying session on the massage chair allowed my mind and body to completely unwind; the short hour provided a deeply relaxing experience. What impressed me most was their thoughtful attention to detail: when changing shoes before entering the treatment room, they provided a brand new pair of socks. I was initially puzzled as to why, but then I realized the massage chair also has a foot massage function. The new socks ensured both hygiene and comfort, which was a huge plus. There were quite a few Taiwanese customers in the shop. Although they couldn't communicate in Mandarin, basic English was perfectly adequate, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, the service was professional and attentive to detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Bangkok."

"“Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Bangkok! We booked a Deluxe Balcony Room through Agoda at Evershine Place Bangkok, but to our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a stunning 2-Bedroom Suite. That upgrade completely transformed our trip into a luxury family experience! The suite was massive, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. The living room was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional with all amenities, and the bedrooms had amazing city views from the balcony. Waking up to the Bangkok skyline every morning felt incredible. The bathroom with bathtub was exceptional — clean, modern, relaxing, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. After long days exploring Bangkok, soaking in the tub was pure comfort. The entire suite felt more like a premium apartment than a hotel room. The swimming pool area was another highlight — clean, peaceful, and very kid-friendly. My family absolutely loved it. The views from the room and balcony added a luxury touch that made the stay unforgettable. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality and generosity shown by the hotel staff with the complimentary upgrade. Service throughout the stay was smooth, polite, and welcoming. For families looking for space, comfort, views, and value in Bangkok, Evershine Place is a hidden gem. Honestly, this stay exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 experience — luxury feel at an amazing value!”"

"I was expecting a much more skilled therapist for the price. Sadly disappointed. She also had callus and sharp edges on her nails. Imagine 90 mins of that… The room is extremely cold it’s ridiculous and when I asked for the room temp to become warmer she threw 5kg of towels over my head which felt like I was being suffocated. So I found it hard to relax. They didn’t ask on arrival for focus areas or pressure, another opportunity missed for a better experience. Man sat behind the desk is more interested in his phone and collecting payment rather than serving customers. The only plus is the facilities are clean. I would definitely avoid this place as you’d likely have a 10c better massage anywhere else for a fraction of the cost!"

"Don’t go. 1. I had been going to Let’s relax for a number of years and at a number of branches (Thong Lor, Ploenchit, Ginza, Siam Square) whenever am back to visit BKK. 2. After last night visiting the one at Central Emabssy, I will not go back. 3. Over the year, the masseurs standard has been declined and sadly last night was ridiculous. 4. 3 of us booked in for Thai massage with herbal compress. All of us asked for firm massage. 5. 2 of us got ridiculous, gentle press body. That’s not a massage. We lied there the whole time thinking if we should just leave but didn’t want to insult anyone. 6. When I asked the masseur to massage firmer, she just laughed and continued to do her silly rest her hand on my back and shoulder. It was frustrating to say the least. I said that a few times. Nothing changed. Plenty of massage places out there, will never go back. Congratulations you just lost 3 customers."

"I stayed in center point chit lone and noticed about Absolute Home Spa while I walked around. I came one of the afternoon and did oil massage for 90 minutes and I really enjoyed it. So when my friends came, we came for Thai massage and I was so impressed but I just did one hour only. I want more massage before I go back home. I stopped by around 9pm on last Friday night and unfortunately I can’t make it. But I told them that I’m going back tomorrow, so they said that pls come back around 10pm and they did 90 minutes Thai massage for me even though they close on 11pm. Really appreciate for your service and whenever I came to visit, never disappointed. I will come again whenever I visit to Bangkok. The place is beautiful and they serve the tea and snacks after massage too. Really nice place and people. ❤️"

