“We’ve been in Thailand for 6 days now, and Fu Heng Massage is the 4th parlour we’ve visited, and it was hands down the absolute best! I was a little hesitant at first because the shops in Chatuchak Market are quite small and look a bit cramped, but given the price, we decided to give it a go. I am so, so glad we did! Not only was it the cheapest massage we’ve had so far, but the technique was second to none. Huge thanks to Bo and Dui (the lovely older lady) it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. The shop was wonderfully cool and smelled amazing. We are already planning to come back tomorrow for another after doing some more shopping!”

“Because I was staying at The Salil Hotel, I planned to have a top-notch spa treatment at Harnn. The Chao Phraya River Fantasy Tour [150 minutes] cost a little over RM6,000 on Klook, while the official website price was RM7,200++ (it seems hotels offer a 15% or 10% discount, so Klook might be a bit cheaper). The first part of the tour was a bubble bath with essential oils in the jacuzzi. The aroma and the spa effects of the jacuzzi were both excellent. Because we arrived early, the soaking time seemed to be a little longer, and I almost fell asleep in the tub. Next was an exfoliating massage with jasmine-scented rice bran oil extract. A bit strangely, the masseuse skipped the front of my right hand at the end, telling me to get up and rinse it off (because Harnn believes in Yin and Yang and the Five Elements, I was wondering if there was some special significance to the right hand, since the back of my right hand was skipped during the subsequent massage). Anyway, the combination of the essential oil massage and the Himalayan rock salt herbal ball massage was incredibly comfortable. I kept going through a cycle of almost falling asleep/seemingly snoring/being woken up by the hot rock salt herbal ball. This rock salt herbal ball is special; it's dry and heated by rocks, so it feels warmer than traditional herbal balls. The effect is probably due to the added far-infrared rays from the Himalayan rock salt! The final dessert was a pot of tea and traditional Thai snacks (the kind that smell like candles, which are plentiful in Chiang Mai). If you buy related products on the spot, you get a 20% discount if you buy two items (which is more than Thann's discount, probably because I know the original prices are already high!). When she wrote her review on a tablet, I wrote that everything was great, but it was significantly more expensive than comparable treatments. Besides Thann, which I've been to in the past few years, I've also been to Divana Spa, Anantara Chiang Mai Resort Spa, etc., and the prices weren't this outrageous. Usually, anything over six or seven thousand is only reasonable if it's a half-day treatment.”

“It’s great reviews all over here. But you need to take chances of whom you will see at the shop. I was asking for a good strong therapist. They said anyone can do hard massage. It was started for about 15 minutes Thai massage. I didn’t complain anything. Then, my therapist said that “Do you want to change to other therapist whose can do better/harder than me?” I said no need because you will have trouble from that. She said No, it’s ok then she walked out. Left me in the room for about 10mins. Then another lady who’s standing by at the counter came to see me that noone else is available. The way she talked with me was quite rude like she’s superior with the attitude. I said that I didn’t ask for a change the therapist offered herself and left. Then, she left me in the room for another 15mins or so. Then, “Aom” came in and started to massage me herself said that the other lady who left doesn’t want to come in anymore. “Aom” makes sure she massaged me very hard so hard to the point that seems like she’s angry at the customer. Then, more conversation later, with all kinds of hands gestures and attitude. I explained to her that her reaction and conversation with me is impolite. She just answered “อือ“ ”ยักไหล่“ ”มองบน“. She said that her boss told her that she got such calm personality. I would totally disagree. She might be able to organize office work well but she’s so bad at service work. She told me to keep my voucher to use with my regular therapist next time and that’s it. And then, she’s ignoring me completely after. No eye contact, no other conversation, no water, no farewell, just walks away from the counter. All other therapists doesn’t look at me either. I felt ashamed, defeated and full of disappointment than you can imagine. Ps. The shop said the customer booked the service MANY TIMES AND DOESN’T SHOW UP! That’s NOT TRUE! The first time it happened, I phoned up on Sat at 10am. (when the shop started opening, that I can’t make it. Then asked to book for the service on Monday instead, which is TODAY! I have a voucher to use up so I need to go back again when my Therapist: Khun Jang is around. Or I will loose my money for nothing! Seems like the shop doesn’t want to take up some responsibility for the bad manners of some staff. She even complained after hung up the phone from the other customer right away of how picky she was and she better go to other places. While I was there hearing everything! This is probably NOT THE SPA’S OWNER FAULTS! If the DIO SPA’s OWNER would like to hear the whole story from my part properly please feel free to contact me.”

“Randomly picked a massage nearby and wow, beautiful decor, super kind staff and I did the deep tissue aromatherapy massage - my masseuse was clearly strong enough to send me to heaven but she adjusted where needed. She also used specific stretching techniques different to what I usually experience in Thai massages. Actually gonna return again tomorrow for a good leg massage! Highly recommend!”

“After reading the Google reviews, my partner and I chose to get our first Thai massage here. My partner prefers a lighter massage and communicated this to the person on reception beforehand, and was assured his masseuse would be told. I prefer a harder massage but being new to Thai massage, I was a bit nervous about either the masseuse going too hard on me, or going too soft because of my partner's request...no need to have worried, we both had great experiences! We were massaged in the same room so I was able to tell that my partner's masseuse was going lighter on him. At the start of mine, my masseuse told me to tell her if I experienced any pain and she checked on me constantly throughout and was very communicative. We even had a giggle because I clearly had no idea what to do throughout it but she guided the massage well. This place is a little bit pricier than places around it but as a Thai massage newbie, I'd rather pay extra to know I'm in safe hands with a professional who communicates well. It was also a lovely clean facility, highly reccommend!”

“The Forest Onsen in Thonglor is an absolute hidden gem! 🌿 From the moment you step in, the atmosphere feels calming, natural, and beautifully designed to transport you away from the city’s hustle. What stood out most to me was the unique signature scents they use — there are two different fragrances in the onsen, both incredibly relaxing and refreshing. The aromas add such a special touch, making the whole experience feel more immersive and luxurious. The facilities are clean, modern, and very well maintained, with a real focus on detail. Whether you’re there to unwind after a long day or treat yourself to some quiet me-time, this place truly delivers a sense of peace and rejuvenation. Highly recommend for anyone in Bangkok looking for a high-quality onsen experience with an extra touch of elegance and sensory delight. 🌸 * They also serve organic watermelon juice without ice and sugar.”