"I had a beautiful full-body massage treatment after a long day of walking and shopping around Bangkok. I passed by this place and decided to try it, and honestly, I’m so happy with my decision. Before starting, they let you smell and choose the scent of the oil they will use, which was such a nice touch. Everything was organized, clean, and professional. You can either walk in or book in advance, and the prices are suitable and good. My therapist, Nana, was amazing. She found the areas where I had pain and tension and helped me feel relaxed and full of energy again. The staff were very welcoming, especially Jida, who welcomed me with the best hospitality. She was amazing and made the experience feel even more special. After the treatment, they gave me a beautiful and delicious Thai milk tea with jelly, which was so yum. The place itself is beautiful, modern, and relaxing from inside. Thank you Nana, Jida, and the lovely team. I really recommend this place! I received a fantastic full-body massage after a long day of sightseeing and shopping in Bangkok. I stumbled upon this shop by chance and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. Before the massage began, the shop let me choose and smell my preferred massage oil, a small but very thoughtful detail. Everything was well-organized, clean, and professional. You can walk in or book in advance, and the prices are very reasonable. My masseuse, Nana, was amazing. She accurately identified all the sore and tense spots, helping me feel relaxed and energized. All the staff were very welcoming, especially Jida, who was incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service, making the experience even more special. After the massage, they served delicious Thai tea with jelly, a perfect ending. The shop's atmosphere is beautiful, modern, and very relaxing. Thank you so much to Nana, Jida, and the entire team for the wonderful service. If you're looking for a great massage in Bangkok, I highly recommend this place!"

"I went to a place in Khaosan that's supposedly famous among Koreans for a foot massage, but I ended up just getting petted and chatting (they were kind though ^^). After being hugely disappointed by a few Thai massage places that were just famous but not very good, I found the absolute best foot massage spot. My feet were exhausted after a shopping spree at Central World on my last day, but the fatigue just melted away. If you're visiting Central World or Big C, this is the perfect place to relieve your foot fatigue. I like strong pressure, and ‘AOM’ and ‘MAM’ are the real deal 👍🏻. At other places, I felt it was a waste to pay 50 or 100 baht for an XLQ, but here, paying for an XLQ wasn't a waste at all. "Disappointing Head Spa Experience in Thailand - Misleading Service & Poor Communication I recently visited this head spa in a Thailand with my husband. While the shop location and cleanliness seemed acceptable, our experience was highly frustrating. Firstly, I booked a 90-minute head spa session online, but upon arrival, I was told I would be charged an extra 150 THB because my hair goes past my shoulder blades. This additional fee was not mentioned anywhere during booking or showing in the website. Secondly, the staff had very limited English comprehension. When asked if I had changed clothes, I clearly said “not yet,” but the therapist still opened the curtain abruptly — leaving my husband and me in an exposed and uncomfortable situation. Most disappointingly, after the session, I realized the actual treatment lasted only about 60 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they claimed the remaining 30 minutes were reserved for hair drying, which was counted as part of the 90-minute service. This was not stated in the service menu, which clearly described “head massage and neck/shoulder therapy – 90 minutes.” I have visited many head spas, and never has blow-dry time been included in the treatment duration. I felt misled and poorly treated. I cannot recommend this place to anyone visiting Thailand."

"I wanted to share my excellent experience at Pitipata Massage Ploenchit, an establishment that truly deserves its excellent reviews. After several days spent exploring Bangkok, walking for hours in the heat, and going from one sightseeing trip to the next, this relaxing moment was one of the highlights of my stay. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with great kindness and professionalism. The staff is smiling, respectful, and particularly attentive to the well-being of their clients. The welcome is warm without being intrusive, allowing you to feel immediately at ease. From the very first minutes, you can sense the establishment's professionalism and the importance placed on guest satisfaction. The premises are impeccably maintained. Cleanliness is impeccable in every space, and the overall atmosphere immediately inspires confidence. The decor is elegant, soothing, and perfectly suited to a place dedicated to well-being. As soon as you step through the door, you forget the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and enter a calm and relaxing environment. The massage was absolutely remarkable. The practitioner demonstrated great skill and expertise. Each movement was precise, perfectly executed, and tailored to the client's needs. The accumulated tension in my back, shoulders, and legs gradually dissipated, giving way to a feeling of profound relaxation. It's clear the therapists have extensive experience and take their work very seriously. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to comfort throughout the session. Nothing is left to chance: the ambiance, the calm, the warm welcome, and the professionalism of the team all contribute to making this a truly rejuvenating experience. This is exactly what you look for when you decide to treat yourself to a relaxing break during a trip. The establishment also benefits from a very convenient location in the Ploenchit district, making it easily accessible. Whether you're a tourist or a resident of Bangkok, it's an address I recommend without hesitation. What truly sets Pitipata Massage Ploenchit apart is the perfect combination of high-quality treatments, the team's professionalism, and the staff's kindness. Many establishments offer either a good massage or a warm welcome. Here, both are combined to a remarkable degree, making the experience truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Thanks to you, I had an exceptionally relaxing experience that will remain among my best memories of Bangkok. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will gladly return on my next trip to Thailand. A must-visit for anyone seeking a high-quality massage in a pleasant, clean, and soothing environment. Congratulations to the entire team for the excellent work done every day to provide such a wonderful experience for your clients!"

"The Touch is a small massage parlor on Ruamrudee, near the Ploen Chit BTS station. It's a serious massage parlor, offering massages without a "happy ending"... They offer various types of massages, fair prices, and a professional service. The rooms are dimly lit, with light background music and air conditioning. The masseuses are experienced and do an excellent job. You can leave a tip if you like. At the end of the massage (usually an hour), a pleasant tea is offered. Recommended, especially because they don't "rip off" foreign clients. "Worst experience I had in Thailand (and I've been in like 30-40 massage places all around Thailand) I took an oil back & shoulder massage and my wife a regular thai massage. The prices are significantly higher than most places in Bangkok so we expected a better experience. The person who did my massage didn't understand what I ordered and started to do a regular thai massage on my back (I thought maybe it starts dry and then moving to oil) it was just a terrible massage. I waited for it to maybe get better and also I felt really bad to even say something but after 40 minutes I just stopped it in the middle and requested for her to leave. After talking with the receptionist the best they offered is that someone else will do the remaining time and suggested a discount for the next time. We just left very angry. (I'll add that my wife's massage was ok but mine was so bad I can hardly describe)"

"Today I tried the 90-minute Workaholic Syndrome Massage at Munique Club in Gaysorn Tower. From the moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed. They served fragrant floral tea, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The best part, however, has to be the therapist – she's incredibly skilled! The pressure was just right, perfectly addressing my office syndrome. After the massage, I felt light, comfortable, and relaxed both physically and mentally. It was pure bliss! 😂✨ If you work hard and have accumulated stress, I highly recommend it. It's worth it!"

"Booked my hot oil massage appointment in person in the day for a night massage, the receptionist was very professional and provided many info. I reached the place in the night on time and greeted by the night reception who started to give instruction to the masseuse, holding her dinner pack and started talking with the food still in mouth! What an environment she created from the start! Next the masseuse fetched a small basin of water to literally wet your feet and pat dry only, not really doing a light hygiene clean. The massage bed is just a flat normal bed without the hole to put your face in, instead is given a thai style small pillow to support your fore head without a hygiene towel cover for over 80minutes, my forehead felt sore. The place is kept clean. The lady masseuse missed quite a few stroke due to the slippery oil and in the process uses grip or pinch method that resulted a bruise on my arm. She also left one of my arm cold, uncovered while working on my leg. My partner was OK with the other masseuse."

"Had a wonderful experience at Maison Ysae. The Signature Plus face sculpting treatment was incredibly relaxing, professionally done by Kain, and left me feeling completely refreshed. The ambience is luxurious, fresh, and yet so calming — the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself. What made the experience even more special was how kind and welcoming the staff were throughout. I even had my little toddler sleeping on me during the treatment, and the team was so warm, patient, and accommodating, which made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The refreshing hibiscus tea with honey and lemon served after the massage was such a lovely finishing touch. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and premium. I’m so glad I experienced it — absolutely worth every penny and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!"

"Today I had the opportunity to enjoy an aromatherapy massage. I was impressed from the moment I arrived by the calm, clean, and relaxing atmosphere of the shop. The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. The massage pressure was just right, effectively relieving tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. The subtle aromatherapy scent left me feeling relaxed both physically and mentally. After the massage, the shop even served warm tea, which was fragrant, refreshing, and relaxing – a truly warm and thoughtful way to end the session. Overall, I was impressed with the service, the atmosphere, and the quality of the massage. It felt like a complete rejuvenation. I will definitely return if I have the chance. 🌿🤍"

"June 2026 This branch is actually on the eighth floor of the Sivaltel Hotel. You need to get an elevator card from the hotel on the first floor to take the elevator, so it took me a while to figure it out. I recommend arriving 15 minutes early. The staff will ask about your physical condition and which areas you can massage. Currently, basic English is sufficient for communication. The staff mentioned that they will have Chinese-speaking staff in the future, which I think is great. I originally wanted to relax at the JW Marriott Spa, but they weren't responding to my messages, so I didn't have time to waste and found Heavenna instead. My masseuse, Ms. Iris, was very professional. She focused on acupressure points to relax my muscles. I later learned she has over ten years of experience. I felt lucky to have such professional masseuses. Each person has a private room (there are also double rooms for couples). The massage bed has a headrest, so the equipment is quite thoughtful. After the massage, there's hot tea, Thai dessert, and ice cream. Because I had diarrhea, I only had the hot tea. I enjoyed a very relaxing time."