“I went for a massage on Tuesday, June 2nd, after seeing good reviews. I usually get massages often and thought this place could become my regular spot because it's very close to home. The place itself was great, clean and pleasant, except for the masseuse. I had a 2-hour Thai oil massage. The masseuse only massaged my legs for the first 20 minutes. I told her to focus on my body (because I've had bad experiences where they massaged my legs for almost an hour and then only my body for 10 minutes), so I told her beforehand to avoid wasting time. She replied, "Okay, but I want to squeeze your legs first," and she really did squeeze, not massage! (Even after I told her, she didn't do it, so I decided not to say anything more and just waited to see when she would move on to my body.) In the end, I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on my legs! It felt like a huge waste of time. If the massage had been better, I wouldn't have complained. Then, she continued with a 20-minute body massage using hot stones, which I think would have been much better if she had managed her time more efficiently. As for whether I'll go again, I'm hesitant, but my boyfriend suggested trying a different masseuse. I asked the receptionist, and they said there were 8 masseuses. Okay, I'll give it another try. But first and foremost, they need to improve their staff. The masseuse was skinny but the massage was painful because she used only her fingers to press, not the palms of her hands. It wasn't a deep tissue massage either; she just pressed hard into the flesh. If you're going, I recommend choosing a good masseuse if possible. I went because I was open-minded and didn't really choose a masseuse or anything. I saw good reviews and decided to go. I was going to write a review that day, but I forgot. Seeing the ad reminded me, so I'll write one now to help others choose wisely and avoid what I experienced.”

“I recently had the pleasure of discovering Mandarin Ginger Spa while searching for a nearby Thai massage on Google Maps. Accompanied by my wife, we were excited to embark on a rejuvenating experience together. Little did we know that our visit would be made even more memorable with a delightful ending - ginger tea. As we entered Mandarin Ginger Spa, we were immediately greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The serene ambiance and Thai-inspired decor set the perfect tone for relaxation and indulgence. It was evident that attention to detail was a priority, and we felt instantly at ease in this tranquil haven. Opting for the Thai massage, we embarked on a journey of revitalization. The skilled therapists expertly performed the traditional Thai techniques, utilizing a combination of acupressure, stretching, and rhythmic movements. The massage experience was both invigorating and deeply therapeutic, melting away any tension and leaving us feeling renewed and refreshed. What made our experience at Mandarin Ginger Spa truly remarkable was the thoughtful gesture at the end. After our massage, we were treated to fragrant and comforting ginger tea. Sipping on the warm beverage provided a soothing conclusion to our spa session, allowing us to prolong the relaxation and continue to savor the moment. Throughout our visit, the staff at Mandarin Ginger Spa demonstrated utmost professionalism and genuine hospitality. They attended to our needs with care, ensuring that every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff created an inviting environment that further enhanced our overall satisfaction. If you're seeking a Thai massage experience that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Mandarin Ginger Spa. Discovering them on Google Maps was a stroke of luck, as we were treated to an unforgettable journey of relaxation and rejuvenation. And, of course, don't miss the opportunity to end your visit with their delightful ginger tea. Treat yourself and your loved ones to this extraordinary spa retreat, and allow Mandarin Ginger Spa to whisk you away to a realm of pure bliss.”

“SO/ SPA is honestly one of the most beautiful and immersive spa experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere immediately felt calming and luxurious, with soft lighting, relaxing scents, and panoramic views overlooking Lumpini Park. It truly feels like escaping the city without actually leaving Bangkok. What makes this spa stand out is not only the design inspired by the Himmapan Forest, but also the overall attention to detail throughout the experience. The therapists were professional and attentive, and the treatments felt deeply relaxing and thoughtfully personalised. I also appreciated that they use high-quality wellness and skincare products, which elevated the entire treatment experience even more. The interiors are stunning and very different from a typical hotel spa — elegant, modern, and almost cinematic in atmosphere. Perfect for anyone looking for a luxury wellness experience in Bangkok, whether for a relaxing afternoon or a full spa day. Definitely one of the spas I would return to again. !!”

“This massage shop is hidden away at the end of a side street. We were just randomly looking for a massage shop, like most places. Initially, we planned to go to a temple by the river for the Chao Phraya River atmosphere, but it was getting late, so we changed our minds and walked around to this shop with reasonable prices. At first, we were surprised to see a man sitting at the counter, so we asked if the masseuses were women. Based on my experience with massages at many places, this one was excellent. The pressure wasn't too strong, not too light. I had been lying on the massage table and suddenly my knees were aching – probably from walking around doing merit-making all day. The masseuse massaged me until the pain disappeared. In just one hour, she massaged my whole body – it was amazing!!! My daughter even lost her earring during the massage. The masseuse found it and ran after us across two streets to give it to her. So impressive!”

“Since I was staying near Chi Lung MRT station, I booked a 60-minute treatment. I initially thought it would just be a regular hair spa, but the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the initial greeting and seating arrangement upon entering the shop, to the head massage and hair washing process in the treatment room, everything was incredibly relaxing. The final blow-drying session on the massage chair allowed my mind and body to completely unwind; the short hour provided a deeply relaxing experience. What impressed me most was their thoughtful attention to detail: when changing shoes before entering the treatment room, they provided a brand new pair of socks. I was initially puzzled as to why, but then I realized the massage chair also has a foot massage function. The new socks ensured both hygiene and comfort, which was a huge plus. There were quite a few Taiwanese customers in the shop. Although they couldn't communicate in Mandarin, basic English was perfectly adequate, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, the service was professional and attentive to detail. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in Bangkok.”

“The service and environment are OK. But this time I suspect someone stole cash from my wallet during the service. When I was taking a shower after the service, the water suddenly became very small for no reason. The waiter said to change to another room to take a shower. I didn't take my clothes and wallet with me. After about 2 minutes in the other room, I suddenly remembered that my wallet was there, so I wanted to go back and get it. After I went back, the waiter also came over. She went to test the water again, and the water returned to normal, which was very strange. The next day after I went home, I found that there was a lot less cash in my wallet. This was the only time that my wallet left my body in the past few days, so I suspect it happened here. update: After communicating with the person in charge of this massage shop, she accurately found the suspicious masseuse because another customer also lost cash after being massaged by her. This masseuse has now left. I asked to see the surveillance video at the door of the monitoring room, but the person in charge said there was no video. Obviously this masseuse is very suspicious, and even has other accomplices. Otherwise, how could the shower faucet break just at the end of the massage, and then return to normal within a few minutes? Changing rooms is very abnormal. In a short period of time, at least two customers, including me, lost cash when served by the same masseuse. This is already obvious. I hope that massage shops can strengthen the control of this kind of criminal behavior! Everyone should try not to bring cash when going for a massage, and don't let your wallet out of sight. Danger is everywhere in Bangkok.”