"To be fair, the place is called “Let’s Relax,” but I honestly didn’t feel relaxed at all. I’ll give a fair and honest review. The massage itself was actually good, the therapist was skilled and professional, and the environment looked nice and well set up. The ambience had the potential to be very relaxing. However, the biggest issue that completely ruined the experience was the air-conditioning. I genuinely cannot understand why the aircon wasn’t switched on. I’m not sure whether the mall turns it off after a certain timing, or if Let’s Relax didn’t properly coordinate with the mall regarding the aircon operating hours. Either way, this is something that should have been planned in advance. Our appointment was at 9pm, and by around 9:30pm, my whole body started feeling hot and uncomfortable. Instead of relaxing, I found myself focusing on how stuffy and warm the room was. It became very distracting and honestly took away the entire purpose of coming for a massage in the first place. When the session ended at around 10pm, I walked out to the reception area expecting some relief, but the whole place felt like a boiling stove. It was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a massage where you’re supposed to feel calm and refreshed. It’s really disappointing because this is a well-known and established brand. You would expect better planning and basic comfort standards. A good massage alone is not enough when the overall experience is affected by something as fundamental as proper ventilation and cooling. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With the pricing and reputation, customers would expect a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout the entire session. Sadly, this will be my last visit here."

"I'm surprised to see the average ratings this spa has received. Over the last 4 years visiting Bangkok, my partner and I have come to this spa every time, multiple times within a visit. At least for the massages, We've had their "Signature Massage." It's been no less then perfect! The massage therapists incorporate a mix of deep tissue, Thai and stretching. Obviously, the massage will be tailored to the customer preference. Other massages are also available.....(stone, Swedish, Thai) in addition to other spa services. What makes Thann special is the atmosphere. It's decorated with dark earth-toned colors and art work. It gives you a sense of security, comfort and privacy as if you're in your own cocoon. The music allows you to mellow into you're own state of mind. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Prior to your massage, you're able to choose a scented oil that will be used on your skin. Afterwards, some fresh fruit will be offered. If you book an appointment Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm, a 20% discount will be applied. I suggest booking an appointment with Mr. Ad. He's incredibly talented and skilled. Bangkok is a great city to visit but quite chaotic. If you need a break from all of this, book an appointment at Thann."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. I came into The Skin Klinique Bangkok for a consultation about my lips, which had some unevenness. I wasn’t sure whether I needed to dissolve the filler or add a little more, so I was open to the doctor’s recommendation. From the start, there was no warmth or professionalism. I wasn’t met with any friendliness — maybe it was my appearance (I’m a heavily tattooed American), but that shouldn’t matter when you’re providing professional care. When I finally met the doctor, I was told they “don’t usually work on lips done by other doctors.” That’s an absurd policy — especially considering most people have had work done elsewhere. If that’s truly your rule, make it clear upfront so clients don’t waste their time coming in. The doctor even asked the clinic manager for an exception so they could help dissolve my filler, but it was denied. I was then escorted out like I didn’t matter. I’ve never felt more dismissed or disrespected in my life. For context, I’ve spent over $2,000 at their Chiang Mai branch on fillers and was a week away from spending another $8,000 on plastic surgery through their brand. You’d think a loyal client spending that much money would be treated with a little more care and basic courtesy — but apparently not. This experience made me seriously reconsider my upcoming surgery. The staff at the surgery center shouldn’t be punished for what happened here, but this location’s management absolutely tainted my trust in the brand. If you care about being treated with respect, skip this place. They seem to decide who gets quality treatment based on appearance or some internal bias, and that’s unacceptable in a business that’s supposed to make people feel more confident — not humiliated."