“I booked a 90-minute session for 700 Baht – 60 minutes foot massage, 30 minutes head & shoulder – and it turned out to be one of the most powerful body experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. My therapist, Ulai, carried a calm yet deeply skilled energy. The foot massage was grounding and comforting in one of those big armchairs, and when she guided me to the massage bed for the second part, the session expanded into much more than “just head & shoulders”: it became a full back treatment. I felt areas being opened and released that I didn’t even know were blocked. It was professional, intuitive, and carried a flow that went far beyond technique – the kind of massage that touches both body and subtle energy. The only thing that felt slightly unbalanced was that the actual head massage part was a little short, and the atmosphere after my session turned louder when more guests arrived. Also, the bathroom facilities could be improved (no toilet paper, no towels or paper for drying hands). Still, the overall frequency of the place was deeply nurturing – relaxed, authentic, no glossy spa façade, but the kind of honest Thai massage energy that restores and resets you. For 700 Baht, this was absolutely worth it. I left lighter, more present, and reminded once again that healing is an art.”

“I walked from Wat Tuek and found this place. The atmosphere and service are great. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and water. The masseuse was excellent, hitting all the right spots and releasing tension perfectly. The room had curtains for privacy. The masseuse was polite and spoke nicely. After the massage, they offered ice cream and hot tea, and even gave us complimentary tissues. I give this place a perfect five stars! Excellent!”

“I always go here when I was living nearby and still go even I am now living in Bangna, because they really do good massage in a reasonable price. I most of the time add more time. But last night, I could say that the lady who massaged me didn’t do great. Especially that in the price increases. I mean for how many time, I was thinking it’s okay to drive even though it’s far and they increase the price because they really do a great job. But last night, the lady didn’t massage me well, I told her for how many time that I didn’t want her to massage too hard and always on my neck because I can feel too much pressure and not on the right area that others usually massage and that it seems not relaxing. I’m thinking it was on my veins already. I also told here to massage my shoulders and head that I knew these need more massage, but she just said. ‘Relax’ I thought she will go back on these parts and massage. But the time just done and nothing. Also, I can most of the time felt her putting the balm and that’s it. I was trying to think that maybe she was tired already. but my purpose again is to pay for me to feel relieved a, but nothing. Now, I feel like I just paid and came there for nothing.”

“Sorry, but we didn’t like it at all. We travel to Asia often, so we have something to compare it with. At this salon, we chose a spa package with a Thai deep tissue massage and hair washing. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel either a Thai massage or any real deep tissue work. Many areas were not worked on at all. Some areas were done too lightly, others too strongly. I even ended up with a bruise. My daughter’s hair looked better before the salon than after the wash, and it wasn’t even fully dried. We carefully chose this salon based on reviews, but it turned out to be no better than an ordinary beach salon. Even in Phu Quoc, my daughter had her hair washed and dried better than here. As soon as we left the salon, she burst into tears and went back to the hotel to wash her hair again. Overall, we do not recommend either the massage or the head spa at this salon. Very disappointing.”

“Disappointing Head Spa Experience in Thailand - Misleading Service & Poor Communication I recently visited this head spa in a Thailand with my husband. While the shop location and cleanliness seemed acceptable, our experience was highly frustrating. Firstly, I booked a 90-minute head spa session online, but upon arrival, I was told I would be charged an extra 150 THB because my hair goes past my shoulder blades. This additional fee was not mentioned anywhere during booking or showing in the website. Secondly, the staff had very limited English comprehension. When asked if I had changed clothes, I clearly said “not yet,” but the therapist still opened the curtain abruptly — leaving my husband and me in an exposed and uncomfortable situation. Most disappointingly, after the session, I realized the actual treatment lasted only about 60 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they claimed the remaining 30 minutes were reserved for hair drying, which was counted as part of the 90-minute service. This was not stated in the service menu, which clearly described “head massage and neck/shoulder therapy – 90 minutes.” I have visited many head spas, and never has blow-dry time been included in the treatment duration. I felt misled and poorly treated. I cannot recommend this place to anyone visiting Thailand.”

“My partner and I were staying close by to URI massage spa. On our last day in Thailand we decided to pop in as the beautiful decor kept calling to us. The serine naturalistic design matches the atmosphere, we both got 1 hour foot massages and left wishing it went longer. It was soooo relaxing we forgot the busy street existed beyond the door. The woman who served us were Toom and Raat who were both friendly, kind and very skilled in their work. It was finished with some hot stone on the shoulders which was a nice surprise and very affordable for the luxury atmosphere compared to other clinics we had been to. Thank you staff at URI! We will be back next time.”

“TLDR: excellent value for money, friendly professional service, traditional Thai massage varies from strong/hard, to medium strength, to gentler to cater to preferences Full review: ended up returning for the full body traditional Thai massage 3 times with different family members. First time was the 60 minute massage, then 2 days later the 90 minute massage, and on the last day before a flight, we snuck in a quick 45 minute massage before running for our flights. The traditional Thai massage starts with them washing your feet before they leave you in privacy to get changed into the top and pants provided for the massage. Each family member had different preferences regarding massage strength and they were all catered to. I also found that they were so attentive, they adjusted to any areas to increase or decrease strength depending on back or hip pain without needing to say anything The place is clean, cool and has gentle background music. You are also provided with cold water bottles, hot tea, some sliced fruit, and a sweet snack after your massage. The snack varied on each day I was there. The entrance may seem daunting with all those stairs but there's a lift just out of sight. It's literally under the stairs, just behind them and you can see the elevator shaft coming up through the stairs at the top.”

“This massage parlor has a great atmosphere and a subtle, pleasant scent. It's a four-story building. The ground floor houses the information counter and reception area. The second floor seems to be a communal massage area, possibly for foot massages. The third and fourth floors have private rooms for private massages, both single and double. Today, I had an aromatherapy massage with a friend. The masseuses did a good job, with just the right amount of pressure, although there was some discomfort in tight spots. Inside the massage room, there's a double bed, towels, disposable underwear, complimentary fruit and tea, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool. The room smells fresh and pleasant. (Note: The air conditioning is excellent on every floor.) After the massage, the staff had us shower and get dressed before taking us downstairs. They offered various packages: a 5,000 baht package for 5,500 baht, and a 10,000 baht package for 12,000 baht. I don't remember the exact prices and didn't take pictures. We didn't buy any because we felt the prices were a bit high; an aromatherapy massage is 850 baht for one hour. We decided to go because we finished work late and the shop closes at 2 AM. Overall, everything was good. They offer massages and Chinese/Vietnamese style hair washing. The only downside is the price; otherwise, I'd probably go more often.”

“My 80-year-old father is unwell and his condition has worsened. He used to be a driver, but now he can barely walk. Prolonged bed rest has caused muscle weakness and stiffness. He's undergoing physical therapy, and Ms. Earn has provided excellent service. She's very dedicated, explaining his condition in detail and suggesting exercises. We are very impressed and want my father to return to his normal life like before he became ill. This was his first physical therapy session, and we hope it will be effective and help him recover completely.”

“This review is for the 8 Elements Cafe that is part of the spa. The cafe was added about 5 months ago? It is a great little place to relax and enjoy a drink and a snack. I have stopped in a number of times to get some coffee and try one of the bakery items in the case. Last visit was some banana bread and a mango melt muffin for take away. All was delicious. Also, there are some beautiful photos on exhibit in the cafe as you can see from the pics I have posted here. Full disclosure, I am one of the three photographers with work on display in the cafe. I think the cafe is worth a visit and may be seen by some that it and the spa are together.”

“I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage last Sunday, and it was amazing! It hit every sore spot, focusing deeply and with perfect pressure, especially on my neck, shoulders, lower back, and shoulder blades. I specifically asked the masseuse to emphasize these areas, and she did it exactly as I wanted. Even though she didn't use her elbows (because I'm small), her hands and fingers were incredibly strong. Days after the massage, I have no bruises or swelling. Most other massages I've had leave marks. I usually don't ask the masseuse's name, but here I couldn't resist – she was "Masseuse Nan." It was a truly effective deep tissue massage; she focused on the right points and pressure points, not just a strong massage. I will definitely go back. The shop is clean, cute, and comfortable. The receptionist was lovely and spoke politely. My only minor complaint is that she wasn't very experienced with the billing process; she had trouble processing my card payment several times. Overall, I was very happy with the massage.”

“A pleasant massage parlor. Extremely quiet and calm. Extremely smiling and helpful staff. Foot massage, and all types of traditional Thai massages. Professional and pampering, quiet and pleasant atmosphere, super reasonable prices. A pleasure, always fun to come back. 17.5.26 A great place that has become a white elephant that is really unpleasant to enter. Sunday evening weekend in a lively area, the place is completely empty. The staff was recently replaced, including the manager. Unpleasant staff who don't know how to relate. It's important to note that we've been there dozens of times and always had a great time. But the last time... a second after we entered, the manager demanded we pay immediately, she was really stressed and very aggressive. The therapists were also very unpleasant. Even though we said we knew the place, they rushed us when I asked to change pants. She followed me to the bathroom and stood to make sure I understood... a terrible feeling. My husband and I told them that their service was unpleasant and from that moment on, the manager really attacked us and asked us to get up from the massage chairs and leave immediately. She returned our payment, of course. I asked her what the name of the place was because I couldn't remember and who I could talk to her manager with. She said she didn't have a manager, even though I know she did and I also know that it's not the only shop in Bangkok. Insincere, violent and unkind attitude. It's a shame for a place that was our home massage almost on a daily basis, we realized that we would never return. The place is empty and it's very clear why. Don't go. Shockingly, the area offers good alternatives.. We were in another and really enjoyed it. They always say that the most important thing is the attitude, which is true. The previous manager and the previous staff were extremely kind and helpful, we always received personal and preferential treatment. I wonder why the entire staff changed. ..The last time we visited the place was a few months ago. We live in Thailand and come to the area a lot. 21.5.25 Let's be precise, there was only one and only one customer on the entrance floor. So what you're saying is not true! Your new staff was stressed and unpleasant to say the least. The new manager is stressed and there was no pressure. And if you really want to wave your security cameras, then take a good look and see that we were there dozens of times in the second half of 2025. We stayed at the hotel right next door and it was very comfortable. Each time I and your staff received a 100thb tip in addition to the cost of the massage. In short, your new staff is disgusting, including the manager of the place. Just don't lie that the place was full. Be precise, it's much more respectful. And you can also admit that the previous staff was amazingly professional, nice and treated the customer perfectly and super politely.”

“Two days ago I came here for a foot massage and it was excellent. I was very satisfied and even received a coupon, which is why I decided to return today and try the 1-hour aroma oil massage. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. The therapist did not seem to understand basic massage technique. Instead of applying proper pressure or working on muscles, she simply spread oil over my body with her palms. There was no real massage, no kneading, no tension release — just oil being rubbed superficially on the skin. After a full hour, I left feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. My entire body was covered in excessive oil that was not properly wiped off. It even transferred onto my clothes. I had to rush home to shower immediately. Worse, the heavy oil caused skin irritation and small breakouts on my arms. It honestly felt like I was just being coated in olive oil rather than receiving a professional treatment. Money is not the issue. What disappointed me most was wasting an entire hour without any relaxation or benefit. I almost wanted to leave halfway through because I felt nothing was being done properly. If this place is not experienced in providing aroma oil massage, it would be better not to offer it at all. The quality difference between my previous foot massage and today’s aroma massage was shocking. I hope management seriously reviews therapist training and service consistency.”

“One of my favorite spas in Bangkok! I have visited this spa many times but never had the chance to leave a review until now. Before I leave Thailand, I would love to recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, private, and relaxing spa experience where your personal belongings are kept safe and secure. The reception staff are always polite, kind, and professional, making every visit pleasant from the moment you walk in. The therapists are highly skilled, experienced, and truly know how to help you relax and unwind. I highly recommend their 3-hour special promotion package. You can customize your treatment according to your preferences, whether it’s a body scrub, aroma oil massage, or finishing with a relaxing facial massage. It is a wonderful package that leaves you feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you for making every visit such a relaxing and memorable experience! See you again next visited”

“Today I tried the 90-minute Workaholic Syndrome Massage at Munique Club in Gaysorn Tower. From the moment I stepped in, I felt relaxed. They served fragrant floral tea, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The best part, however, has to be the therapist – she's incredibly skilled! The pressure was just right, perfectly addressing my office syndrome. After the massage, I felt light, comfortable, and relaxed both physically and mentally. It was pure bliss! 😂✨ If you work hard and have accumulated stress, I highly recommend it. It's worth it!”

“The staffs here are very friendly! They understand english and are able to have conversations if you are worried about the language barrier. The staffs here are equipped with the knowledge and skills. Out of all the different massage places i have been to in BKK, this is my favourite one so far! They are able to use the right pressure that isn't too hard or too soft. It really makes your money worth. They would also check in with you(first few mins) on your pressure before continuing the whole process. I got Kim, she has 5yrs of experience, i believe the rest are experienced too due to the many reviews i read before coming. Thank you kim & team!😆🥰”

“Had a wonderful experience at Maison Ysae. The Signature Plus face sculpting treatment was incredibly relaxing, professionally done by Kain, and left me feeling completely refreshed. The ambience is luxurious, fresh, and yet so calming — the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself. What made the experience even more special was how kind and welcoming the staff were throughout. I even had my little toddler sleeping on me during the treatment, and the team was so warm, patient, and accommodating, which made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. The refreshing hibiscus tea with honey and lemon served after the massage was such a lovely finishing touch. Every detail of the experience felt thoughtful and premium. I’m so glad I experienced it — absolutely worth every penny and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!”