"During my six-day, four-night trip to Thailand, I visited four days in a row. I received a Thai massage, a deep-tissue oil massage, a foot massage, and a Thai massage in that order. It's so light, I wonder if it's possible for my neck and shoulders to feel this light after turning 30. I visited a few other famous places a few years ago, but none were as satisfying as this one I received this time. I received the basic one-and-a-half-hour course. I recommend therapists #11 and 19. If possible, I recommend setting up a line in Korea and contacting them through the line. If you walk in without a call, they're often fully booked, so you won't be able to get your desired time. I made a reservation for the evening after running to Lumpini in the morning. The price is reasonable, so I highly recommend getting at least two consecutive sessions. ^^ And if you feel any pain during the massage, say "Ao bao bao!" and they'll gently soften your touch. If you feel the pressure isn't strong enough, say "Ao ok ok!" If you tell them to, they'll give you a firmer massage. No matter which massage parlor you go to, just knowing Bao Bao and Nak Nak will dramatically increase your satisfaction. I've been getting massages here and there in Korea, and this is the first time in a while that I've been so satisfied with a place, so I'm leaving a long review. The front desk staff and the masseuses are both incredibly friendly."

"Would be better if it was as calm as the name, unfortunately the construction next door make it impossible. Location is convenient, near BTS. Spa reception is on 2nd floor, above the restaurant. Service was good, price is above average but with promotion, its ok. Check various online booking app and call the place to get the best promotion. Place is clean and with nice atmosphere. Lot of stairs and they are quite steep so be warned. Thai massage was in shared room with curtain. Therapist is professional, polite and friendly."

"Chao9 Massage is where relaxation meets a little bit of attitude — in the best way possible 😌💆♂️ From the moment you step in, the vibe feels calm yet classy, like your muscles are about to sign a peace treaty with your stress 🌿🕯️ The décor is clean and minimal, with soothing scents and soft lighting that instantly tells your brain, “hey, it’s time to chill.” The therapists here know exactly what they’re doing — no random pressing, just the right balance between gentle and ouch-but-good 😅💪 Whether you go for Thai, aroma, or foot massage, each session feels customized to melt tension away. You’ll walk out loose, light, and maybe a bit addicted to the idea of booking another round already 🦶✨ Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the service is polite and professional. They even serve warm tea after your session — classy touch ☕💚 If you’ve been running around Bangkok and your body’s filing complaints, this is the place to reset and start fresh 🌸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The therapists are not skilled. The massage was repetitive, too light, missed pressure points, and didn't meet my requests. I booked a back and shoulder massage. But what I got was: - The first 40 minutes were just a back massage using only one technique. They used a towel as a cushion and pressed firmly with their elbows on specific points for 5-10 seconds, repeating the process. There was no kneading or deep tissue massage. The pressure was extremely light, like just a light touch. Even though I informed the front desk and the therapist before the massage that I wanted stronger pressure. - After I gave feedback later, the towel was removed, and the pressure increased slightly. But they continued with the same pressure technique repeatedly. - A leg massage for about 15 minutes. - Then a very brief neck and shoulder massage + stretching for about 5 minutes. In summary: I requested a focus on neck and shoulders, but only got about 5 minutes of actual massage. ⸻ I understand that using a towel to press pressure points is a warm-up before the actual massage, but they did this for almost the entire session. If I hadn't pointed it out, they probably would have continued like that until the end. Plus, the time allocation was strange; the leg massage was much longer than the shoulder massage, contrary to the program name. ⸻ I've already given feedback to the front desk. And this isn't the first time. - I came for an aromatherapy massage before → it was very light. After giving feedback that I wanted a stronger massage → they said I had to change the program. - But this time, I asked the front desk beforehand which program I should choose if I wanted a stronger massage. I was told that I could choose any program and request the masseuse's desired pressure. In the end, I didn't get what I requested, and it wasn't the program I chose, just like before. My rating is based on the atmosphere, location, and additional service such as water and snacks, and the cashier."

"The overall atmosphere was relaxing, but when it was time to enter the massage room, I had to close my eyes while walking in, which was very exciting. When I opened my eyes, wow, it was so beautiful! The atmosphere was completely different from the outside. The staff were very lovely and spoke kindly. My massage pressure was medium to slightly firm, which was perfect. I felt so light after the massage. I also want to thank Nong Tuk for taking such good care of me and giving me so much advice. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back for another massage."