“During the massage, the Thai masseuse was using her phone. While I was lying face down, her pressure fluctuated wildly; when the pressure was low, she was clearly playing on her phone. The rest of the time, the massage was very inadequate, just her body weight pressing down on me. Also, after I got up, I found her phone on the trolley next to the bed. I will not return. Date: June 16, 2026, approximately 7:30 PM. The 90-minute Thai massage started. The masseuse on the bed to the right of the entrance was not attentive. The business can investigate and reply here.”

“Absolutely exceptional massage experience! I recently visited this massage place (it seems newly opened), and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The space is very clean, tidy, beautifully maintained, and smells amazing. The interior feels warm, calm, and welcoming right away. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, and they speak very good English, which made everything easy and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and when I visited they had an additional 25% promotion, which was a lovely bonus. I had two treatments: a full body scrub and a Thai massage. And honestly—wow. I’ve had Thai massages in several countries before, but this one was on a completely different level. I experienced the deepest sense of relaxation I’ve ever felt after a massage. My entire body was fully relaxed in a way I’ve never experienced before, even though I’ve tried many different types of massages in the past. My therapist, I believe her name was Jit, was absolutely amazing. She was very considerate, polite, strong yet gentle, and extremely skilled. She truly deserves all the praise. At the end of the session, they served chrysanthemum tea and mango sticky rice—both were delicious and such a thoughtful touch. If I had more days left in Bangkok, I would honestly come here every single day for a massage. Very confidently, this is a five-star experience from me, and I highly recommend it!”

“The first impression was great. I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, followed by a foot wash with salt stones, which set a positive tone for the experience. Unfortunately, the massage itself was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. My therapist (No. 90) applied such light pressure throughout the session that I could barely feel anything. I politely asked her to increase the pressure on two separate occasions. While she pressed slightly harder for a brief moment, she quickly reverted back to the same extremely light pressure. For a premium-priced massage at 950 THB for 90 minutes, plus an additional 3% surcharge for card payments, I expected a significantly better experience. The treatment felt incomplete and lacked technique. My back was only worked on briefly, while my head and hands were not attended to at all. Instead, most of the session seemed focused on repeatedly massaging my calves and thighs and even then, the pressure and quality were far below expectations. I found myself constantly checking the time and waiting for the session to end. I left feeling neither relaxed nor refreshed. In fact, I was more frustrated when I walked out than when I walked in. While the welcome service and ambience were pleasant, the massage itself did not come close to justifying the price. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined my mood for the day and I would not return or recommend it based on the quality of the massage I received. Update: The co-founder, Dennis, personally reached out after reading my review. He acknowledged the issues without making excuses, apologised and offered either a refund or a complimentary session with a senior therapist. While I wasn’t able to take up the offer as I’m leaving Bangkok, I appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown in handling the feedback.”

“I am sorry that I have to give a bad review, but this was, hands down, the worst massage I have ever had in Thailand, with the lady only pressing on my spine and bones instead of muscles. It seemed almost that the person giving me the massage had no training or no clue of what she was doing. After 30 minutes of her elbow directly on my vertebrae and random pinching of my neck I had to ask to stop the massage because I was afraid that I was going to get hurt. The lady at the reception did not even care to ask why I was leaving halfway of my massage. This never happened to me before and I am quite puzzled, but definitely I will not return here, as there are so many far better and cheaper options around.”

“I’ve been here twice with my wife the first time we went was very good we had very good massage therapists who were very professional. The second time we went which was today at around 3:00pm my massage therapist was talking for the whole two hour appointment. She was complaining to the other therapist about how she doesn’t get paid enough or get any tips from clients and also talking poorly about other clients. She was also complaining about how tight I was and saying how she didn’t know what to do. I was shocked about how she was openly talking poorly about clients and me, as my wife who is Thai and was right next to me could understand everything she was saying. She also completed the massage 5 minutes early so she could go prepare her papaya salad so I had to sit there waiting while my wife finished her massage . While the massage was ok, the therapist had an extremely bad attitude and caused us not to want to return. On the other hand the massage therapist my wife had was very good and professional and gave a great massage. Before we left I let her know she did a very good job. If I return I will be requesting this massage therapist as she did an excellent job.”

“I went to Tae Er Le mainly for the ear cleaning and massage. To be honest, the main reason was the ear cleaning rather than the massage itself. Overall, I'd say it was just average. The treatment was okay, but it wasn't something that really impressed me or made me feel it was worth making a special trip. Another downside is the location. It's quite far from the city centre, so you'll most likely need to take a Grab or taxi to get there. Nothing was particularly bad, but there was also nothing that stood out. It's one of those places where you try it once to satisfy your curiosity, but honestly, I don't feel the need to come back again. 🙂”

“A lovely massage spa. P'Apple is very kind and welcoming. I've been to several massage places but this was different. She knows exactly what she's doing. I felt very relaxed and even got a random Xmas gift 🎁 I'll definitely go again and I highly recommend 👌 …”

“had an incredible Thai massage experience! The therapist was highly skilled, professional, and knew exactly how to relieve the tension in my muscles. The combination of stretching and deep pressure left me feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and energized. The spa was clean, peaceful, and had a calming atmosphere that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality Thai massage. It was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the outstanding service!”

“🗺️😻 Map Diary: Visited **Ruen Payom Mahanakhon (Ngamwongwan Market Branch)** 🏷️ This is a **health massage shop with quality exceeding its price** that I, the orange cat, give **⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars)**. 🗓️ Visited on: **During payday, a couple in their 30s went for a relaxing massage.** For office workers in their 30s like us, if your body is protesting with stiff backs, you have to come here! Meow 🚗 I, the orange cat, came specifically for a massage because I've been sitting and working hard all month. Let me tell you, the **price is amazing** and won't hurt your wallet at all 💸. I chose the **spot massage for neck, shoulders, and back for 350 baht (1 hour)**, while my boyfriend chose the **relaxing massage for only 250 baht (1 hour)**. The shop is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the decor is so beautiful you'll forget you're in a market! ✨🌿 What impressed me the most, and what I want to recommend, is the **skill of the masseuses**. I had a **massage with P' Bua**, and it was the ultimate bliss! She massaged the exact spots, and the pressure was perfect. Plus, it's extra special because they **use hot stones for the massage**! 🪨🔥 The warmth from the stones helps to relax tense muscles really well. It's so relaxing you'll want to meow! The service is polite, sincere, and you won't be disappointed. 😻🧤 📌 Orange Cat's Experience/Recommendation: **In short, you should definitely come! If you're in the Ngamwongwan area and have back pain, you have to stop by. I recommend the neck, shoulder, and back massage program and ask for an appointment with P'Bua. You'll leave feeling light and refreshed!** 😻🍽️ (I added food emojis because I was in a good mood after the massage!)”

“Talking about the green flags 🟢 #1: Enough effort and time put into the massage That's the main matter of what you're here for but that's the end of the good things they do. 🚩 #1: I had called twice in advance to make a reservation but they still messed up the time slot. 🚩#2: Careless staff at the front desk. We booked two massages and the older lady with the glasses did not do the paper work or ask for the concentration points for one person. When confronted, she tried to justify herself by saying that the masseuse inside the room would anyway ask for pressure points and guess what, she did not! 🚩#3: Another masseuse approached me when I was looking at the rate list banner and tried to sell me something but while I was speaking, she detected me not being interested and walked away mid conversation. 🚩#4: No care to ask for refreshments to accompaniments. 🚩 #5: They laugh at the guests if they are not understanding something and/or give them a side eye. They make comments and laugh behind the back all the time and this is terribly rude. You know they are talking about you and not some home gossip.”

“June 2026 This branch is actually on the eighth floor of the Sivaltel Hotel. You need to get an elevator card from the hotel on the first floor to take the elevator, so it took me a while to figure it out. I recommend arriving 15 minutes early. The staff will ask about your physical condition and which areas you can massage. Currently, basic English is sufficient for communication. The staff mentioned that they will have Chinese-speaking staff in the future, which I think is great. I originally wanted to relax at the JW Marriott Spa, but they weren't responding to my messages, so I didn't have time to waste and found Heavenna instead. My masseuse, Ms. Iris, was very professional. She focused on acupressure points to relax my muscles. I later learned she has over ten years of experience. I felt lucky to have such professional masseuses. Each person has a private room (there are also double rooms for couples). The massage bed has a headrest, so the equipment is quite thoughtful. After the massage, there's hot tea, Thai dessert, and ice cream. Because I had diarrhea, I only had the hot tea. I enjoyed a very relaxing time.”

“The worst foot massage I’ve had in Bangkok. This is not a reliable place for massages — the quality is very hit-and-miss. The menu tries to offer too many different services, which seems to dilute their expertise. Unfortunately, my foot massage was disappointing and far below the usual standard in Bangkok.”

“Massage@Le (Lounge) – Top-tier Professionalism The 5.0 rating on Google Maps set my expectations very high, and I’m happy to say they were fully met. This rating is well-deserved. Why I recommend it: Custom Intensity: Before the session, I was asked whether I preferred a moderate or strong massage. I chose strong, and it was a perfect choice. It was definitely one of the strongest massages I’ve ever had. Masterful Technique: Unlike subpar places where "strong" just means "painful pressure," the therapists here are highly skilled. It was intense but never painful—just technically perfect. Privacy & Comfort: Although it’s a lounge-style setup, the massage took place in a partitioned area behind a curtain. It provided a great sense of privacy and allowed me to fully relax. If you are looking for an authentic Thai massage where technique and strength go hand in hand, this is the place. Highly recommended!”

“Don’t be fooled by the fancy decor (the iPad questionnaire is completely useless so don’t bother) and only the 5 star google reviews of this place. They are no more than any of the other cheaper shops along the same street. 2 friends & I went to this iconsiam location during our recent vacation for foot, neck & shoulder and Thai massages as it is right next to our hotel Hilton Garden Inn by riverside. Treatments were ok until I made the terrible mistake of thinking that they are like a full service spa and arranged for a full body scrub, massage and facial treatment massage (as indicated in their menu). BUYERS BE WARNED! Their therapists are inexperienced for anything else other than regular foot massages and even that was hit or miss. My friends had mixed reviews of their therapists while mine was good which was why I booked for more treatments. I requested for the same therapist but was told she was not trained to provide other treatments. I should have said no to changing therapist but decided to give it a shot. This turned out to be a horrendous and physically damaging experience. During my session, it became clear after my body scrub that the assigned therapist was completely unqualified. For the body massage portion, she possessed zero understanding of pressure or anatomy. After I told her to slightly increase pressure, she transitioned directly from rubbing the surface of my skin to suddenly digging her elbow and upper arms into my left calf with such extreme, reckless force that it felt as though my muscles were being torn apart. She only stopped after I screamed in agonizing pain. I was in so much pain that I could not walk properly back to my hotel after the treatment ended. The body massage ended there . The incompetence carried over into the facial treatment. The therapist had no idea what she was doing. She clearly did not know the standard 10-step protocol for the treatment, completely forgot the sequence, and resorted to randomly touching my face without any structure or purpose just to make up time. I complained at the front desk and the receptionist claimed the manager did not pick up her phone, and asked for my email and said they would get back to me. The next morning, I woke up with severe pain on my left calf and was unable to walk properly. When I didn’t hear from the manager, I returned to the shop to speak to the manager about this injury, demanded a refund and warned them not to continue hurting other customers in such an irresponsible and horrendous manner, only to be told that I should have asked to change therapist and that the therapist would be sent back for “more training”. I should have stopped the treatment right away but didn’t as I was thinking perhaps the therapist was trained more for facial treatments but I couldn’t be more wrong! Also I was already charged upon arrival for my treatment in full payment of THB3900. Please do not make the same mistake I did and you should immediately insist on a change (after first 15 mins and keep changing until you’re satisfied) or stop the treatment altogether if you feel something is not right. I was trying to give the therapist a chance and ended up with excruciating pain in my calf. This was a display of negligent treatment by an untrained staff member and the company clearly doesn’t care about physical injury being inflicted onto others as long as they make money. I am writing this long review to save others from this traumatizing and harmful experience which I and some of the other customers here have experienced.”

“Near the hotel, I found this place before planning my trip; it had great reviews. I booked a time via Line, and the actual experience was truly amazing. The environment was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant. Lying down, I automatically entered a relaxing mode. We opted for a one-hour Thai massage, and we both agreed it was the best. The masseuse's technique was superb, gently and slowly massaging every part of our body, giving us a deep relaxation. After the massage, our bodies felt light and comfortable. I highly recommend this place; it's very affordable and offers great value for money!”