"The service was terrible, and the massage techniques were poor. Upon arrival, my friend and I were asked to wait about 5-10 minutes before entering the shop. Due to staff shortages, we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. We were required to pay upon entry, with no refund option. When we explained we were in a hurry, the staff's attitude was extremely rude. Finally, when enough therapists arrived, we noticed they had just finished serving the previous group and looked very tired. Their massage lacked strength, and the areas they massaged weren't very relaxing. My friend and I weren't properly protected during the massage; the therapists frequently left the massage room door open, allowing them to see into the room. The hygiene was also poor; the therapists simply wiped our feet with a cloth before starting the massage. Unless absolutely necessary, avoid this place. "My partner booked and paid a deposit in advance. - We were unable to book on Saturdays and Tuesdays. - We scheduled the appointment for August 10th, 2025, according to the clinic's and our availability. - On August 3rd, 2025, they messaged us to inform us that the doctor would not be available from August 10th-12th, 2025. - We wanted to reschedule to a later date that was convenient for us, but the clinic informed us that the appointment was only valid until August 21st, 2025, which was inconvenient for us. - The clinic stated that if we didn't use the appointment, we would have to forfeit the booking fee, or pay the full amount and come anytime. #In summary, they prioritize the doctor's convenience; they don't care if the customer is inconvenient. It's the clinic's own problem, but they offer no leniency to the customer, no refunds, and no extension of the validity period. It's the customer's problem. Very disappointed. This will be my only visit to this clinic."

"Great location and facilities, but poor service due to tight security. When I come to the club, I could easily check-in with my membership card and it is fast and easy. After the check-in, I must exchange my card for the wristband to excess the locker. When I want to hop out, just for few minutes, and hop into the club, I have to spell my name for the receptionists to type into the computer for check- in again. They totally ignore my wristband. I have read the club-house rule and it tells me that I could use my wristband for getting in and out of the club. The manager, the foreigner one, makes his own rules and it is the only branch that treats the customers poorly. By the way, there is a surveillance camera right at the check-in location and it is there for nothing. He is afraid that the non-member would use the wristband to get into the club. And all a sudden, I felt like being a suspect by default, and no longer a customer of the club. I think it is about time to leave is hostile club and seek out the more friendly one. On 6 September 2019 I hoped they would use their sound judgment instead of being so rigid holding on to the rules. My foot toe was injured and I wrapped it with bandage. I put on a pair of slippers to exercise on my upper parts of the body using the machines available at many outlets of the Virgin Fitness. The only outlet I had trouble with is the same that I had trouble with it before. This time they were quoting the rules that I had to put on a pair of sport shoes to use the club machines for safety reasons. I told them that I could use the machines with enough safety because I didn't have to use my feet. They didn't get it and kept pounding on my nerves referring to the club rules. I expected them to help me on my work out telling me how to play it safe while I was having the foot injury and not to tell my to quit on my exercise like this. I have been with this club house for so long and the most unpleasant experience kept coming from this branch at the Siam Discovery alone. Why don't they act with the service mind like the other branches?"

"I visited Wynn Spa for their 120-minute Thai Massage with Herbal Compress, and it was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. The 120-minute duration felt just right for me. My friend chose 90 minute one. A special mention goes to the herbal compress. If you’ve experienced many Thai massages ball before, you’ll immediately notice the difference. The herbal balls had a fresh, aromatic scent that indicated good-quality herbs, and the warmth was maintained throughout the session. What I loved most is that the herbal compresses are single-use for hygiene, and guests can even take them home afterward. It’s a thoughtful touch that reflects Wynn Spa’s attention to quality and customer experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Thai massage experience with premium service and excellent relaxation."

"If you're looking for a no-frills, authentic spa experience with great service, this place is a hidden gem. While the décor might feel a bit old-fashioned and dated, the warmth of the staff and the quality of the treatment more than make up for it. The therapist was skilled and attentive, taking time to understand my needs and adjusting the pressure perfectly throughout the session. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. One of the best parts? It's conveniently located just a short walk from a BTS station, making it super accessible—perfect for dropping in after a long day or between errands. It may not be the most luxurious spa in town, but if you value excellent service, skilled therapists, and a prime location, it's absolutely worth a visit. I came here while I stay in Bangkok for 5 days"