“I had a 60-minute massage here. I wish I could give it a better review, since I like to support small businesses. The 2 stars are for the friendly woman who greeted me (owner?) and the little touches like the water and banana that were offered. Both are positives. However, they gave me the worst Thai massage I have ever had (and I have had many). The lady that started my massage seemed competent enough, but she was replaced by another lady after a few minutes. This was in itself rather strange. The 2nd lady clearly did not know how to do a proper massage. She had no technique, and kept on shifting from 1 body part to another and back. She would do manoeuvres on one limb that she would not do on the other limb. The worst part was when she stood on the backs of my thighs and she clearly could not balance well, because at one point she had all her weight on one of my thighs and was struggling to find her position. She was a large woman and heavier than me. I was afraid she was going to injure me and was about to just stop the massage. Thankfully, it was close to the end and she finished off with a strange massage to my face. Another issue was that she had long nails and I found a scratch on my neck when I got to the hotel. It seems my experience is unusual, because the other reviews here are very positive. I am guessing my masseuse was not part of the regular staff and was called in because they were busy. If you are considering a massage here, I suggest making sure that you get their experienced staff. I personally will not return.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience! I visited this massage studio every single day during my stay in Bangkok – sometimes even twice a day! I mostly enjoyed the amazing foot massages, and I also tried the full body oil massage once – both were absolutely incredible. The staff are so kind, caring, and professional; they make you feel completely relaxed and welcome from the moment you walk in. At the end of each massage, they serve a delicious tea, which is such a lovely touch. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the whole place feels very clean and comfortable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a perfect massage experience in Bangkok. I’ll definitely come back here when I return to the city! 💛”

“The spa was clean, and the elderly staff were very professional and friendly. I had a 30-minute foot massage for 300 baht and liked it so much that I added a neck and shoulder massage for 350 baht, with a 50 baht discount. The menu listed neck and shoulder massage, but when you get it done, you're in a private room inside and receive a full body massage, which was great. I recommend everyone try it.”

“I had a great experience at The Zenith Clinic. The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The clinic was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. I came for laser hair removal, and the treatment was performed carefully with great attention to detail. The staff constantly checked that I was comfortable throughout the session, which made me feel well taken care of. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase additional treatments. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely come back for my future treatments. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy aesthetic care in Bangkok.”

“Highly recommended. Good price, excellent service and clean. Many sauna rooms with different temp and some with various herbs. I enjoyed the dark sauna room with the herb and small garden in the glass. There are 2 cold pools. 18 and 12 degrees celsius. There was a gentleman Myanmar staff always around the area to help you. He maintained good manners always and had good attitude towards his work. Also, he assist you with keeping track of time when you inside the sauna. He always ready to help and direct you. Made me feel comfortable, especially since it was my first time there. The toilet, shower locker rooms had AC, hair dryer and more amenities with large mirror. Very clean and practical. I have long hair so it’s useful to have hair dryer. They provide you 1 wet slipper and after 1 dry slipper when you are done. They also provide you 1 face towel, body towel and black shorts in a net bag. I went on a Friday late evening so not a lot of people. Best way to enjoy Friday night to be honest. Felt super rejuvenated after and had one of the best sleeps ever. I will definitely come back.”

“This was my second visit, and unfortunately a huge disappointment compared to my first one. The first time I came here, I was very satisfied. I chose a Japanese sports massage priced at 1,800 THB (around 50 EUR) because it was explained to me as a high-quality, deep tissue, sports-focused massage. The therapist knew exactly what she was doing, and I left feeling much better. Today, I came back with more issues in my arms and chest, expecting the same level of professionalism. I was actually impressed at first because they give you a form where you can clearly mark the areas you want to focus on — which I did. However, despite paying a premium price, I was assigned a therapist who clearly had no understanding of sports massage or deep tissue muscle work. The massage was purely relaxation-style, very light, with no technique suitable for muscle problems. I went in with pain and tension, and I left with exactly the same issues. It felt like a complete waste of money, especially for such an expensive service. The place itself is very nice and well-presented, but based on this experience, not all therapists are at the same professional level. My advice to anyone considering this studio: make sure to ask specifically about the therapist’s experience and skills, especially if you are paying for a sports or deep tissue massage. Very disappointing.”

“I was interested in massage, so I purposely visited this place. Since my first visit, I've had four different massage therapists here. I chose the Thai heavy massage (400 baht/hour). 1. First masseuse (* * * * *) Middle-aged man: A true technician. His style penetrates deep into the fascia, gently and delicately breaking it down. He slowly transferred my joints while maintaining acupressure. The sensation was both hot and cool, something I'd never experienced before, and it was truly impressive. 2. Second masseuse (* * * * *) Middle-aged woman: Experienced, classic acupressure. It was both painful and refreshing. He used a classic technique to identify and focus on tight areas to release them. The skillful, steady, and strong acupressure was impressive. 3. Third Masseuse (* * * * ) Middle-aged woman: Style largely similar to the second masseuse. 4. Fourth Masseuse ( * * * * * ) Teacher Su: The head of the Jidapa therapist. She's practically a therapist. During the massage, she clearly identified any problem areas. Afterward, she provided helpful tips on the causes and preventative measures. Overall Review This massage is more focused on the therapeutic nature of Thai massage than spa massage. Highly recommended for those looking for a different kind of massage experience than the typical tourist-oriented Thai massage.”

“I'm truly grateful to the travel agency for arranging this trip to Thailand 🙏. From pre-trip consultations and flight/accommodation arrangements to assistance throughout the journey, they were incredibly meticulous and professional. They also provided immediate help when we encountered problems, making us feel much more at ease traveling abroad. The accommodations were convenient, and our guide, Agan, was incredibly friendly and helpful 👍, diligently assisting with all our needs. This trip left me with wonderful memories. I will definitely choose your travel agency again for future international travel and will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you again to our sister travel agency 🙏 for a pleasant and unforgettable trip ❤️❤️❤️”

“One star is the lowest rating the system allows; otherwise, I wouldn’t even give that. As a massage enthusiast, I came here with high expectations, but the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the price is higher than other places, yet the therapist’s technique felt completely unprofessional. Every movement missed the right spots, and she even trembled when applying pressure, making it impossible to relax. It felt like she was just mechanically following a routine. If this is a training ground, you shouldn’t be charging full price for it. The foot massage was done using tools, which was very uncomfortable. On top of that, there’s no restroom available. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all, and I seriously question the authenticity of the positive reviews.”

“Had a wonderful experience here! From the moment I arrived, July was incredibly friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. I came in with some muscle pain and tension, and my therapist, Kaew, was amazing. She seemed to know exactly where my trigger points were without me even having to explain. The massage was both therapeutic and deeply relaxing one of the best massage sessions I’ve ever had. This is definitely my favorite massage center so far, and I’ll be coming back!”

“Although I received treatment, I was actually injured. I chose a one-hour Thai oil massage because I know I'm a large person, and I thought the course would suit my body and time. However, once I was on the massage table, the masseuse complained about my size and why the massage was only one hour. This left me confused and uncomfortable, as choosing a course is the client's right. When I requested a focus on my arms, the masseuse became unfriendly and applied all her pressure to my arms, making the areas very painful and not relaxing at all. (Even if the client allows her to use her feet, she should have used appropriate pressure.) Furthermore, this Thai oil massage initially used almost no oil, only balm, which irritated my skin (I questioned whether she truly knew how to do a Thai oil massage). Oil was only added later, which didn't meet the standard of Thai oil massages I've experienced before. The massage itself was rushed, felt like a perfunctory massage, the pressure was inconsistent, and there was a lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, I had a great experience the first time I used their service, so I decided to come back, but this time I was very disappointed. I would like the shop to improve its professionalism. The owner seems very nice, but the communication with customers and the service standards should improve, and the massage therapists should behave appropriately for the job.”
Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi 11000
“I went here without high expectations because it was a local massage parlor, but I was so satisfied that I've already been back twice. I had a two-hour oil massage, and the masseuses were a bit older, so I felt they had strong hands and accurately targeted the massage points. It felt like a massage that truly came from experience, not just savvy. Despite being a local place, the overall atmosphere was clean and hygienic, which made the experience even more comfortable. I think I'll continue to come here whenever I have the time. This is a highly satisfying massage parlor.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. I came into The Skin Klinique Bangkok for a consultation about my lips, which had some unevenness. I wasn’t sure whether I needed to dissolve the filler or add a little more, so I was open to the doctor’s recommendation. From the start, there was no warmth or professionalism. I wasn’t met with any friendliness — maybe it was my appearance (I’m a heavily tattooed American), but that shouldn’t matter when you’re providing professional care. When I finally met the doctor, I was told they “don’t usually work on lips done by other doctors.” That’s an absurd policy — especially considering most people have had work done elsewhere. If that’s truly your rule, make it clear upfront so clients don’t waste their time coming in. The doctor even asked the clinic manager for an exception so they could help dissolve my filler, but it was denied. I was then escorted out like I didn’t matter. I’ve never felt more dismissed or disrespected in my life. For context, I’ve spent over $2,000 at their Chiang Mai branch on fillers and was a week away from spending another $8,000 on plastic surgery through their brand. You’d think a loyal client spending that much money would be treated with a little more care and basic courtesy — but apparently not. This experience made me seriously reconsider my upcoming surgery. The staff at the surgery center shouldn’t be punished for what happened here, but this location’s management absolutely tainted my trust in the brand. If you care about being treated with respect, skip this place. They seem to decide who gets quality treatment based on appearance or some internal bias, and that’s unacceptable in a business that’s supposed to make people feel more confident — not humiliated.”

“We had an incredible experience at Jatoom Thai Massage! We found it by accident after two consecutive days of walking around Bangkok as tourists. We had just arrived at IconSiam by ferry, finished exploring the mall, and were heading out when we spotted Jatoom, conveniently located just to the left of the mall entrance. We walked in without an appointment and were told they were fully booked, which wasn’t surprising. The boss lady, who spoke perfect English and was very soft-spoken, went above and beyond to accommodate us. She invited us to sit inside the air-conditioned lobby and offered us ice-cold bottled water. Waiting inside was a welcome relief from the 36°C heat outside that afternoon. We were also pleasantly surprised by the incredibly fast Wi-Fi (over 300mbps!) available to guests, which we used to check our plans and recharge our dying phones. After just 10-15 minutes, the boss lady greeted us again with great news—we could start our 60-minute session for two. She had arranged for an extra therapist to accommodate us, including a highly skilled therapist for my wife who requested a stronger massage. The first 60 minutes passed too quickly, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended our session. The atmosphere was so relaxing, the service was excellent, and the prices were just right, especially compared to other tourist-trap places nearby. We left feeling rejuvenated and tension-free. I highly recommend Jatoom Thai Massage to anyone seeking true relaxation and well-being. This is my first time leaving such a detailed review, and I do so gladly because this place truly deserves the praise. If anyone leaves unsatisfied, I’d gladly reimburse them, but I doubt anyone would be—unless a proper massage just isn’t your cup of tea. Feel free to book first, as we didn't and simply relying on our luck.”

“During my six-day, four-night trip to Thailand, I visited four days in a row. I received a Thai massage, a deep-tissue oil massage, a foot massage, and a Thai massage in that order. It's so light, I wonder if it's possible for my neck and shoulders to feel this light after turning 30. I visited a few other famous places a few years ago, but none were as satisfying as this one I received this time. I received the basic one-and-a-half-hour course. I recommend therapists #11 and 19. If possible, I recommend setting up a line in Korea and contacting them through the line. If you walk in without a call, they're often fully booked, so you won't be able to get your desired time. I made a reservation for the evening after running to Lumpini in the morning. The price is reasonable, so I highly recommend getting at least two consecutive sessions. ^^ And if you feel any pain during the massage, say "Ao bao bao!" and they'll gently soften your touch. If you feel the pressure isn't strong enough, say "Ao ok ok!" If you tell them to, they'll give you a firmer massage. No matter which massage parlor you go to, just knowing Bao Bao and Nak Nak will dramatically increase your satisfaction. I've been getting massages here and there in Korea, and this is the first time in a while that I've been so satisfied with a place, so I'm leaving a long review. The front desk staff and the masseuses are both incredibly friendly.”
Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400
“We're Taiwanese, and we don't understand how such high ratings came about. The masseuse repeatedly put her hands on her phone throughout the entire massage, which vibrated incessantly on the bed, accompanied by constant notifications of messages and calls. Furthermore, there was absolutely no privacy; the privacy screen remained open the whole time, allowing other customers to walk by freely. Even when we asked if it could be closed, she asked if we were cold. This is a warning to all tourists lured in by these reviews! This is the worst massage I've ever had in Thailand.”

FAQ — Boutique Spas in Bangkok
What makes a spa "boutique" on Thaigle?
We define boutique as independently sized and exceptionally rated: 4.7★ or higher on Google, with between 50 and 600 reviews. Below 50 isn't proven yet; above 600 usually means a hotel spa or a large chain — still good, just not what "boutique" means. 358 Bangkok spas currently clear that bar.
What is the best boutique spa in Bangkok?
Thai Massage By Fu Heng Thai Massage ranks highest of the 358 boutique spas we track, with a Trust Score of 95/100 from 567 Google reviews averaging 4.9★. Trust Score weighs rating, review volume and reviewer credibility — nothing on this page is paid placement.
How much do boutique spas cost in Bangkok?
The median starting price across these spas is about ฿650. Independent spas price close to hotel spas at the top end and well below them at the low end — the gap is usually the building, not the massage.
Boutique spa vs hotel spa — what's the actual difference?
Hotel spas charge for the lobby, the robe and the pool you can use before your treatment. Independent boutique spas put more of the price into the therapist and less into the building — reviewers consistently rate the massage itself higher at boutique spas even where the room is plainer.
